Terrible
I didn’t receive a confirmation email of the purchase. After contacting GB Posters, they did not reply and just sent my parcel after that; I paid for a 48 hr delivery, but it arrived in 5 days! It was my son’s birthday present and it arrived two days after his birthday

I can confirm your order was picked and dispatched in less than 12 hours but the carrier took an extra few days to process during the Black Friday week as several parcels were delayed due to the amount of ecommerce orders going through the carrier network. We've messaged you directly with the tracking details for the order.

Disappointment
Ordered an item on 25/10 seeing that they offer "48h" delivery. It supposed to be a birthday gift and was needed by the end of next week so it looked like there is easily enough time to process it. Unfortunately, the parcel was lost. This things happen, although you would expect at least some interest shown from the seller. None was shown here, as my email was completely ignored. Finally received the parcel nearly two weeks after the order, in horrible state and all the contents broken. Tried to contact GBPosters, but again there is no answer. Customer service is absolutely non existent and it already looks like getting a refund will be a nightmare and will need to get a chargeback from the payment processing company.
Avoid.

Addition after the answer from the company - it's been nearly a month and I was offered a replacement, although it's still nothing. No answers to emails since. It will be probably have to be sorted by PayPal looking at the pace it's moving forward.
Really avoid.

Hi Martin, we've been having a few issues with our mail server provider and emails not coming through to us. We can see in this instance we picked your order which was placed at 6pm on Friday 25th and we picked & dispatched your order on the Saturday 26th at 9am and collected by Evri on the Monday evening (as we have no collections over the weekend). Your order was re-directed at your request to a Evri Parcel shop which caused an issue with the parcel shipping to it's original home address you requested. Unfortunately re-directs in the system do normally have a knock on effect to the original lead time for delivery.
In the mean time we are working on a new website which will alleviate the few issues we've had with customer contacts.

Great value frames, prompt delivery & very good customer service.
I’ve purchased frames several times from GB posters and have always had prompt delivery. On my last order a frame was damaged in transit. A quick photo of the damage and a new frame was despatched which I received a couple of days later.
