Min anmeldelse er om Legoland i Dubai, Den er mest dårlig oplevelse har vi haft der. Ikke noget special at opleve, meste af tingene er ikke lavet af Lego. Kun færdiglavet af dårlig færdig lavet ikke Lego. Meget dyrt ente ca kr. 600,- pr person, vi har været i 2 timer. Kom ud. Meget skuffende!!!!

Parents be aware !!!

We are a family of five with Gold Annual Passes. We drove from Temecula on Sunday the 18th with two other families to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. When we arrived around 3:30 PM we were told it was a Gold blackout day and were sent to the ticket window after already paying $40 for parking.

At the window we explained it was our daughter’s birthday, we only manage to visit the park twice a year, and the park was closing in roughly two and a half hours. The first employee said they could not help us and that we needed to pay for the upgrade. We then asked for a supervisor.

That’s when the other employee with glasses and green eyes came over. He told us directly that he couldn’t do anything, and that the only option was to pay $29 per person plus tax on top of our Gold Pass. Multiply that by five people, plus the $40 parking and gas from Temecula, and the numbers are absurd for a park we barely use.

For the record, we understand you have a published blackout calendar. That is not the issue. The issue is the complete lack of flexibility when a family shows up with two other families for a birthday celebration, has already paid for parking, and the park closes in two and a half hours. Instead of making around $150+ on the spot from a family that only visits twice a year, Legoland chose to make nothing, watch three families leave, and create a negative customer story that will spread. Maybe that number means nothing compared to your daily volume, but for us it mattered.

When I mentioned I am disabled, he added that the fast pass was “better than the handicap pass,” which demonstrated zero understanding of what disabled guests actually need. Disabled access is not about skipping lines; it is about being able to use the park within limited time and mobility. That part was ignored completely. We did not get his name because he was clearly in a hurry to end the conversation and move on.

For context: at 3:30 PM the park did not look crowded parking lot nowhere near full, no entrance lines, and very light foot traffic. The blackout and “too many people” excuse did not match what we saw. After this, both families who came w

kids loved it. not enough adult rides to keep our interest and luggin around those kids all day

The kids really liked LEGOLAND but I couldn't believe how expensive everything was. The tickets were already around $100 each, then $15 small meals, the $2.50 bottled waters. Basically it had Disneyland prices but wasn't a Disneyland experience. Although the kids really enjoyed themselves Im to much of a penny pincher to spend over $500 for a day of fun and only be treated to an OK experience. I could have saved the money and probably had more fun with the kids at the beach.

Vi kom meget forventnings fulde til Legoland mandag d25/7-2016 . For det første måtte vi parkere pænt langt væk. Så stod vores søn i laaaaaang kø, mens vi ventede sammen med hans 2 meget spændte piger . Da vi endelig kom ind i Legoland . Så var det ikke andet end kø kø kø kø. Den korteste kø varede 1/2time den længste over en time, vores ene barnebarn på 7år prøvede 3 ture vores anden barnebarn på 6år prøvede 2 ture . Så opgav de og var meget kede af det pga af kø kø kø kø. Selv da vi skulle have is , var der overdreven lang kø. Det kan man sgu ikke være bekendt at byde forventningsfulde børn. Fint med kø , men sørme ikke så lang tid. Fuldstændig uacceptabel uforskammet behandling af os som kunder. At lukke så mange mennesker ind og så til de priser. Vi skal ihvertfald ikke i legoland mere. Og fortæller vidt og bredt om vores oplevelser. Stjernen er for de stakkels medarbejder i Legoland , som på trods af kø kaos, hele tiden havde et smil på læberne.

Very dissapointed by our day spent at Legoland
It was suppose to be an off peak day but it was so busy I really don't think they expected this many visitors. A members of staff said we didn't expect it to be this busy.
A lot of the food places were closed so that means the ones that were open were very busy.
The queues for the rides were very long 45 mins to even 70 minutes wait time!!!!
They seems under staffed on the rides which I think added to the wait times
Most bin were over flowing and rubbish on the floor.
Personally I have been twice and both times were bad. I will not waste any more money visiting this place again ....

