I've been using the program for 2-3 years and have built a massive database of my favorite movies.

Some titles are easier than others. I don't understand how it gets new content but it does.

Some blocks of new movies don't ever seem to post (Like Max movies) but others do and Sure you find a terrible cam theater post usually in the earlier appearances when a movie is just posting, but these get replaced by various quality screen record versions once they hit streaming market usually.

Now why I can't get World War Z (2013) ever or Blood & Concrere (1995) I don't know, but 2024/2025 titles that I never see are Mad Max Furiosa, Beetlejuice 2024, Bad Monkey (2024), the trap 2024, dune (2021 or pt ii 2024) and Joker 2 (2024). These seem to be MAX properties. I've been looking for year on some of these.

Finding TV series is generally fruitful too though getting every episode of multi season episodic complete TV series can take time and dilligence

Ridiculous my mate joined Graboid and downloaded a movie which was just recorded in bad quality in a Cinema/Movie theatre and people's heads were getting in the way, ridiculous.

I have been a subscriber of graboid since 2010. Unlimited package was $15pm but went up to $20pm in 2012. I have never had any serious problems with graboid up until 3 weeks ago, when I stopped getting daily updates and new shows to download. The last time a new film or TV show was available to download from graboid was 02/01/24. I emailed graboid tech support a week ago but I have had no reply. I checked community support on graboid and the last time there was a Q&A thread was in 2016. Nothing since. Not good news. I emailed graboid billing department on 24/01/24 and informed them I would no longer renew my monthly contract due to BS service. My membership was cancelled on 24/01/24 despite the fact my monthly payments are taken on the 5th of each month so my last payment was on 05/01/24 and my membership should have ran up to and including 05/02/24. I have emailed billing department to reinstate the remaining 11 days of my subscription but I seriously doubt these mofos will respond, let alone comply. I will now be looking for an alternative to graboid. I hate netflix, etc because you cannot DL or keep the movie or TV show you want to watch.

i have just taken graboid most of of the film idownload always crashes, iwanted to watch zerozerozero so i down loaded season 1.8 when iwent to watch them all the pictures crashed , so i will not be using graboid the mb is to high.

This used to be a wonderful program. I have been using it for 5 years. However, I have been noticing a lot of PORN coming up in the movies category, TV shows, and some kids show categories. I will be dropping Graboid, because they have done absolutely nothing to fix their crappy system.

AVOID. If you ever need to stop payment, you likely can't. My son (who is disabled on limited income) downloaded several years ago. We have written via snail mail when we couldn't get password restoration and they ignored us. This seems to be is a money grab. AVOID, AVOID , AVOID

I'm giving Graboid a 5 star rating as I think some of the ratings below are simply unfair. I've been a subscriber off and on (very easy to do) for many years and have downloaded an excellent variety of movies, series & documentaries. All this without the nuisance of viruses, popups and advertising. Fast downloading speed is a real bonus.Occasionally a download fails, but that would be on average only 1 out of 25 I guess. Checking community comments is helpful and avoids disappointments. The fact I can download or watch whenever I want is something which lacking with Netflix or any of the others. Customer service is excellent, prompt and friendly. Monthly subscription fee is good value for money. I would recommend Graboid.

In My opinion a scam site with very poor quality video and no refund if you regret your payment within 14 days so The website do not follow The law for refund.
They have alot of videos but often missing key episodes if you wanna follow all epidodes.
Very Hard also to navigate almost impossible to find all episodes. Very expensive aswell 20Dollar/Month for a poor video streaming site. Graboid was better in The history but They did not progress into The future.

So skip this crap website and see on Netflix instead.

I have been a graboid subscriber since 2007. What was once a very good service, has now degenerated to utter crap. Out of every ten downloads, once three will be successful. It also seems a lot of pornographic content (of the cheapest and worst kind) has appeared to infiltrate this site as well. Not sure what the exact problem is, but I think that all downloads are set to work at an optimum speed and if your download speed is poor (like mine) downloading large files doesn't happen at all, and smaller files, it is often still touch and go. I think Graboid has also cut down it's server capacity, so if there are more than a certain number of people trying to download at once, then the sever will automatically throw people off (I think Graboid has deliberately set up their program this way) I would love to hear Graboids, side of the story. I was downloading files (often very big ones) using a much slower ADSL connection back in 2007, without any real issues, so what is the problem now? For almost $30.00 (Australian) per month, I really do not think this program is good value for money and am seriously considering, cancelling my membership.

