Bought a universal umbrella holder from them with cash only to find out it couldn't attach to my design of trolly,took it back the following week intact and with receipt to be told only store credit is offered as it's there policy, disgraceful way to keep your money

They sent the wrong size router sled and I was told It was my fault and I would have to pay to send it back and pay more for the correct size. Terrible customer service avoid this company.

As suspected I checked companies house, run by a kid. Tracking didn't work. Sent the wrong bag then no apology just an email with return label attached.

Le livreur a livré un sac de golf totalement défoncé et donc impossible d'utiliser le sac .
Sauf, que, alors que ce n'est pas de ma faute, il faut que je renvoie le sac à mes frais, que je paie les droits de douanes et Remplir le formulaire CN 23 des douanes, mais impossible de le remplir car ce formulaire n'est compatible avec les adresses écossaises.
Donc j'ai payé un sac de golf que je ne peux pas utiliser car il est complètement défoncé et il faut que je le renvoie à mes frais et payer les droits de douanes. Alors que la société ecrit que les retours ne sont pas à la charge du receveur quand ce n'est pas de sa faute...or elle m'a envoyé une étiquette retour avec affranchissement à la8 charge, alors que je lui ai déclaré le sinistre fait par son livreur !
Publicité mensongère ! C'est grave !
J'espère qu'elle trouvera une solution pour me remplacer ce sac très rapidement!

Ordered some golf shoes last week, was a little dubious due to the star ratings on here but I had no issues, good value, sent and arrived promptly and accurately.

More than useless. Golf trolley sent back was awaiting refund. Steve from Gamola organised a courier to collect and sent it back to Master's Golf whilst I awaited months for a refund. I have now chased this up & Steve has decided the information I had previously given wasn't enough proof of purchase so I am now without a broken trolly or a refund. Unbelievably poor customer service....stay away.

Ordered skechers winter golf shoes. Couldn't find anywhere else in size 11.5, arrived today as promised. Thrilled with them, roll on the bad weather.

Found this company via Amazon, had a size issue outwith the return time, contacted them direct and it was a please to speak to Steven McDonald who without any quibble allowed me to change my shoes.

Customer service like this is thin on the ground these days. I will now use you for golf products.

I've been ordering from them for years. If you don't want to pay £20+ to have your club regripped then this is the place for you. Always rock bottom prices and a top selection of products. Helpful staff and fast delivery will ensure Gamola Golf is my go to grip and spares shop. Keep up the good work guys.

I paid extra for the delivery but it arrived later. I spoke with Steve at Gamola but wasn’t interested. I won’t be back

I’m quite surprised by the number of negative reviews. I’ve bought a bag, putter, numerous balls and clothing both online and in store from Gamola and never had an issue. The guys in the shop are always friendly and quick to ask if you need help. Like all stores you can sometimes find a better price elsewhere but actually quite a few times they’ve been best value. Happy to continue shopping here.

If any person is thinking of speaking to this lot about price match. Don’t bother they don’t - don’t get drawn in. I have lots of good things to say about Aberdeen folk. But not with Gamolagolf. Be wiser.

Recently bought a Eze Fold Trolley at a great price from Gamola Golf. They price matched the best deal from Amazon and I had excellent communication from Steve. Will recommend to all at my Golf Glub. Cheers

Poor service. Claim that product in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering, but the order I placed on Monday morning wasn't shipped until Friday, despite my asking for an update twice.

How is it possible to have an international product and only supply chargers with UK 3-pin plugs? Delivery took longer than advertised and the explanation as to why they did NOT supply a Swiss or Euro plug was simply because the company is based in the UK. Which was not apparent on the German language website.

Just fully disclose it on line. Thank you

I needed a different shaft for the wife's driver. Found one on their website. I phoned them to get additional photographs so I could make sure it was the right one. The photos were sent within a few minutes. I order the shaft on Wednesday it was delivered on Friday it was exactly as described. Faultless service, thank you.

I visited GamolaGolf at Market street in Aberdeen on Monday the 21st February
I was looking to purchase a new golf watch.
The place was very quiet and I had s wander about the shop
Not seeing what I wanted I went up to a man behind the counter who was looking and tapping on his phone
I asked if they did golf watches ?
The man looked up from his phone waved in the general direction of a glass case said “ that’s all we have “ and went back to his phone
I turned and took the 2 steps distance to the case and looked back at the man - he was still tapping on his phone. - I walked out
Extremely poor service - not interested in the customer - Will not be back

Requested some basic information regarding the launch of the new PRO SL Carbons.

Firstly, the website was misleading with the new version headed under “January Sale” instead of “New” like other launches on site.

Secondly, the information requested was simple enough but the responses received made me feel that something wasn’t right here.

I’ve now purchased elsewhere. In my opinion this Company/Site is worth avoiding as their service just isn’t good enough!!

JUST DONT TRUST THIS SELLER. Time wasters, after purchasing a product and being faulty they mess around with you asking for pictures and descriptions, acknowledge there is a fault to then promise will get back to you and then they literally ignore you.

Their shop in Aberdeen has to be the most unwelcoming place for golf equipment... Twice now I have walked out, wont be a third..! First I was dressed in motorbike leathers and was looking for a putter, not one of the assistants came forward to assist. Second time a couple of weeks later, still looking for a putter, picked up a couple and had a wee putt on the provided practise mat, went round other side of display and the assistant walked over, picked up the 2 balls I had been using and walked away..!!! I was gobsmacked..!!!! Needless to say I made a quick exit....
