Gucci Review 

Worst staff ever dealt with, to the point I was gonna buy a 3,200 coat and phoned up to authorise it and two of there rude staff wouldn't help and put the phone down on me, never ever will I buy this brand again. Gucci what's it like hiring racists, bullies, disability denounces?

Call yourself a top brand when your staff are lower than low. Well some are apologies those who artn.

Visited Gucci Bicester village today and after the awful staff we have decided it is not worth the effort to go there for that kind of treatment when paying those prices . Rather go to London and receive better customer care .
Staff stand around looking at customers as if they are dirt and give each other knowing smiles and talking about customers.The whole experience was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
We have been to this store many times and purchased items in the past and had every intention of purchasing an item today ,but after the way the assistant assumed by his tone the the price of the item may not be something we could afford even though we had asked for what colours the item came in ,not the price of the item .
This was after he ignored us in favour of an Asian family who had pushed in front of us .
DONT WASTE Your Time GOING THERE FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE !

Bought a few products from Gucci now and always been satisfied, Apart from Christmas I was bought a scarf as a present, After 2 weeks the tag began to fray away from the scarf My boyfriend contacted Gucci and they said nothing they could do till the shops opened, the tag has no completely came off and the scarf is full of threads hanging off where it has came away! Absolutely disgusting that a £200 scarf can be so bad quality definitely will not be buying from Gucci again.

An awful company who don't give any aftercare concern. My daughter saved her pocket money and bought a gucci ring costing £170. After less than 6 months it warped. She barely wore it as she wasn't allowed to wear it for school, so only wore it for 6 months. She sent s string of emails with photos to customer service asking for help with either exchange or refund. They stopped replying to her emails so we drove 300 miles to the Bond Street branch who said it would cost potentially another £70 to repair and that the ring wasn't faulty!!?? I am furious that they didn't feel that a 15 year old child might actually be upset on spending all her money and might not be able to afford another £70. Appalling after care and horrendous attitude to customers.

Went to Bicester today, travelled 1 and1/2 hours and tried to get into the Gucci store several times, I even went back at 8:30 at night and there was literally two people in the shop and they said the queue is full, there was nobody queueing to pay or nothing, the place is an absolute joke I have spent thousands at Bicester and the Gucci store does not deserve to be open, run by staff who think they own the place and find it funny to turn people away, very very bad service and I would be ashamed to put my name above that store

Fail to deliver confirmed orders, as they bump you for the special preferred customers. Then hold on to your refund for over 2 weeks. Customer service is totally useless and none existent. Pretty poor for a supposed high-end retailer

Shame you can’t leave 0 stars. After sales care was shocking. Man kept telling me that bag was like that was because of wear and tear despite me saying it was like that on day one. He was not listening to me at all and kept talking over me, very arrogant man who is supposed to work in after sales. In the end he sent someone else to serve me who appeared to be much more understanding and polite. First and last purchase ever at this store.

My daughter bought a scarf for me over the Christmas period . Within a couple of weeks the tag fell off. Don’t know where or how. I saw that it had ruined the scarf. I didn’t want to complain at the time. So I left it. Then I noticed different issues and thought no this is not right. I contacted Gucci and they took the scarf back. Checked for technical errors and said they’re weren’t any. It was my fault. Considering I have only wore the scarf 3 times. Disappointed that a big company cannot help.

Awful customer service. Ended up paying twice for the same transaction as the transaction history was not accessible or visible on their system. I am still waiting to hear about a refund. I am having to chase this despite it being their fault!

I just want to let y’all know that I ordered something and FedX the company you work with to deliver things is SO TERRIBLE. I needed my package for a birthday tomorrow and they tried 3 times to deliver it when I was AT WORK and they now said they are sending it back to you and I won’t get my money back for another 15 days. First of all y’all need to work with a company that delivers packages not during work hours. EVERYONE WORKS. I tried calling fedex to tell them I won’t be home and they were very rude and said well there’s nothing we can do. Now I have to wait to get my money back and can’t even buy my husband another gift because it was so expansive I have to wait for the money to come back. I am VERY disappointmented on how all of this worked out. You would think when you are spending $300 plus dolors on something you could get your package.

Gucci selling damage goods. I bought bag and the handle on the leather has scratch and on the right side where attach the strap was scratch as well. I did not really fully check the bag when i bought it in the store because everything wrapped with the plastic and of course I trust them. But in Fact I spend £860 for damage bag and I can refund and exchang it.

Fast and professional service from the store online. Shame the actual shops have a smaller selection of items

Absolutely shocking customer service from gucci bicester village sold damaged goods and im yet to receive a replacement, very disappointed to experience this from a supposedly high end brand quick to charge extortionate prices without delivering!

My wife, who didn't have a smart phone, was refused entry to the Bicester Village store by an officious member of staff having told her she must scan the QR code to join the digital queue. No such system at Prada, who benefitted to the tune of £860.

I cannot but praise enough the quality of Gucci service in both its Sloane Street store and Harrods boutique. Claire and Belyl respectively went beyond the extra mile. Hugely impressive, and reassuring that some businesses still value customers.

Bad experience waiting outside Gucci bicester village branch. It seems store is always full and closed to shoppers. One thing annoyed me is that security man ask me and my wife to not wait outside their store. Racist guy!!!!!!!!

Gucci perfume smells elegant and i love it!!! Hope they have sale soon