Jeg er ked af at have oplevet en yderst ubehagelig episode med LEGOLAND. Vi havde købt billet over internettet. Da vi mødte op i informationen kunne vi ikke bruge vores onlinebilletter. Vi forsøgte at fremvise, at de havde trukket pengene fra vores konto. Kvinden i informationen sagde, at vi skulle købe nye billetter, hvilket vi så måtte gøre. Først ville hun ikke skrive mig en seddel, hvorpå der stod, at vi skulle have pengene refunderet efter besøget. Efter lidt torvtrækkeri, fik hun endelig hendes superviser til at give os en skriftlig dokumentation på vores tilgodehavende. Det gik hverken værre eller bedre end at vi selvfølgelig ikke fik refunderet vores penge. Selvend efter flere mails med flere medarbejdere (Maria, Christina og Fie).
Til sidst, og efter en måned, skete der endelig noget. Jeg ytrede bekymring om deres måde at håndtere deres trofaste kunder på. De virkede komplet ligeglade med, at vi havde måtte kæmpe så hårdt med dem om at få vores penge igen. De gav ingen forklarring, udviste ingen sympati og virkede modbydeligt snobbede. De har absolut manglende fokus på gode kundeoplevelser. Vi kommer aldrig mere i LEGOLAND!

7 timer i Legoland og vi fik prøvet 3 ting. Og så var de ikke engang ventetiden værd. Legoland er alt for meget en pengemaskine. ALT for mange mennesker og ALT for høje priser.
Alle mine unger var enige om, at samtlige sommerlande, Bon Bon Land, Bakken - alle mange gange bedre end Legoland.

we spent two days in legoland and although my kids had fun i would say that queuing for 1.5hrs in full sun for some rides was too much, some people left the queue because there kids couldnt cope with the heat. Had to spend about £20 just on drinks and ice creams in the queues to keep the kids hydrated. the shops had sold out of water and i had to by a capri sun for £1.50. not good. they charge extra for a Q bot which is essentially a queue jumper, the ultimate one costs £75.00 per person!!! each i mean £75 come on. while the rest of the plebs stand in a queue the better off jump the queues, at least we teach the kids early on how life works lol. a slush puppy £2.95 yo can by a drinks vessel for £7.50 and get free refills but £7.50!!! honestly its just all about the money at this place and therefore i wont come back, did have some memories but its a huge money making machine. Oh after you pay for your ticket, they will charge you £5.00 to park. if you want to pay closer the entrance thats £8.00. do you get the theme here, still if people pay the extra for the queue jumper and parking then i guess it wont stop them doing it.

vi var på legoland 4 mennesker den11-7-2011.Maden var en rigtig kedelig oplevelse og dyr. Fastfood var der rigelig af jeg så faktisk ikke andet en flute med ost og skinke. Sikke noget møg at servere til mennesker og børn, selv dyr lever sundere og vil ikke spise sådan noget mad.

Legoland hotel er SUPER godt !!!
De er søde og venlige alle sammen.
Maden er VIRKELIG børnevenligt ( har 2 alm kræsne børn på 3-4 år )
Værelserne er ikk luksus men rigtig ok til pris.
Der er en dejlig ro på hotelet da det er så stort.
Det eneste de mangler er sådan lidt mere legeplads inden for synes vi, da parken lukker 18 ( vi er der i juni ) så ku der godt være lidt mere at tage sig til for de små på hotelet, men det ka man jo så selv klare..
De har sådan en " skattejagt " man ihvetfald ka bruge en af aftenerne på :-)
Vi ska der hen igen ihvetfald !!!

Det er en fantastisk park. Og de er godt til at holde den ved lige, ikke noget med at den ser slidt ud i kanterne.
Men deres mad er IKKE lækker og så er den tilmed dyr.

legoland er kanon underholdning for børn, unge og voksne.

kanon god servise fra persionalet når man havde brug for hjælp eller vejledning.

der ud over bliver man altid mødt med et smil ved aktiviteterne af unge drenge og piger der klar på leg med ungerne
