Ordered some rugby boots from overseas, the wait was the usual but once they arrived, I realised that they shipped me the wrong boots on the box of the ones i ordered, I tried to contact them for some customer service via multiple ways like email and social media, but had no response, i tried to make sense of their return policy but since im overseas with the shipping itself i was already out of time, thank you lovell for stealing 100£ straight out of my pocket and your ‘lovell’ess customer service.

Complete lack of care. Ordered a pair of boots. Packaged awfully, box was completely ripped to shreds and I opened it up and it was completely the wrong pair of boots. Tried to contact them straight away, didn't receive a reply, no number to phone them on. Poor experience and wish I'd just bought them from Amazon. I'll be interested to see if they care and how they can fix it, but it's not been a good experience at all.

Boots arrived promptly but there is no return form and they don't respond to emails. Therefore impossible to return goods. BEWARE

I rarely leave reviews, but Lovell Rugby has pushed me to the limit. I returned four pairs of boots from order and have only been refunded for three. Despite FIVE emails, including proof of postage and clear documentation, I’m still chasing a missing £55 refund for the Kakari Elite Soft Ground boots.
Their customer service has been nothing short of shambolic—slow responses, contradictory information, and a complete lack of accountability. I was told a refund of £84 had been processed, but that doesn’t even cover the full return. It’s now been over a month, and I’m still waiting.
I’ve wasted time chasing a resolution that should have been straightforward. If you value transparency, efficiency, or basic respect as a customer, I strongly advise you to shop elsewhere. Note the parent company is Frasers Group/Sports Direct.

Good quality boots good price and quick delivery very happy

Wrong items sent for part of the order. Numerous emails to the sales team have been in responded to over a period of 10 working days. All been within returns period but reluctant to send back as no aftercare or communication from the customer service team.

Money for the purchase has been raised through sponsorship for a junior sports section and nobody has been in touch. I have had to contact my bank to return the funds and trading standards to report the incident so that it doesn't happen to anybody else.

I ordered 2 items, both the same, the 2 items sent were not the ones that were ordered and they weren't even the same! Managed to get a returns label and then sent them back and they said they would only refund me for one item as that was all that they had received!
Thankfully Paypal, came to the rescue and I eventually got a full refund including the postage.
Steer clear and use a reputable company.

Its not the first time ordering from lovell rugby. Every time they provide excellent services from the order to the arrival of purchases. I never received damaged or bad quality items.

I wish I had of read the recent Trustpilot reviews before using this company. I ordered £500 worth of kit and paid for next day delivery. All I got was a sales confirmation, then nothing. No dispatch note, no delivery, no answerer to emails. The company has taken my money and not delivered anything. Read the other reviews. It seems this is something they do often. Not sure if they are incompetent of scammers.

I ordered Lions Rugby Merch from them, requested next day delivery, after 3 days nothing arrived. I emailed them waited a few days and no reply.
In the meantime I was also trying to Contact Evri the Courier they use, also poor communication.
After several days I finally got a response from Evri and Lovell Rugby, both agreeing the parcel had "gone missing" at the Evri Depot.
The Merchandise was a gift for my dad's birthday which I missed due to their mess up and didn't even get an apology from Evri just a straight refund.
As it was limited Stock Lions Merch I was unable to source anywhere else and was deeply disappointed with Lovell Rugby and Evri.
I was expecting compensation from Lovell Rugby or at least a discount code, but nothing.
I will never use Lovell Rugby again or Evri

I made a purchase that was supposed to take between 3 and 12 days. The order was never shipped, and I had to send two emails and place an order online, and only then did they contact me. They told me they would ship it within 48 hours, but they didn't. I emailed them again, and two days later they replied that they had had to cancel the purchase due to a system error. That was their explanation.
A real disgrace. The products I needed are no longer in stock. I'll never buy anything else.
