Highly recommend Harrison Cameras!

Everything progressed quickly and smoothly. The lens was is good nick and has functioned as expected.

Started with 5 stars - Pentax Jupiter 12x50 binoculars in stock at a good price with free (unspecified) postage. Sadly the postage turned-out to be Evri, who I avoid like the plague (in my area they leave packages outside my locked drive gates at 6 o'clock in the morning). One Star Off! I emailed Harrison Cameras immediate on receipt of their notification Evri had been asked to deliver ... a few hours after my order was made. Harrison Cameras ignored my email. Another Star Off! Fortunately, it was not pouring with rain the day Evri left my new binoculars outside my gates at 6 o'clock in the morning, for me to find at noon (there was no email update). The binoculars are excellent, but that's down to Pentax, so no stars redeemed.

Even though I arrived a few minutes before closing, I was treated with courtesy and my order was dealt with in a professional manner.

Excellent customer service.
Small problem with online order due to a faulty album that could not have been spotted by retailer unless packaging unwrapped.

My dad was an amateur photographer, he took movies too. My brother found an old cinema film he must have taken and spliced together. I looked on the internet to find a company who could convert it onto USB. Harrison’s cameras came up. I ordered and paid online and sent my film off. I didn’t hold out too much hope as the film was over 65 years old. I received it back today with the USB and a CD. What a jewel it is, my cousins, myself and family who have passed away. I got quite emotional watching myself as a baby, moving too. I’m amazed at the quality and I’m so thankful of this company who I entrusted my priceless film to.
Thank you so much to everyone at Harrison’s cameras as you’ve made our family so happy.

Good value for money if you take everything into consideration - item price, quality, delivery time etc.
Not always cheapest but have never had a problem with anything i purchased & DPD delivery has always been timely.

I was left disappointed by my overall experience with this store. For a retailer dealing with cameras. I expected a more professional and reassuring purchase experience. In my view, the service did not match the standard I was hoping for, and I would be reluctant to use this store again. Based on my own experience, I would look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my experience with this store was disappointing. In my opinion, the level of customer support and attention to detail was not what I would expect from a specialist retailer of cameras and security equipment. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this store.

Goods arrived as promised and securley packaged.
First impression on opening the package was good. The co dition of the camera was, as fzr as could see, aa described.
Need to try it out now , just to complete the circle.
