Je cherchais partout l'ampli de mes rêves - Orange OR100 - qui n'était plus fabriqué depuis 2014. Et après maintes et maintes recherches je suis tombé sur le site d'Hollywood Music Shop qui en détenait un neuf !

Le contact a été très amical et professionnel. Et le service parfait : tubes soigneusement emballés à part. Quelques semaines plus tard - le temps que le shop récupère un carton adapté auprès d'Orange Amp et l'expédie - et ma nouvelle tête rugissait dans le local de répète... Bref, n'hésitez pas, du pro !

There’s a good reason why Hollywood Music has a 5 star rating- because there’s no way to give them 6 stars!

Good prices, good communication, fast and reasonable delivery, special handling and very friendly. My only complaint is that they don’t have a store here in Denmark.

I have been a customer of Hollywood Music for a few years now and have no hesitation in recommending the shop and the staff irrespective of musical ability. Recently I asked Adrian to make some minor adjustments to my Gretsch Electromatic. As requested he fitted heavier gauge strings, adjusted the truss rod and lowered the action. He talked me through the adjustments, let me enjoy a trial run through and as a result an excellent guitar has just been improved. Many thanks to Adrian for his attention to detail.

Very professional with that family feel, very warm and welcoming. Non pushy and great for beginners to experts. I couldn't recommend them high enough !

John and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. One evening at a gig in Stony Stratford John, the owner, happened to be in the audience when one of our powered PA speakers packed up, (Not bought from Hollywood BTW), John went and got us one from the shop and saved our bacon. What more can I say. Chaaaaap.

Great selection of instruments with friendly knowledgeable staff. I've bought a number of guitars and accessories here and always been delighted with the product and the service. Nice just to pop in for a chat with like minded people. Unlike many shops, they never make you feel a bit stupid. Hollywood Music is exactly what a music shop should be. If only they sold vinyl...

In recent years HMS have really improved the quality and variety of their stock. They have always had good and knowledgeable customer service but I may have gone into London to get high end guitars, now they are available in the shop. along with some excellent mid range and beginner guitars too. Situated perfectly in Stony Stratford

Purchased a guitar online only to be telephoned later that day to say they no longer have it and they would refund me. They guy was very polite but for half a day I was very excited about the guitar which was very difficult to find in the first place.

I love the guys in the shop Adrian is very knowledgable about the Who and gave me some great advice in buying gear for my new band project.
The store is full of really great products and loads of new stuff to try out

Sorry my review was so late! Yes most definitely I'd highly recommend not just for guitar stuff such as Effects pedals, but also for guitars and even Pedalboards and cables etc.
Pitty there's no more Turned Out Well Pedalboards as I did see some of those!!
But hey don't worry there's still a similar company called Holeyboard. Which is again designed with holes.
Oh well never mind on the other hand there's always Pedaltrain and many other makers!!
Gotta say my "Electro Harmonix pedals are as usual excellent working pedals"!!
Hollywood Music Shop is awsome!! Would definitely buy from again anytime!!

OK, so first things first, Do I believe everything that is written on review sites, "NO". So why should I bother making a review, "Not Sure", but I will. Lets start with 2 Stars, they didn't have what I wanted, "BUT" !!!!, 5 Stars, they said they could get me one. So far so good. Next 3 Stars, they had never heard of the product, "BUT" !!!!, 5 Stars they were on the computer before I had finished my sentence, read about it and we had a good discussion on it.
Yep, your right I did order it, put a deposit down and waited for it to arrive, 2 Stars in my book, it didn't, and I waited and I waited, "2 Stars is actually unfair", it wasn't their fault, supplies thin on the ground, so back to 5 Stars.
Product now here in my possession for Christmas, So for those that are interested, here is my reason for the rating, being a "wanna-be star" (actually been one for forty years) Hollywood Music is a great place to visit and have a mooch and a chat. SO, as I want to continue this relationship and support a High Street business I have scored FIVE.
However don't let me sway you, go in there and make your own mind up. As to the product, I wait until I have mastered it a little before I rate "IT" and the Company. What is it? doesn't matter, we all want different things from a music shop and the best way of judging them is get in there and ask for something.

Buying online was painless. The price was competitive. Customer service was friendly and reliable. Delivery was quick. Couldn't ask for more.
