Dear Mr Cain,
I’m so sorry you feel this way. Obviously, you missed or misunderstood the big, bold writing at the top of the product page that stated “THIS PRODUCT IS FOR COLLECTION IN STORE & LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY. Click here to see if we deliver to your area”. Just think, if you had clicked there you would have seen that we don’t deliver that product to your postcode area, you wouldn’t have placed the order, we wouldn’t have had to refund and you wouldn’t have had to tap angrily away on your keyboard to vent your anger at your own stupidity. But don’t worry, we’ll give you another chance to avoid this calamitous path.
But then you obviously missed or misunderstood the bit under “Delivery Options” where it only listed “Collect in Store – Old Woking, GU22 9JX” so the calamitous journey continues and gets us to where we are today.
Now the issue with the refund. You placed the order Friday evening after we had closed and we refunded your payment on the Monday morning once you had confirmed that you would not be collecting - so not really sure how you manage to get ten days from a weekend.

Ordered and received them within 24 hours, amazing service.
Managed to severely damage my Stihl pruner saw but found that HSS had the parts I needed. Ordered and received them within 24 hours, amazing service. My query to confirm I was ordering the right parts was answered quickly which was very helpful.
