Brought a car for my daughter, and it broke didn’t last that long. Got a few emails from him that he wanted to send me a control box but he didn’t, matter didn’t get resolved
Spent £100 Pounds on this and the car door broke controller stopped working
Told him it didnt last long for her to use.
Spoilt her fun and her birthday.
Never got any money back no response of where is my control

Go to trading standards. As it was a faulty good.

I am totally disgusted with fun4kids as bought my grandson a car from then witch doesn’t work and my grandson is heartbroken as he can’t play with it. I have emailed them I don’t know how many times and have not go a response from them. This web site should NOT be aloud to trade until they have solved the customers that have faulty good sorted.

For those of you who (like me) have not had your telephone calls, emails, FB posts or text messages replied to, the address for fun4kids is 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH and they seem to be trading under the name of Dragon Toys. Their telephone number is 0207 692 8963. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 which you can access online (Trustpilot doesn't allow links, sorry). It's almost 30 days since I ordered a bike for my daughter. fun4kids took the money immediately but, guess what? No bike...yet! On the 30th day, I will start the process of getting my money back and will keep you all posted

This company is dodgy! They yake your money and thats that!!!!! Been calling and emailing but no response! Now i cant even access their website!

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still waiting, I’ve called, raise tickets, sent emails (address doesn’t work) no response. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, I had to order from another company. Would give no stars if they option was available

ordered a car 2 weeks ago, never received anything. Took the money from my account straight away. Emailed 5 times no response. Raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back also contacting trading standards. This is a scam!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS

Absolutely shocking! I ordered a ride-along jeep on 5th April for my daughters birthday (18th April) said it takes 3/5 working days to be delivered, took payment out straight way but still haven’t received it! The only way of contacting fun4kids is by email (now emailed 3 times) says will reply in 24 hours but had NO reply. Now contacted my bank to try getting my money back! Going to have a very disappointed girl in the morning on her birthday which is not on you pay for something so you expect to get it and you don’t. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have never dealt with such a poor standard of a company. We brought a ride on car for our daughters first birthday in the middle of February which turned up damaged and wires hanging out, we contacted the company by email, phone and help desk and still haven't received an answer. I have chased and chased them, we just wanted to send the broken and damaged car back and to get what we paid for. We are now going to be taking this further. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

Never received a confirmation email, never recieved my item , £79.95 came out my bank account. Still no item. Impossible to get any response from anyone. Extremely disappointed. Criminals

Avoid at all costs - I purchased a ride on range rover in 2017 for my then 1.5 year old. However as he was too young we have only just started to use it this month as he can drive it himself. Yesterday whilst he was in the garden it started to smoke from the seat area. I immediately ran over and pulled him off. It continued to smoke with a strong electrical burning smell. I then contacted the company to advise but only to be told that the original company went into liquidation in 2018 and a new company have now taken over so can't assist. There was not even an acknowledgement of the serious incident that could have occured
Anyone can close one ltd company to start another! Anyway don't buy from this company for the sake of your children's lives.

Please don't not order from this website - you will have very disappointed children.
My son was brought the electric ride along digger from his Grandparents little over 6 months ago, and the digger no longer works. Having contacted the site I've been advised that they will no longer honour the warranty.
Safe to say I have a very upset child.

I paid £185 for a Mercedes car when I had found one o another site for £125. I thought I would pay a little extra for what seemed like a legit company, however I was wrong.
1. Personalised number plate I paid extra for did not arrive.
2. The car was missing pieces and I had to use my own screws.
3. The wire connecting the wheeling steel was snapped.
4. The music and sound is strange techno music with a young girls Chinese accent saying strange phrases, with some very odd animal stories told in quite a scary accent, the mp3 / USB port does not work.
5. No response from the telephone or email lines.
6. The January discount code did not work on checkout.
UPDATE:
The car has since stopped working altogether and the company are refusing to respond to my emails or replace the car.

I must be honest, I was really hesitant to use these guys over Christmas given the reviews here and the fact I’d been stung by a different company for one of our “main” Christmas presents. I’m so happy that I was proved wrong and that I went with these guys. Customer service was great - both fast and informative, especially in my areas of concern when the hover board arrived without the kart and I immediately (and wrongly) thought I’d been done for - turns out they are shipped separately and it turned up on the day I started panicking!
Surprised with the low star rating here as these guys were 5* for me and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

the car i received was damaged i had to super glue some of the bits that was broken, i would of returned the item but my son likes it and i dont want to upset him by taking it away

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY There isn’t an option for no stars but if there were you’d get that. Ordered online snd it said I would get it before Christmas. Two days before Christmas and no e-mail with update or confirmation of order. Logged into my account and it said order complete. Waited another day (Christmas Eve) still no delivery. Checked my emails again, nothing. Logged in again, order complete and unable to track so I sent an email and got a reply that they would chase up with supplier. Two hours later I got an email back saying my refund will take 3-5 days to show in my account. I sent an e-mail with complaint and I’m still waiting for a reply. I’ve had an e-mail to say I’ve recently made a purchase and could I leave a review so here it is.
I will wait for a n explanation regarding why I’m getting a refund and not the item I ordered and also hope I recieve a reply to my e-mail and my refund.

It arrived in good time, not a bad looking tractor and was easy to assemble but it does not work it has been charged for the instructed period of time I have cheked the whole tractor and it simply does not turn on it doesn't do anything if I'm paying a £150 I expect it to at least turn on.

I will be complaining and I will expect a new 1 delivered ASAP and some money back for the inconvenience seeing as it was my son's main Xmas present so to say he is disappointed is an understatement!

I would never ever recommend you to anyone, I ordered a red quad from you which stated on your site that it was in stock you took my payment of £500 and then phones me within seconds to say it is out of stock and when I asked for a refund you told me I wouldn’t receive my refund before Christmas and pressured me in to having a blue one which a definitely didn’t want as I have saved for a whole year to buy my daughter the red quad she so much wanted for Christmas and now she is going to be very disappointed she has a blue one. You are falsely advertising stock which is clearly out of stock and taking peoples money VERY BAD COMPANY

I have built my little boys car ready for christmas for it not to work. I have done all the checks you have told me to do and still nothing. I have emailed and asked for you yo call me to get this sorted in time for christmas and have had no phone call. I have also tried to phone myself to get it sorted but keep getting answer machine so have left messages and still nothing. I just want the car collected and a full or a working car send out next day delivery so my little boy can have his present on christmas. I have been very upset stressed about it.
