The customer services offered are beyond belief . Called in with a problem with non replaceable led external wall lights . After 10 minutes and a bit of conversation of options sorted problem for £20.00 saving hundreds of pounds if they had to be replaced . One very happy customer
Bought really nice lights from this company over 10 years ago and recently needed more to match after extension. Didn't do same anymore but lady on phone said she'd go through catalogues and by next day sent me pics of similar lights one of which was near identical. Could of just said no so 10 out of 10 from me from effort! Said I would post good review so as promised! Thank You.
Be very wary about ordering anything from this company. If you are sent a faulty item, it is unlikely you will ever get your money back, nor get a replacement. Has all the hallmarks of a business on the edge so would recommend paying by credit card.

Your girl (unfortunately I didn't take her name) was very knowledgable and really patient with me and found exactly what I wanted.. the 'Cyclone' ...it's up now and looks absolutely stunning! AVOID this company, their after sales service is dreadful. I purchased two items recently, both were faulty. The best they could do was to send a part to repair the light fitting, which did not work any better than the original. After waiting three weeks for a further replacement part, I purchase a part and repaired the fitting myself. £20.00 out of pocket, plus having to remove and refit the light twice. Lightsaver response: "We have a duty to repair or replace your light and we have been trying to do so by sending replacement parts to save you having to take down the fitting. We would have continued to try to solve the problem, probably by replacing the light as replacing the components didnt appear to be working.
We cannot reimburse you for the repairs that you have made unfortunately"
They did not save me taking the light down as it had to be taken down to fit the part they suppied. They just made me do the work twice by not replacing the fitting and they will not pay for the replacement part.
I am still waiting for them to replace the hinges for the bathroom cabinet, and I fully expect to have to buy these myself as well.
i REPEAT, USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL

Order was faulty on receipt. I emailed them 3 times to arrange collection of the goods but received no response. Phoned them and was told that i would have to complete a returns form and they would arrange the collection. The form has a rather long disclaimer list which leaves you a bit stuck as if you dont agree to it they wont collect the items.
I have been told that if a set of plug and go lights i ordered are faulty due to the bulbs or cross threading in the wiring then i would have to pay the collection costs. They supplied the bulbs and any cross threading would have happened at point of manufacture. I explained this to them but they just kept repeating themselves that i would be liable for the cost.
the disclaimer reads:
I believe the supplied product/s to be faulty as per the above information
I confirm the product/s has been installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the fitting/assembly instructions.
I understand that as the product/s has been installed/assembled and can not be resold as new I am returning the product for testing.
I will accept the outcome of the test results.
I accept that fact that if the product is proven to be faulty I will be issued with a refund or replacement as per my request within 7 days.
I accept that if the product is not proven to be faulty the product will be returned to me at my expense and I will pay the sum of £20 to cover the collection, packing
I just bought (after spending a very very long time choosing!) a lovely Tiffany lamp for my room, its stunning and I got it nearly 50% off. Delivery was quick too, i've added this site to my bookmarks! Perhaps a little excited about a lamp, but they are sooo lovely!
