Never received order.then they said it was resent .still did not receive it and requested refund on September I did not receive it.the foreign companies should be shut down for online ordering. Their business practices are not trustworthy and they are thieves!!!

I never received my package

Fashionqueenx is a scam. Do not order from this website. As many customers have said, I never received my items although the tracking number from tracking 718 says delivered. I now have to dispute this transaction with my bank.

Lies!! How are they allowed to do this? It’s been 4 months since I had placed my order and nothing! I wished that I would have come here first! It’s not right at all I ordered 179.00 worth of products from these fakes and they don’t even have the decency to reply! You will be found out and I will not stop until they find out who you are! I’m glad I’m using my resources because you will be in jail when I finish with you all! They are going to trace you and I’m going to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law possible!💯

I ordered one bag, one was supposed to be free. They gave me fake tracking after weeks they said the package is lost we will send again. Now they are not replying at all.
Don’t buy from them. They are fraud

This company charged my account for items I never ordered. One for $13.98 and $24.95. This is blatant theft. I am filing a police report as suggested by my bank. I will also notify the BBB and post this on as many web sites as I can.
I suggest that you return my money and save face while you can.

I ordered a shark blanket that I never received and now they are charging 60 a month on account

i ordered 2 of your shark blankets October 6 & now another charge for over $98 just appeared! hello??? and i just checked & i have no email records, but charges on my card from you?

I never heard of this crap and somehow they stole $10 from my cashapp account. Chinese fraud again.

i ordered a hoodie back on September 4th and i haven't gotten it yet but they got their money. i want do it again. i know it was too good to be true for the price.

I made payment and they don't send me the goods, it is not only for me, it is many people here...... it is a defraud websit, they still own me the order invoice 6544/2012 EUR760 + invoice 4611/2013 EUR 341........You can see, it is 2012 & 2013... I sent many many emails....... but ...............anyone can report to police............is it same as the Nigerian Scam?..............Why the fashionqueen people didn't reply?

I have ordered from Fashionqueen.net before. I`ve received all orders, although not in 10 days as they promise.
Last time I ordered in 1.August and after one and half months I still haven´t received the purchaise (order 47094).
They took the money from my credit card before sending the order!
They dont`t answer to the e-mails - whatever address I send them.
So, they had my trust and then finally they just took my money!

Firma FashionQueen.net hat von mir vor18 Monate 672€ erhalten und keine Waren geliefert. Ich habe Dutzend E Mils geschrieben und das Ergebnisse ist Null. Kein Antwort ! Diese Firma hat das Geld so einfach behalten.

Su due ordini pagati un anno fa, mi hanno fatto reso di uno dei due ordini ad inizio anno 2014. L'altro mi hanno risposto più volte con la promessa che mi sarebbero arrivati i soldi a breve ma nulla.
Ora sono due mesi che scrivo regolarmente per chiedere notizie ma non mi rispondono neanche più.
E' davvero una vergogna, mi sono sempre comportato bene con loro e in termini di correttezza visto la situazione ma ora dopo tre mesi che non mi rispondono neanche più e che hanno i miei soldi da un anno penso di andare per vie legali visto che continuo a scrivere e non ricevo nessuna risposta in merito.
Mi fate sapere anche voi la vostra ?

Vorrei porre l 'attenzione su un acquisto di febbraio 2014, altro che nuova gestione,pessimi,sempre scuse e mai fatti...e ormai più di un mese che non rispondono piu alle mail dopo che ho chiesto il rimborso e fornito il mio iban!! Imbroglioni e inaffidabili..!!

Sono in attesa di ricevere i miei soldi da agosto 2013, vergogna...! Pur avendomi confermato che avreste proceduto al rimborso entro 45 giorni dal documento da voi accettato, siete spariti nuovamente.
Ora dovete rispondere alle email che vi ho inviato, fate i seri e cercate di recuperare i vostri clienti! State sbagliando tutto, sono veramente delusa da questa situazione, è davvero inammissibile!

Speravo di sbagliarmi, purtroppo non è stato così.. Questi sono dei truffatori seriali e ancora non sono stati arrestati! Hanno fatto fallire 2 società di fila e adesso fallirà sicuramente anche questa terza "Diciassette srls" di proprietà dei soliti Stefano, Gianluca e Marco Napolitano (che credono di essere invisibili ed intoccabili, ma si sbagliano di grosso!).
Questi signori non rispondono alle mail ormai da mesi e mesi, dovrebbero vergognarsi di esistere e dovrebbe essere loro negata la possibilità di aprire nuove attività, date le evidenti e ripetute truffe. Come fanno a dormire sonni tranquilli, con tutta la gente truffata in questo modo? Se ancora avete una coscienza, rispondete risarcendo tutti noi o i soldi rubati ve li spenderete tutti in medicine, voi e tutti coloro che vi coprono!