I use graboid more than any of the other providers of content, including netflix, standard broadcasts and so on. I can watch what I want, when I want.

I have tried several times unsuccessfully to contact Graboid regarding a refund due after subscriber died. They have not responded to any emails or snail mail requests. I guess money is far more important than customer service. I really wish someone from Graboid would respond.

Their customer service is awful. They overcharged me and now, there is no phone number to call and no one to reach. After being a member for more than 5 years, I believe it's time to cancel my membership and switch to a better company where I can reach a live person in case of a problem.

When first launched they offered lifetime graboid star memberships. Then when they got popular cancelled all the "Lifetime " memberships. When I called them on it they proceeded to insult me on social media with pretty foul language when i posted my review on their Facebook page. I immediately ceased to do business with them. Very unprofessional conduct!!

Graboid is NOT a P2P site. It acts like a search engine and you download direct from the server, not other users' pcs. Therefore, what Graboid does is legal. What you choose to do...well, I'll say no more. Most content is uploaded by newsgroups and therefore, quality of content is variable but by and large good. Graboid itself DOES NOT host the content and therefore has no control over quality, other than the ability of users to give a file a thumbs up/down. You can then choose whether to d/l the file or not.
I'm in the UK and pay $19.99/mth (about £12) for unlimited d/l bandwidth which I see as excellent value, especially as I get to see many TV shows the day after they're aired in the US.
Be aware that DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) take down orders are becoming much more commonplace, meaning files are often only available for a very short period of time before they are removed. The link remains however, and this means Graboid can still find the file, even though it's "broken", meaning bandwidth can be used up on a duff file d/l. Graboid has NO control over this. Liken it to a Google search that brings up results which, when you click on the link, inform you that the webpage is no longer available.
So, there are some shortcomings but they're not of Graboid's making. There are many, many more files which d/l incredibly fast and are of superb quality. Well worth the subscription I pay, in my view.
As I'm not d/l files from other peoples computers, there's nearly no risk of a virus (never had one in 10 years). Also, tracking my IP address is unlikely as I'm not u/l any files to anybody else.
Finally, why the name Graboid? Not sure why, unless it's because the guys who "made" Graboid were fans of the movie Tremors but a Graboid is the underground "worm" monster in the movie. Now you know :-)

Good service but i prefer not to pay monthly because i dont use that much data and making payments through paypal. Wish i could topup at anytime without paying monthly.

So far so good. I had the trial for 1 day and went ahead and signed up today for an unlimited account. I was that impressed. I have been using Jdownloader for a year but this beats that 100%. Please support these guys so they keep going. 5 stars!!!

I have never been double billed and customer service has always been nice to me. I like VLC media player better than regular graboid player and I like the $5 membership. It is awesome. I HAVE had it for almost a year now and it is really great for tv shows, but not all the movies in theaters I want are in high quality. BUT i have never gotten a virus or had an issue from streaming a movie.

I would rate them higher than 3 stars if it were not for them TRYING TO BILL ME REPEATED FOR $15.00. Most other aspects were great.

Graboid Is easy to use you dont have to be a computer geek to use it also it tells and shows you quality of the download top reviews on which ones are the best working , reviews of the movie and what the theme of the movie or tv shows and more I even downloaded a video that said poor quality and it was of good quality way better then I had expected ,I would recommend this for everyone to check out and try, As for myself I am happy with every aspect of it ,and by the way I have'nt even mentioned price for the first month you get 4GB to down load free no credit cards unless after you use up your 4GB's (about 2to 4 movies depending on length) and you decide to buy a packageand thats if you decide, I believe it starts at 4.99 for silver giving you 10GB of transfers with 2GB per file limit (good enoug ) and for gold 14.99 with 50GB of transfer per month (more then enough) and diamond 29.99 500GB of transfer per month of DVD quality and HD quality (more than I needed) downloads TV, MOVIES and more check it oit for yourself like I said first 4GB's are free with no credit cards just download the VLC player which plays everything beautiful I use it for everything DVD's ect..ect..ect.. CUDOS to graboid it really works does what it said and more and no pop ups no spam just what you paid for. Only one downfall better get yourself more memory because you'll be downloading like crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
