Earlier this month my wife and I went into our store to have a look around the store and landed up buying a suite and Laminate for our sitting room and dinning room, all the staff were very helpful.
Our new floor looks great as well as our new suite.
I would recommend this store to anyone and give them 100% for their service both before and after.

Once again a BIG THANK YOU to all at First Furnishings for excellent service. Our sofa's arrived a good 2 weeks before we were expecting them. As we were away at the time you stored them for us until we were ready for delivery. The delivery team came and installed them quickly and efficiently removing all packaging. Definitely recommend.

Has just gone under. Receivers called in. If you paid by credit card get onto your bank. If not, sorry...

I placed an order on the 25th Dec 2023 for table and chairs, was sent an email advising delivery should be 15th Feb, since the 15 Feb, i have had no response, sent emails asking for an update on order with no response.

Tried to call, no one picks up, and the answer machine is full so you can't leave a message. I paid for the order two months ago, and it looks like i will not get a refund or my order. Lots of money wasted.

Unfulfilled order. No response via phone, email or any other means. Company is clearly connected to Morale Furnishings but no answer there or from Farooq Ali, the director. Looks like they have a store in Scotland which I wish was close enough to visit.

Don't don't buy anything from this company.
Ordered a chair on Jan 28th,they took the money out of my account the very same day .I haven't received the chair and no response back from my emails.
Am trying to get the money back from my bank. Terrible company

Do not part with your money. Initially they responded to my email when I asked after two weeks where was my delivery which had said 3-5 working days. They said they’d check with their supplier. I have rung both numbers what’s app one doesn’t work. The Scottish number just hangs up. It’s a scam luckily I paid on my credit card so will get them to get my refund.

Waiting to hear when my table will be delivered. Tried emailing & calling, no replies to emails & phone calls go to a voicemail box that is full so I can’t leave a message. Moving house is stressful enough without companies like this! Does the company actually exist!?! Now passed it over to my credit card company to try & get my money returned. AVOID!

Firstly I want to say that I try to avoid writing negative reviews as I do not want to harm good companies or their staff,
However my experience was the same as other reviewers, buy chair online and nothing appears, initial communications promising dates then all communications stopped.
I guess they don’t have some of the furniture they are selling and when it is ordered online they scramble around or prevaricate hoping to gain enough time to actually provide it.
Took too long for me and I asked my card company to refund me.

I have waited over 2 months for my table which I have paid for. I had emails back including end of January 24. They said my table was damaged and sent back. It’s reordered and should arrive early the next week. It hasn’t arrived. As on other reviews I’m not able to get a response from the emails, land line which just cuts you off and WhatsApp isn’t on at all.
I can’t get my money back as paid straight from account. I can’t afford to lose this money. Feel absolutely desperate.
Please DO NOT order from this organisation.

Ordered chair website stated in stock delivery 4/5 days, 12 days later no chair they never answer the phone, do not reply to emails or WhatsApp messages. Customer service NON EXISTANT.
I am going to contact my card company and ask for a refund!!

I initially had a very good experience with the sales person. He was willing to take a lot of photos / videos / measurements that I requested from the showroom model, via the WhatsApp number and was very responsive.

After ordering, I had to eventually chase up the delivery to get it moving but it arrived just within the end of the timeframe they had estimated. All of that is okay.

I had ordered the item (a table) with white glove delivery service, which included assembly and removal of packing materials. The assembly was done poorly (didn't use the locking washers, didn't level it). There were a lot of scratches upon arrival, which I reported to the WhatsApp number with photos. The delivery people also took photos of some of the scratches, and they said the retailer would likely send out a new top to replace it. I noticed that the top is much more wobbly than I would have expected too. It's a pedestal table but should be more stable than it is. I can see that they received and viewed my messages / photos, but didn't respond, and now they are not even receiving subsequent messages.

I have emailed twice and called repeatedly (no one picks up). I'm going to issue a chargeback if I don't hear back in the next day.

I see that they have a history of acceptable reviews but some other very recent reports here are showing that other customers are suddenly having similar issues. One reviewer speculated cash flow issues and I am wondering the same.

I will update this as necessary.

Ordered a bed online over a week ago with 2-3 days delivery. Asked for an update twice via WhatsApp and once via email with no response. Tried phoning twice today and after holding for a minute they cut you off. Will attempt to get money back if they ever answer.
Avoid!

Ordered a mattress online. After a week unable to even suggest a delivery date. I asked to cancel the order which they agreed but failed to refund the money. Currently getting a chargeback through my credit card company. Cashflow issues? Beware.

My wife and I have had a reshuffle of our lounge and wanted a new sofa. We were given the very best service by the staff and answered all of our questions expertly, we were so impressed with professionalism. we will require some more furniture soon and will certainly come to first furnishings again. A lovely company to deal with. We ordered a garden bench, but the wrong item (addressed to someone else) arrived. It was the fault of the couriers, but Mo in the office got everything sorted out within a few short days. Really excellent customer service.

The best company ever. They did everything to ensure that I could receive my dream sideboard when all other companies refused to ship to Northern Ireland. Very friendly staff, always ready to help and answer any questions. Thank you very much for everything.

From the initial call, order to delivery the communication and service has been fantastic, even when a part of the product was damaged. Sorted immediately with a speedy delivery. Thank you!

I order furniture from wayfair a bedset with side tables and chest of draws. They told me to wait 3 months for delivery. Upon delivery date no communication from wayfair only after several calls they responded and said ordered has been cancelled due to out of stock and that they’ll refund the money. I had waited 3 months!! I came across this site and a man called bilal sourced the bed and the whole set for me and got it delivered to me in 7 days. Bare in mine there was only 2 of these beds left in the whole county.

I’m so grateful for them and would highly recommend them.

What a fantastic company Absolutely first class service from the point of order to delivery Bilal and his team are outstanding We ordered two charcole leather electric recliner chairs on 7th December with a view we would not get them until after Christmas but Bilal worked his magic and we received them today 22nd December so thank you so much we really appreciate your help in getting this order to us We had the white glove service it was just perfect chairs unpacked and put together and all the packing and rubbish taken away would highly recommend this service Communication via WhatsApp really useful too Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again
