Friday and they left the delivery in the van I got delivered again on Tuesday left downstairs in the hallway didn't you know plumbing or take the old machine away very bad delivery service but good install but very bad delivery service best bit is to figure out from the store if it's in stock if you've got to be a cool computer this amen Musa machine mate yeah yeah send that okay

Would highly recommend. Ordering online was easy to do and all costs involved were clear. The delivery men phoned before arrival with an update, they were absolutely lovely and friendly and quickly swapped our appliances over and made sure our new dishwasher was working and not leaking before they left.

I do not recommend it!!
I do not recommend it!!! It is very difficult to get in touch with customer service, and they don't have the answers to any questions. Lots of problems and stress regarding the delivery.

We purchased a replacement oven from Gillman’s in Gloucester. Dave was great from the start, answering all our questions and making everything easy. Collected it today — excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Good customer service
The first microwave delivered stopped working the 2nd time I used it, but Gillmans sent a replacement within a few days. The replacement has a dent in the back but this doesn't appear to affect the convection oven so I'm not too worried about this, unless it causes problems with the grill or microwave.

Nice delivery people, polite and considerate.
The order was done easily over the phone.
The only negative thing was the electronic messaging service to say something about tracking - I couldn't understand a word of it.
