Verkaufen einen gebrauchten Golf 7 habe den Wagen am Samstag den 5.9.2026 Probegefahren Verkaufspreis 9000 Euro am Sonntag den 6.9.2026 stieg der Preis auf 9800 Euro am Montag den 7.9.2026 sank der Preis auf 8990 Euro. Ja was jetzt. Bin ich da auf der Börse wo der Preis Steigt und Sinkt jeden Tag.

Surtout n'achetez plus rien ! , vous ne serez jamais remboursé !!, des voleurs !

Ich habe im Januar 2026 zwei ungeeignete Kindersitze gekauft und am selben Tag zurückgeschickt.

Ich habe mein Geld immer noch nicht zurückbekommen! Das ist jetzt schon über zwei Monate her!

Sie antworten auch nicht auf meine E-Mails.

Ich habe rechtliche Schritte gegen diese Betrüger eingeleitet! Kaufen Sie bloß nichts bei denen! Sie sehen Ihr Geld nie wieder! Das sind Diebe!

All the sudden it's websites are down, highly unprofessional. No reply with email, facebook or instagram chat. ZERO communications just put the websites down without warning.

Nachdem ich wegen Mängeln bei tüv durchgefallen war , stellte ich mich zur erneuerten Abgas Kontrolle vor diese war anscheinen in Ordnung also hu bestanden.

Allerdings wurden neue Mängel erhoben was erstens nicht rechtens ist ! Und zweitens in meinem Fall mir neue Bremsen mit Beläge und Scheiben angeblich dringend wechseln geraten wurde.
Prompt stand ein Betrag von 500 Euro im Raum da an meiner Bremse was fällig wäre dies betonte dann auch der zuständig tüv prüfer der meinte eine Fahrt im Salz würde genügen um nur noch 50 Prozent der Leistung zu haben. Dabei hatten jene Bremsen den Prüfstand schon bestanden !
Von meiner Seite aus kann nur sagen mir tut jeder leid der auf eine Werkstatt angewiesen ist.
Der tüv Prüfer arbeitet offensichtlich Hand in Hand mit der Werkstatt. Namentlich ist mir nicht bekannt ob ich ihn hier aufführen darf. Somit leider minus einen Punkt für diese Art von Werkstatt.

My experience with FK‑Automotive has been downright unacceptable. In 2019, I purchased a set of Angel Eyes LED units that failed far sooner than any reasonable customer should expect. Hoping it was just bad luck, I bought a replacement set in 2024 — only for that set to fail again in early 2026. Two failures in a row clearly point to serious and consistent quality issues.
But the worst part isn’t even the poor reliability. It’s the way FK‑Automotive treats its customers when something goes wrong. Instead of standing behind their products, they hide behind an extremely short six‑month warranty period, a timeframe that does not align with consumer protection standards within the EU. Despite providing clear evidence of premature failure and repeated defects over multiple purchases, they refused to offer any support or take responsibility.
This company delivers substandard products and then washes their hands of any obligation when those products inevitably fail. FK‑Automotive has shown themselves to be unhelpful, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. I strongly advise avoiding them.

Achat de produit nettoyant après 2 jours on me dis hors stock et je devrais recevoir mon remboursement et a ce jour aucun remboursement fait il me dise qu il non jamais reçu de paiement et pourtant Envoi de preuve du paiement et après plusieurs mail aucune réponse

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered a tax disc holder, I know a small purchase but I still paid over the odds for it nearly €18 cos I really liked it. Arrived, wasn’t what I ordered so contacted customer service & no response. Seriously, so disappointed. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered a set of LED headlights from FK Automotive in March 2025, they arrived damaged with cracking on the plastic corner, the plastic separated from the rest of the case and looked awful. I emailed their support team the day the package arrived and I didn't receive a single response. I then emailed two more times over a span of 3 months and I still didn't receive a reply. I then emailed again on the 16th of June stating that I would be contacting trading standards if my issue wasn't dealt with, I then received a reply within 40 minutes and was offered a 50% refund. I stated that I had emailed them multiple times before this, their reply was that this is the first time I've inquired about this, a blatant lie. My complaint was not acknowledged at all and it is probably the worst customer service I've ever received. Wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you want to be mugged off and ignored for months.

Ordered wind deflectors, one of the deflectors was damaged, the piece that holds it in place essentially, I had emailed them straight away to try and get a replacement part, no response to any emails sent, very disappointing as I was going to buy alloys from same company but with customer service this poor if any issues at all just seems to be ignore until the problem goes away, disappointing as like to support local but hard to recommend to anyone.

ich habe sitze bestellt, in der Beschreibung hatten sie sie im stock um sofort zu liefern. Nach einigen tagen wurde mir mitgeteilt das diese nicht mehr am lager waren und sie mich informieren wenn sie verfügbar waren. Nach späterer Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt das Ihnen ein Fehler unterlaufen sei und sie mir die Sitze sofort liefern könnten. Ich habe aber die Bestellung storniert, denn wenn eine Firma einfach Bestellungen vergisst, möchte ich auch nichts von Ihnen haben. Stornierung wurde akzeptiert und es steht da, das das Geld in 1 bis 2 Wochen zurückerstattet wird. Also arbeiten sie weiter mit meinem Geld. Finger weg von dieser Firma, sie sind unfähig Kunden ordentlich zu bedienen, ich glaube da gibts niemanden der sich ums Geschäft kümmert!

Awful company, do not order from these people. Trust nothing they say. Before purchase, they told me part would work. When it arrived and didn’t, they lied and told me they said they had told me it wouldn’t work and it was my error. The problem for them is I have the email to prove they lied. They would do nothing to assist and have awful customer service. I could not be more disappointed.

Incommentabili! Ordine fatto il 06.12, ad oggi, 21.12, spariti nel nulla dopo aver preso i soldi, nessuna conferma o “smentita”, mai una risposta a mail, niente prodotto ne rimborso pagamento.
