Certainly one of the worst websites on the internet. The owner (Bassam Karam) and his wife (Georgina Manning) are some the most obnoxious, arrogant, and rude SOBS on planet earth! Stay clear of this crappy website! The "good reviews" are all fake, btw! I heard they shut down, which is certainly a GOOD thing! And yes, Bassam is my brother, UNFORTUNATELY!

Ich habe vor über 3 Wochen ein T-Shirt bestellt, mit korrekter Angabe der Bestellnummer das Geld überwiesen da paypal nicht funktionierte, ich aber dieses T-Shirt sonst nirgends gefunden habe. Nach 2 Wochen dann eine Antwort-mail bekommen, dass meine Bestellung nicht zugeordnet werden kann (obwohl die Angabe der Bestellnummer eindeutig aus dem Überweisungstext hervorging). E-Mail mit Überweißungsnachweis gesendet. Jetzt erhalte ich überhaupt keine Antwort mehr, der Bestellstatus ist nicht einsehbar. Absolut inakzeptabel. Adresse falsch! Telefonnummer falsch! Bilder und Beschreibungen sind auch von anderen Internetseiten geklaut! Leute, Finger weg! Habe rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet, auch wenn es nur ein T-Shirt war. Solchen Leuten gehören die Finger abgeschnitten!!!

T-Shirt bestellt, Geld überwiesen (da PayPal nicht funktionierte), Mitteilung erhalten, dass kein Geld angekommen ist. Überweisungskopie gesendet, keine Reaktion, auf der deutschen Telefonnummer ist kein Anschluss. Absolut unseriös, nicht zu empfehlen. Geld weg und kein T-Shirt!

I used GameGears twice, once it was a simple order, i got it and had no troubles, second time around it was a pre-order, i got my stuff on the day, however it was missing the pre-order exclusive t-shirt. I called them twice about it, they were very unprofessional about it, giving me some stupid excuse. I took to twitter to complain about it, they were having none of it, they were ignoring me for days, until finally they blocked me... I were having none of it myself, i emailed them and they unblocked me, not for long, i mentioned it once and they blocked me again.

I will never use them again, they are a bunch of kids let lose inside an office.

Ordered a t-shirt and a Nintendo accessory on the Thursday and arrived on Friday morning.

Will be using again.

I ordered a Christmas present on the 2nd of December. Order status was still "payment received, waiting to be dispatched" on the 13th of December. I emailed them to ask when I could expect the order. Despite the website stating that a member of the customer service team would be in contact within 24 hours, I had to ring them on the 14th. It turns out that the item is not in stock and they can not get it.
The website should not accept orders for items they don't have. Also, when were they going to bother to let me know that my son would not be receiving his Christmas present? Will never use again.

There was a quick delivery with easy ordering. Tracking of the order was easy as Game gears sent regular emails to update us.

They fullfilled their delivery promise and I am pleased with my purchase.

Although delivery took longer than expected (8 days), I did receive the game in time for my daughters birthday. I emailed their care team to ask about delivery and got a helpful response within minutes. Would def order from them again and recommend to friends.

Wouldn't order from again, took over a week to get a game to me, poor customer service, not interested that parcel hadn't arrived and told me I'd have to wait another two weeks before they would replace it

They had £20 PSN cards for £16. I paid for four but they restricted the order and only delivered just one, claiming that it's only one per customer. This wasn't mentioned in the item description. The day I was told it was only one per customer is the day the cards went up to £18.
