I have purchased albums on my iPhone, and they have been deleted, purchased a song today 15-08-2026, and it’s not in my music app, this company is a ripoff, I am going to android, paid to listen to my music get ripped off, you need to fix this problem, not happy, demand a refund please

Suche seit 2023 Neuerschreinungen in der Rubrik "Jazz". Fehlanzeige!! Während alle anderen Rubriken (Klassik, Metal, R&B) aktuellste Neuerscheinungen anzeigen, bleibt bei Jazz alles beim alten. auch bei "neueste Erscheinungen" kommt zur Hälfte japanische Folklore Musik zur Anzeige. Monatelange Besprechung mit Apple Support Mitarbeitern führte zum Ergebnis, dass zugegeben wird, dass Apple dieses Problem nicht lösen kann. Zuviel Geld vernebelt das Gehirn.

Apple iTunes for Authors is a clown show run by clowns. You'd think that a company known for making computers would know how to create software that worked like almost every other company. But no. They say, "Publish your books through Apple iTunes." But when you try set up an account, it's a complete nightmare trying to validate, access and establish an account to do that. I've already created more than a dozen book titles through Amazon KDP and IngramSpark, so I thought it would be nice to establish an account with Apple Books. But what a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you try to set up an account, the sign-in process traps you in a loop. Eventually when you find a workaround, the system then makes you set up a 2-step authentication process, then no longer recognizes the same password I've been using all along. Then when I find a workaround for that, they ask you set up a payment method, but then doesn't recognize the card info and tells me to contact Apple. Yeah, right? You mean there's a phone number to call for Apple support? Can you find one? How do these guys stay in business? I know. It's because they assume they're the only clown show in town. Too bad for us, though.

Une interface horrible. Si Apple avait voulu tuer son application, il ne s'y serait pas pris autrement...

Also das ändern eines Klingeltons sollte nicht so ein Aufwand sein, wenn man den schon bei I-Tunes kauft…
Abgesehen davon das sich bei dem Prozess mein Computer aufgehängt hat. Nachdem ich es endlich geschafft hatte, dachte ich mir ich mach noch das Update über die App, nach erfolgreicher Aktualisierung und dem abhängen des Handys konnte ich die App nicht schließen, da mein Handy ja aktualisiert…

Itunes/ Apple Music wird nur noch verschlimmbessert bzw. absichtlich weniger benutzerfreundlich gemacht. Jede Chance wird genutzt dir Apple streaming anzubieten, oft switched deine Suche in den Streaming Dienst. Das letzte mal als ich zwei Songtitel gekauft habe, funktionierten diese nicht, es waren jeweils knappe 4 minuten Stille wenn ich die Titel abgespielt habe. Bei einer Support anfrage wurde mir ncht weiter geholfen und mein Geld habe ich ach nicht zurückbekommen. Jetzt 2 Jahre später versuchte ich noch einmal die Titel runterzuladen, jedoch existieren sie nicht mehr. Nach einer weiteren Anfrage mit dem Support kann mir kein Geld zurückerstattet werden, mit wird auch nicht irgendwie entgegengekommen. Mir geht es hier nicht um 2x 1,29€ mit geht es ums Prinzip. Das ist einfach Betrug, und wenn es nicht beabsichtigt ist, dann biete wenigstens irgendetwas an. Ich habe 7 Minuten Stille für 2,30€ gekauft und jetzt kann ich nichtmal mehr die Stille herunterladen... klare Verletzung eines Kaufvertrags meiner Meinung nach.

I bought an album from iTunes. It cannot be played or downloaded. I requested a refund twice and it was denied twice. I contacted support and they were unable to help me. Apple has stolen my money.

Apple betreibt mittlerweile Betrug mit iTunes. Meinen Account hat man ohne jeglichen Grund und trotz das noch recht viel Guthaben auf dem Konto war, gesperrt. Ich kann mich auch nicht unter einem neuen Passwort anmelden. Der technische Support kann nicht helfen. Also ist mein Guthaben weg, mein ipod somit wertlos, da ich keine neue Musik mehr drauf laden kann. Ich nenne das Betrug.

Apple say they are a big company when it comes to customer service they are suck in the stone ages I got a app off iTunes which I purchased an item from the app apple took the money from my account but the purchase didn’t come though, the app say for me to get a refund I have to make a claim thou iTunes so I put a claim in which takes 48 hours just for them to turn round say it’s ineligible for a refund but it didn’t say that before I purchased the item now I have to wait 3 weeks before I can raise it with my bank to contest the purchase. I have had an apple product for 6 years now this will be my last apple product when my current contact ends happy to take money off you but they go missing when they have to pay it back

En temps normal je pense que itunes vaut 1 étoile mais le service client apporté lors de mon dernier coup de téléphone mérite 5 sur 5. Une dame d'une grande gentillesse qui m'a accordé plus d'1h avec sourire, patience et toute sa bonne volonté sur des sujets qu'elle ne pouvait pas maîtriser, elle s'est donné du mal pour moi. Merci à elle

@apple you absolutely suck!!! You do not give a 💩 once you have the money. Daughter's iTunes account got hacked - someone in 🇨🇳 used up all her gift card credit buying games. U even sent an email flagging possible fraudulent activity but processed the payments anyway. Told u it was fraud as we live in the 🇬🇧! You said you'd refund but next day refused & not only that you disabled her account & won't reinstate it! Why anyone would buy any of your products with customer service like that!

my acct was locked and no reason was given. I've had this acct for almost 20 yrs customer service they couldnt help.

À fuir.. J'ai fait opposition à des achats sur leur site suite à 1 piratage via tiktok. Apple n'a rien voulu entendre malgré mes demandes de remboursement. Le comble, c'est que je n'ai pas d'équipement Apple. Et vu leur mauvaise foi, je n'en achèterais jamais..

Very poor customer service was charged for a year of service after a trial period and called 5 days after I found the charge. Apple took the subscription off my phone only to be told it could take up to 48’ for a refund. Checked with AE only to find “agreement” does not let you have a yearly refund for 5 days of unused service.
Next time I will by from a different company.

My iTunes account was disabled and the appeal to have it reactivated was denied with no explanation or recourse. Customer service is worthless and provides no compensation for losing hundreds of purchased songs. One would expect a large company like this to have some semblance of support, but it does not. Very sad.
