Still, the order was reshipped at no extra cost and additional pills were added. I've also been very satisfied with the results of the medication itself. Before I ordered from this company, I did a quick price comparison by Googling some of the other big online pharma's. Generic4All came out on top, or I should say at the bottom cause their prices were consistently lower than the other sites I checked. Not only that, but it does what it says on the tin. Great service and totally reliable. They keep to the delivery schedule and you get what you ordered. The strength of the generic pills is maybe slighty weaker than the brand, but it was still enough for me. I've bookmarked this site for the future.

I recently ordered from Generic4All as a 1st time costomer, so here are some of my thoughts.

Prices: Great value for money. What's also good is that the more you order from one single brand, the cheaper the price per pill. Good for people who need regular medication and want to buy in bulk.
Shipping: Pretty quick (bit less than 2 weeks). Considering it says on there website that they are in England and in the Seychels, I was happy it didn't take longer than that.
Site itself: Easy to browse, looks like they have a good selection of meds.
Service: Had a nice chat with someone from costomer support on the chat box on the website. They answered all my questions and helped me with the order process. Also I'm very happy with the service overal, it proves to me they are reliable.

So all in all a good review, I'm sure gonna use them again.

Received my order in good condition and the medication works as advertised. Delivery time to the North of England is not too bad. I ordered Cialis capsules from this website a while ago. The order process on the website went smoothly. The indicated delivery time was 8-14 business days, but after 2,5 weeks I still hadn't received anything. I started to get a bit worried and called Generic4All's customer service department. The person I spoke to was very friendly and tracked my order for me, informing me there had just been a slight delay with Royal Mail. Sure enough, I received my package a few days later.
I'm extremely satisfied with the service received. It's so nice to be treated like a person for once, not like a number! They have definitely gained a regular customer.

I've had very good experiences with this company. Orders arrive on time and products are good quality, as expected. Have had to contact their customer service department only once after a technical problem on their website while I tried to order. They were very friendly and efficient and the issue was solved in no time.

For the first, small order in 2008, everything was fine; for the second order, in 2009,there were glitches with credit card approval and discount that were resolved by customer service; for the third order, this year, there was a credit card snafu, followed by a communication void: the credit card billing was listed under a different name, their order form and reply to my email query got caught in my spam filter, and they apparently did not know why the post office had not delivered my order.
After posting this review, I received two identical emails, one for each posting site, correctly revealing that the pills had shipped by registered mail and were waiting at the post office. These were caught by my spam filter but within hours, apparently aware that their messages were not getting through, they sent two additional messages that bypassed the spam filter to arrive in my inbox.
I received a phone call this afternoon with a request that I withdraw this comment from the website. The man said that none of the problems were their fault. When I pointed out that, for instance, I preferred not to have packages sent by registered mail, which was the source of the delivery problem, he said that other customers liked the registration. I replied that they could offer a choice, he then said that registration was needed for insurance. I started to reply but he cut me off, speaking loudly and at length. I hung up. They bill under different names to conceal their identity; when email containing order information has not been received by the client, why can't they use names that bypass spam filters?
It has been unpleasant and upsetting, so I won't be dealing with them again.
