Live in the Highlands just north of Inverness ordered something and paid extra for 2 day postage. Took 4 days and asked for money back but given all the usual guff about more expensive to the Highlands but they are in the Midlands and Cornwall is more than a hundred miles further. Another bunch of con artists with supposed great prices but charge more for a worse postage service. Won't use again and shall tell others to go else where after all there are lots more!

I had googled a Sealey garage storage unit on google, which showed £916 at justoffbase, so i contacted them via online chat initially about availability. I had a discount 5% discount code (item £870 with discount) and was told most items are delivered in 2-3 days.

When i sent over the link to Tim, he replied "some parts are out of stock" and instantly removed the item without warning.... hmmmm

I rang customer services and was told the item was available and that any missing parts would dispatched afterwards..... really?

BUT GET THIS, if i wanted that item, the price was now £1016.... So in the space of 15 minutes, the same item was now being offered to me £146 more than the online price i originally enquired about. Google still shows £916.... !!!

Glad i never ordered, this company is utterly incomptenant, dishonest and as you can see, will happily remove an item and charge you signicantly more.

In the meantime, they will gladly list items in stock which they know have missing parts or do not have at all.

I would welcome a their reply to this review on here, there is no spin they can put on this, I have taken screenshots of the item before/during and after which clearly shows their dishonesty !!!

Never having used the company before - I took a look at the reviews on trust pilot. The majority were showing as being positive - The Sealey coolant filler tool was a very good price so I placed my order on a 24-48 hr delivery.
The exact item arrived well packaged in the time frame requested.
Great service will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered the equipment 9 days ago and have had to chase them twice regarding delivery only to be told it's not in stock, even though they took my money immediately. I called to ask when delivery would be and was told I would be called back within the hour. No call came and no email (annoying because I had planned the order & delivery to arrive for a specific date to clear the garden). I called back again and was told the order would be looked into. Not trusting a call back I asked to hold which is when I was told it's not in stock. Then when I queried if it was legal to take someone's money when the product isn't available, an argument ensued and was told they weren't there to be told what's legal and whats not by a customer. I beg to differ. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE but sadly can't speak for the products - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - WASTE OF TIME! - now waiting for my money back!

I purchased a Koolbreeze Kompact 18 portable air conditioner from Justoffbase on 17th July 2014 and received the unit on 21st July 2014 - a few days later than promised.

The unit worked for the few hot summer days of 2014. It seemed to work fine for a few days this summer, but then it suddenly stopped working in early July 2015.

I contacted Justoffbase on 25th July indicating that the unit failed a few weeks earlier. Justoffbase referred me to Dan from Koolbreeze who indicated that it was my responsibility for cost of repairs as the warranty period had past. Bryony James-Parker from Justoffbase had the same story. Neither Justoffbase nor Koolbreeze stands by the rubbish products they sell.

I researched Which? and discovered the Sale of Goods Act 1979 provides a strict set of rules that retailers - Justoffbase - must abide by. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Obviously, the unit they sold me was defective as I enjoyed only a few weeks of service before the unit failed - it is a portable air conditioner that I only operated on hot summer days. I will pursue my rights under this act and encourage others to take similar action on cases such as mine.

Goods as described, at a good price. Free delivery was very fast. What more could I ask for?!

The product is very good quality and reasonably priced. The service from Justoffbase is also splendid.

I received my order just as expected. Very friendly contact. I would buy there again any time.

After much searching, we found the bolt we had been looking for - extremely long, extremely tough and good value for money. Even better, it held our gatrage door when nothing else would.

Searched online, found what I wanted (a Draper honing tool) at a good price. Delivery was next day. Excellent

I orderd the tools and payed for them online and I have tryed to selecte a option to pick them up but the site shut me out and stopped working, the tools have been sent back and you still have my money.

Very impressed with the service, ordered one day, delivered the next, in perfect condition.

Very good service and good prices too

I ordered a collapsible 3.8m ladder from JustOffBase which was £60 cheaper than the exact same ladder in ScrewFix on the Thursday morning and it arrived by 11:30 on the Friday morning. I had to ring JustOffBase before I ordered it as the website said ring for information regarding stock. The very polite lady told me should would ring back shortly after she had spoken to their supplier which she did after no more than 10minutes. I ordered online and the ladder was received in less than 24hours. Would I use this company again. Most definitely.

My first time using justoffbase and it was as efficient as I expected it to be. The initial technical support prior to purchasing the equipment was very good and the staff went out of their way to help me with my query and advise me before I made my purchase. They also advised me on what would be the best way of having the products delivered, so can't fault the service whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.
