The ordering was fast and straightforward.The flowers were very good and delivered on time.

Much smaller than expected. I'd paid for the medium bunch so I hate to think what the smaller one was.

If I had paid full price I would not have been happy at all. The positive is the flowers were healthy but this is not a £35.99 (plus delivery) bunch of flowers.

Nice and easy to order and delivered quickly . My friend loved her flowers and chocolates 😁

The flowers were for a friend’s birthday and she absolutely loved them. No problem with delivery and I was continuously informed about the delivery which helped me to track my order. Overall the experience was great and they arrived as promised. Nice one.

Flowers arrived in a box which was nice opened it to find that the flowers were strangled and the heads were falling off because they snapped luckilly the mrs didn't notice after I fixed it :/

Very simple to order with a speedy delivery on Sunday

I bought a bouquet of roses & freesias for my aunt's 90th morning Her birthday was on a Sunday. They arrived on Sunday, as requested with chocs & a lovely cards. All as described. Beautiful bouquet. We'll done all involved. Much appreciated. Birthday lady very happy xx

the flowers were already withered

very disapointing , recipient sent photo of flowers, nothing like the amount shown, very poor

I received email confirmation that recipient had received flowers.
Unfortunately this is not true as they were never delivered.
Have sent 3 email. No response.
Called 4 times and all I get is automated message saying closed.
This was between 1 0 clock and 2.30. Lines apparently open til 4 0 clock.
Doesn't look like I'm going to get a refund.
Extremely disappointed and angry

Flowers ordered Saturday for Sunday delivery, an arrived within the notified time my sister was delighted with them.

Presentation was very poor just thrown in a box the card was even with the flowers

They were beautiful & my friend was really surprised by them.

I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent to my friend for her special birthday.
The flowers arrived at her property the next day, but the message I included was left out! My friend had no idea who sent the flowers until I called her to ask if she had got them!
