I am a repeat customer. I received
fantastic service - no surprise here. The screen I needed was in stock. The new screen arrived when promised. I selected 2-day shipping. The screen was packaged securely. The cost was even a bit less than I anticipated. That's always nice.

The replacement screen looks sharp, crisp text and graphics. They even shipped the adhesive strips (not regular 2-sided tape, but a foamy fancy adhesive to secure the screen to the back of the case. It was similar to that which the computer came with,

I did need to contact them for a minor issue (my problem). They responded quickly with suggestions to overcome the issue. I was able to get up and running immediately.

I recommend them highly.

Excellent customer service experience. The first monitor I received had a few faint lines and a minor defect in the bottom corner once I connected it to my laptop. I contacted support, and they promptly asked for a couple of pictures to confirm the issue. After reviewing them, they immediately arranged for a replacement at no extra cost. Communication was clear and timely throughout the whole process. The new monitor arrived quickly and works perfectly now. Very satisfied with how smoothly and fairly they handled everything!

Rude support for broken screen on arrival - 0 responsibility or refund.

A couple months ago, I bought a "compatible" model screen for a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 at $150 AUD. There was a dead pixel on the screen after installation, and the touchscreen part of the screen did not work outside of the BIOS (although this wasn't a driver or OS issue as it didn't show up in device manager or work on Linux either.). Returning the display was not a easy experience either, I was offered a $15 credit and had to wait over a week before I could even return the screen, and I ended up having to start a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I ended up contacting Lenovo's official support and they replaced the whole lid and screen assembly for me free of charge. As of me posting this review (19/03/2025), my account on their site has been suspended. IF the company decides to reply to this review, I would like my account being suspended to be addressed. This is a shopping site for laptop screens, not a social media site.

EDIT (21/03/2025) In response to the reply from Laptopscreen.com:

1. The date of my experience is included at the bottom of the review. I'm sorry if "a couple of months ago" is too short to be considered 7 months.

2. I did not ignore the return label. I posted the screen back with the return label when I had the time.

3. I made the post claiming I was ghosted by you before I got a response from your support team. I also am pretty certain I requested a return earlier than sept 02, 2024, although I cannot check as I cannot log into my account and check the tickets.
