Very good experience

They work with short delivery time frames, if you have any doubt they answer very quickly, and I really believe that they "take care" for their customers. I think the products they sell are of good quality and you have a guarantee buying with them.¡100% recommended!

I have bought several Sandisk USB's over the past couple of years and always found memory bits to be reliable and quick to send the goods. The customer service have always been friendly and helpful.

I recently bought a 16Gb SDHC card for my holiday and it arrived with plenty of time to spare!

I'd recommend Memory Bits 10/10 times!

A couple of days ago I bought a new 64 GB miniSD card for my new action cam. The card arrived fast and worked like a charm with my new "toy". I use memorybits whenever I buy memory items or small, smart electronic gadgets as they have great prices and reliable service.

Cancelled my order with no explanation. Did not even bother to contact me to let me know why. Very disappointed, we needed these for an important project. Terrible customer service.

*EDIT* Attempted abuse? We bought some USBs and paid. Why did you not notify us if you thought we were abusing your store by buying products from it?

We visited your website, purchased the product, we paid and we received a confirmation email of our order. We were relying and fully expecting our order to be dispatched as per our contract. To make no attempt at contacting us and then cancelling our order several days later is very poor service. We needed these USB's and you cost us money and more importantly time and due to your actions, deadlines were missed. You then have the audacity to respond to our review accusing us of abusing your terms & conditions. You are dishonest, unreliable and your customer service is terrible.

I have bought from Memory Bits consistently over the past couple of years and have always received good quality items and found the customer support to always be helpful.

Bough some Sandisk items from them and found the service and prices to be great

• 17.12.16 taken in by an email ad claiming “2 days left for FREE shipping in time for Christmas” – ordered two 128GB USB Memory Sticks as Christmas presents.
• 25.12.16 disappointed people as Christmas presents had not arrived
• 29.12.16 complained that goods had not arrived as promised, asked to wait 10 days
• 08.01.17 had taken delivery of goods, given as belated presents and one does not work – it is faulty and has the error message 0Byte free of 0Bytes, asked to return it – but was questioned as to why I thought it was faulty and what systems I had tried it on.
• 09.01.17 agreed that I could return it (keep proof of posting) but claimed that 40% of returned goods are not faulty, be default that is an admission that 60% of returned goods are faulty! Goods returned that day…
Since then there has been a total of 25 emails exchanged, where MemoryBits refuses to refund my monies OR replace the faulty goods as they claim the Post Office has lost the parcel… I paid in good faith for items to be delivered as Christmas presents, the free delivery in time for Christmas influenced my decision to purchase the items.
Christmas was spoilt as the goods did not arrive as promised and advertised, further spoilt by one memory stick being faulty. I gave MemoryBits a reasonable period of 30 days to address my complaint and they have failed. It has been 11 weeks and I have paid them money and have no goods. All the emails repeat that they are sorry for the inconvenience and ask me to be patient while they forward my complaint to a manager… who never contacts me. I have requested the contact details of a complaints manager – but I never get a reply.
This company is happy to sell you goods that may be unfit for purpose, but do not act to rectify complaints.

Although MemoryBits are known for their memory cards and other similar items, I have found that they have a fantastic selection of Brabantia items. Having recently installed a new kitchen, I treated myself to a selection of Brabantia utensils from the MemoryBits website. These arrived extremely quickly and I experienced fantastic customer service.

I will definitely be using MemoryBits again in the future and I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I was forwarded one of memorybits' offer emails off a friend as they knew I wanted some new flash drives. I was totally surprised by the great prices memorybits offered on top brand USB Sticks. I ordered two SanDisk 64GB Ultra Fit USB 3.0 as I wanted a newer, faster USB. They are brilliant! Watch these ones - when they say they're small they mean it. I keep mine on my work lanyard so as not to misplace it! FULLY recommend and will use again. 5 STAR SERVICE

Really quick delivery times! Over the summer I booked a last minute holiday to France but didn't have an SD card for my camera. So I went to memorybits and bought a 32GB card. It arrived the next day! I had a great time and didn't miss out on taking tonnes of photos! Fantastic, I will defintely buy here again!

First time I've used them but about to make another order. My brother said to give them a try and I've not been disappointed at all. Prices are outstanding and delivery (FREE!!!!) was just a couple of days arriving when they said it would. I bought 3 new 64GB USB sticks for the office and for movies to stick into the back of the TV. Just about to make orders for new memory cards for my camera and tablet. 100% happy and happy to review with 5 big green stars :)

Best prices on all the top brand memory. I always use this firm for USB Sticks and my SDHC cards. I'm a photographer so need to use only the best flash cards for reliability and quality. Recommended them to many colleagues, family and friends so have no qualms at all in recommending them with FIVE stars on here too. Free delivery is great and the stuff arrives in just a couple of days.

I have used memorybits many times for USB flash drives and memory cards for my devices. All orders arrived on time and the prices range from very competitive to incredible when you buy them on one of their regular promotions as indicated by a newsletter they sent to customers who sign up for that.
The one time I had an issue with a faulty product their helpful staff provided a quick and easy solution and I got replacement at no cost.

I received the order very fast . Unfortunately the drive turned faulty. I received an answer from a kind person within a couple of hours and they offered to return the drive at no cost and they sent me a new one.
Easy, fast and kind.

I have found that deliveries from Memorybits on the slow side, this time its unsatisfactory, plus added to which my email enquiries go unanswered.

I received the following from them on despatch "As the Independent postal handling agents for memorybits.co.uk and Rok Group Ltd we can confirm that your parcel, order no 4******A was today handed to TW4 Gmbh". This means I guess it is being posted from either Germany or Switzerland. This contradicts Memorybits website re delivery info ("We ship via Jersey Post and Royal Mail or Swiss Post and Royal Mail using at least 1st Class Post dependent on where your goods are dispatched from").

Its unforgivable not to reply to enquiries.

Roc/Memorybits should remember its a cut throat business, if you don't get the basics right you won't get repeat business.

Subsequently I was contacted by ******* (name deleted) 3-4 times. He tried rather unreasonably to bully me into withdrawing this review. I did receive an answer to my second email, but not the first, further it took 8 days from order to receipt. This left a bad taste, so subsequently reduced the rating.

Further he subsequently objected to his name being mentioned on this report. Really a most unpleasant individual.

After nearly 6 months, the guys at Rok decided to make a further post declaring me rude etc, denying that their services are in any way reprehensible. All they are trying to do is rubbish any/all negative reviews, they are in denial.; their comments are totally without foundation. this is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

As another poster said, if they would only take on board feedback and try and be constructive we would be prepared to give them another try;, all this denial, just makes people wonder who these guys really are.

You make up your own mind, after all these negative reviews can't all be wrong? i don't think so.

Photographer buddy mentioned memorybits.co.uk to me as that's who he buys all his cards from now.... and now I've used them a few times = they're ace and will use them always! Used to always use a well know site named after a rainforest ( ;-) ) but now I've found memorybits, they're hardly ever beaten on price! I've even been given promo code offers off them in newsletter emails - GREAT!!! Free delivery and easy to get around website. Checkout was fast I've never had any issues on delivery time ETA's. This is my sixth purchase now. Even picked up a remote control helicopter for my nephew from this site. 10/10 for sure :)

My mate recommended this website for Sandisk USB sticks at great prices - he wasn't wrong!!!! Great range of items and the gadgets on offer are really cool too. Bought a Brita Fill & Go water bottle - great price compared to the high street and quick delivery. Will use again.
