Very disappointing stay, I asked for ground floor room as suggested when booked only to be told none available strike 1 second issue we tried calling reception as it showed on handout and didn't work on line 1 after many tries finally got through on line 2 to ask for extra pillows as my wife needs more than 2 on the bed and no extras in room then to be told only 1 extra per room after contact was made. No tourist information in room for places to visit. Very limited menu for dinner and breakfast with a long wait for breakfast. Very expensive meals for average quality meals with poor service. Really not impressed

I am a Canadian who recently ( last march) booked a hotel in tofino on Vancouver Island. I live in vancouver . Luckily I only booked 3 nights in a hotel which hotel.com advertised at $128 per night , I asked the hotel.com agent is this all I pay $128 per night he said yes. I printed my itinerary and had a nice time in tofino . When I got my credit card bill I was charged in American funds and also was charged a hotel tax of approx $50 my total was $202.00 per night why are they charging me American funds when I am in canada buying a Canadian hotel stay . I gave not contacted them about this yet but do not hold any hope in fitting a refund . Do not use hotels .com they are crooks and this is my experience.

Hotel club website booked out accomodation at the wrong hotel, had to pay the price of two hotels they failed to contact back about complaint and after 3 months all they have to say is it's my fault and that they are training people! Seriously for a global company it is disgusting and a joke, I am a gold member with the company and they treated me rudely! I now take my booking to the website Booking.com is much better and friendlier staff!

I booked a hotel in their website, the hotel location and pictures were misleading the hotel wasn't anything like the pictures, tried to get a refund and the company rejected it.

I went through a multi search engine to book a room for a business trip I was taking. I selected HotelClub to book with a "Best Rate" that was good. Upon checking out of hotel and collecting the final invoice to submit to my company I discovered that I was charged $54.20 more then then hotel bill actually came to. I addition a $9.76 charge was on my credit card for an international POS fee which was not explained anywhere in the booking process. I contacted Orbitz originally since they were who paid the money to the hotel, but they said I had to contact HotelClub. After 45 min and finally speaking to Dustin, the supervisor, I was basically told that the hotel should not have given me that invoice since that is the contracted rate that HotelClub pays them at, they agreed to refund the international fee, however I was stuck with an additional $54.20 charge for the room that I did not feel I could pass along to the company since that is not what the hotel actually got paid. Dustin was rude and told me they wouldn't make any profits if they paid the hotel what they charged the customers and I wouldn't have gotten a better rate if I had booked directly with the hotel (which is BS since I know that all hotels have rates that can be negotiated). Ironically I had seen rates that were $30 less per night the day after I booked, but just accepted that as a live and learn since I saw it past the 24 hour mark for getting the "guarantee". Needless to say I cancelled my Hotel Club rewards membership, will NEVER use them again, and I hope no one else gets scammed by a company that doesn't stand behind their rates or customer service. The hotel was awesome...HotelClub is a scam!

I just had my account taken over by someone else and it took a whole week to sort out leaving my account member points and worst of all my card details viololated. Customer promised she will within 72 hours but no had the decency to call and never apologised for the mishap. I'm sorry never again Hotelclub.

Hotel Club continues to offer reasonable priced accommodation in a range of service levels in a wide range of locations. I use it regularly for both business and pleasure trips and have found suitable accommodation on many continents, as well as loads of local and interstate options. I will continue to use it as it offers a reasonable loyalty program as well.

Hotel location good for 3 Arena, walking distance. Staff hospitable, informative, food good. Rooms clean, airy and nice size. Would recommend to friends. Will stay again

I called the hotel directly and could not get a room added on to a stay I already had planned for a business trip. I went on all the other websites to see what was offered and finally settled on my HotelClub app which gave me the best price but an also added free breakfast with my purchase. Bonus! Now I won't waste my time going any where else.

I find the website very easy to use and the quality and number of accommodation options very good. The prices are usually always competitive and I love the rewards system.

I only wish there was even more hotel/motel/apartment listings, as quite often I have specific places I want to stay that are not listed on HotelClub.

It's very easy to get a great room at a great, competitive price. You can find properties that aren't available anywhere else. It's fantastic that you can use rewards immediately. I would recommend HotelClub.com to anyone.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Hotel Club when I was looking for suitable accommodation recently. Whilst I was on line deciding which Hotel suited our requirements, the Hotel Club assistant, came on line and proved a great help. She was able to answer all my questions and even rang one Hotel to verify her answers. I found this extremely helpful and I would certainly use the Hotel Club again.
