Sent battery packs that weigh a lot less than advertised! F me over again! Hard to use slow website and links that dont work when you want a refund. Made hard to sort out on purpose!

Being unable to acces their website from several browsers.
Getting a cloudflare error. Not responding throught costmer service or facebook messenger.
Have traded with them previus, not a huge costumer. maybe they just dont care.
Dates back over a year to not being able to acces their website

Not great customer service, replacement parts are different to get hold of and models often out of stock.
Recently received a new plane missing parts.
Very difficult to get in touch waited ages on the chat then gave up. Looks like I’m going to have to buy the parts elsewhere at my cost.
Better off going to a UK shop that you can get in contact with.

This was the first time that i had ordered from hobbyking and I have to say the service was fantastic. About a week later I had to order a few spare parts but it turned out that 1part was out of stock but recived an email apologising and that a refund would be made which it was in a few days. Great service so I would highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again.

Everything was what I expect. What I won’t do is provide feedback for every sale. It’s annoying. If on the odd occasion you stuff it up, I’ll let you know then.

J'enlève 2 étoiles car le pilote ne fait pas partie du matériel, alors qu'il est présent sur toutes les photos et que rien ne précise ce manque dans la description.
Après ma réclamation, une notification informant de cette absence de pilote a été ajoutée dans la description.

SCAM! I won their so called giveaway on Facebook for the crash picture. Should have received a £50 voucher. After multiple emails with support saying they’d sent it when they never have, I still haven’t got it. Won’t be using Hobbyking anymore. The few planes I have had from them are poor quality anyway!

They’re absolutely horrible to deal with. They sent me a plane and it was damaged by FedEx. I sent them pictures or the damaged box and plane, to which they authorized a return. But they want me to pay out of my pocket to ship the plane back. They will give you run around excuses and leave you waiting with vague or unhelpful responses. I would never recommend shopping from them, they’re terrible.

They say to proceed to settment but they don't say how and no menu items to do so.

I ordered some connectors and two batteries, I received the connectors but did not receive the batteries.
Please send the batteries

I ordered 2 boats and one helicopter. Only the boats showed up. I emailed customer service but got no response. Order number 103103114.

I havent got my order now, only the batteries but not my lipo charger

Beställde en mx07 och 4st 3s lipo den 9 juni från eu warehouse, grejerna fanns i lager enligt hemsidan. betalade med visa. 4 Dagar senare står det fortfarande proscessing, kontaktar kundtjänst och efter att ha blivit utslängd från chatten 4 gånger får jag tillslut svar att batterierna ej fanns i lager och de beräknas komma in i slutet av månaden. Jag frågar då om de har några alternativ i lager, jo visst de finns. Bra, skicka dom istället då, nej de går inte att ändra på ordern, nehej, skicka bilen sålänge då eftersom de är en present. Nej de går inte. Efter många om och men så makuleras ordern och jag får "store credit" på summan och blir ombedd att lägga ny order. Sagt å gjort, lägger order idag 16 juni. Får bekräftelse mail att order är lagd. Vid lunch gick jag av ren nyfikenhet in på hemsidan å då står det att ordern är makulerad. Öppnar chatten och får tillslut till svar att eftersom de är är betalat med store Credit nu så skulle jag ha kontaktat dom å sagt de, annars tas ordern bort. Så, nu sitter jag här, utan bil, utan batterier, utan pengar å väntar på att store Credit ska läggas in igen. VILL VERKLIGEN INTE BESTÄLLA skiten igen, jag är 100% säker på att de kommer med en ny fantasilös anledning till att de inte kan skickas nästa gång också, men pengarna är låsta i deras äckliga butik..Aldrig nånsin kommer jag handla här igen!
