I have spoken to the support team twice. On both occasions received prompt and accurate answers. BUT I wouldn't have the first problem if the mail server had been backed uo, and the information I needed to connect the mail server could have been available on-line, rather then having to resort to a chat.
For those reasons only 4/5

I've been with the company for many years and felt it was time to give feedback following my latest query. Service is good and helpful. Over the years I've had a number of issues which have required support and whether by phone or chat I have always found the service of a high standard with clear instructions and directions if I have had to do something my end - for technically fairly illiterate clients that's very useful.
