Bad consignment service. When payment due date comes, no money were paid. Asking on chat didn't help, asking on e-mail resulted in no response, and calling on the phone resulted in an unpleasant conversation with a dude that is so rushed and bored that he is probably (and hopefully) awfully paid and obviously not trained to deal with clients that actually call not to congratulate, but usually to try solve the problems that the shop itself created for them. Won't do it again, now I prefer the hassle of selling independently, as f64 pays ~25% under used market price anyway for a service that should be worth the difference, but it isn't.

Can not reason with them. I received an used product as new. I send it the next day to de replaced. They say it is not and stock. I say I will wait BUT they only want refund or to send the same product. I ll make time to open an OPC complain.

Very late deliveries. Till i didn’t call them I had no updates for my order after 3 days.

Am achizitionat un obiectiv SH acum cateva luni iar deja incepe sa se defecteze. F64 a oferit o garantie de numai 1 LUNA. Nu cumva ar trebui sa fie verificate produsele SH inainte sa fie vandute in vedere de a asigura o calitate macar decenta pentru consumator? Garantia de a cumpara un obiectiv SH de 1000 euro numai pentru o luna? 5000 de lei pe luna pentru obiective??

Am crezut ca e un site legit, dar s-a dovedit a fi intermediar, dureaza mai mult de 2 saptamani sa vina un colet.

The service at f64 is the worst service ever. I send a defective Zoom R4. They did not respect the dead line of 15 day. After 15 day I contacted them and they said that the product is in Poland (they are from Bucharest Romania) to be fix. After almost a month they said it can not be fix and they will replace it. After a month and a week they said that I will get my money back but I'll have to wait 15 days. So no money, no product and no respect for the customer.

Am avut o comandă plasată pe weekend de aproximativ 25000 Ron la care am primit un discount de aproximativ 400 Ron.Datorita unei erori de plată comanda a fost anulată după 10 minute. Am plasat aceeași comandă încă odată dar de data aceasta nu s-a mai operat acel discount. Am scris la suport să le explic situația, deși au fost foarte operativi cei de acolo și au răspuns luni dimineață foarte prompt, după câteva ore de așteptare m-au sunat și mi-au comunicat faptul că nu se mai poate opera discount-ul decât dacă anulez comanda deja plătită...și pun altă comandă și nici nu se poate adăuga la comenzile viitoare. Nu am fost de acord cu anularea comenzii renunțând la reducerea cu pricina deoarece pentru mine timpul este esențial. Vreau doar să atrag atenția asupra faptului că deși acest comportament de "s-a rezolvat!nu se poate!" Tipic romanesc și sinistru deopotrivă e ceva des practicat...nu face cinste unei companii care are un oarecare respect de sine și este absolut degradant la nivel uman. Lipsa de flexibilitate în orice domeniu al vânzărilor duce la lipsă de clienți. Pe mine nu mă încântă atât de mult discount-ul vostru ci modul stupid in care ați ales sa cădeți in penibil și să mă faceți să îmi fac grijii deja daca comanda mea va ajunge întreagă(sper). Nu sunt eu in măsura să vă dau sfaturi despre cum sa va administrați afacerea dar sunt foarte in măsura ca data viitoare când intru pe f64.ro sa apăs fara a gândi de două ori x.

The repair shop is very good and professionally run and if i hade an isue what ever i was always helpd out and get done .
More than 15 year's i work with them and they offered only good qualtity service and profesionalism.
Whit them im going to continue to work as long as im working in this industry!!!!

Worst shop
We've rented out 3x Sony A7 III which came without chargers, and with depleted and dying batteries. They've recomended we buy chargers from their site, and provided incomaptible devices, which they didn't accept for return. AVOID!

Today(17.06.2025), at 9.07 I tried to buy a battery Sony , NP-FV100A2,ordered from the site, but they tried to give me instead a battery Sony FV100A, which is an old model,from very old stocks ! When I told them that I want what I ordered,based on their site, they told me that is all they have, despite what was written on their own site ....and gave my money back ! But.....if I didn't checked very well what is in the pack? Why can't be a shop in which we(as customers) can trust ? Why all this kind of so called shops try to scam their clients? So they want to grow ? On lies and cheating the clients? Very,very disappointed ! Don't trust them ! I assume when I say that is a scam and I will make a complain against this kind of attitude, because it's a price difference between that 2 batteries ! And F64 shop has hughes prices, compared with other sites ! Why to buy from a scam shop ith 30-40 (at least)euro+, when I can buy from another trusted shop?

If I could give 0 I would. Worst ever experience of online ordering. A dropshipping site cares more about your complaints than them. I tried to order 3 times, out of those 3 times I had to cancel it 2 times. They dont update the site, full of misinformation about stoc and delovery time. Wanted to order a flash that was "in stoc" but they didnt even prepare it for the shipping one week after the promised arrival date. I refounded it and bought the same product from another country, and it arrived in 2 days and was also cheaper....
Same scenario this week. Worst company ever, even Temu and other Chinese sites care more about their customers

Stay away. Tried to return/replace a faulty Nikon z8 (sensor delamination) within 14 days and they wanted to send it to the service. I had to complain to ANPC to get their a""es fined.

Nu recomand firma, bataie de joc! Am comandat un aparat foto sony A7iii resigilat care era redus cu 30%. Am achitat cu plata 4 rate Oney, am asteptat 3 zile sa accepta plata, pana la urma i-am scris la F64 sa imi trimita link sa pot achita integral sa nu mai astept. Ei au anulat comanda si nu mi-au trimis link cu factura. Cand am sunat la ei prima data mi-au transmis ca imi trimit link dar nu am primit. Am sunat iar, astept 30 minute sa imi raspunda cineva dupa care imi confirma ca aparatul este vandut. Dar nici o problema, o sa ii dau in judecata, am inregistrarea convorbirii si conversatia pe mail. Nu comandati de la ei, sunt total neseriosi!!!!!

Great and fast service, good products, very friendly staff.

2 stars because the staff is nice, but the platform itself is full of bugs and missinformation.

The biggest issue was with their platform:
- loads extremely slow/incomplete at times(poorly optimized); their argument was that it was in the BF period; no...it is like that almost always otherwise it would just load slowly, but at times it loads incomplete and needs a refresh/cache clear/using another browser
- bugs with the website, checkout and payment service for cards
- placed an order and somehow(from cache I suppose) the order wasn't exactly what I ordered, but a previous instance of my cart where a product was different(had to cancel and redo the order)
- canceled the order and waited for the money to find out that they proccesed that, but I didn't get the money because the checkout/payment service charged me a second time for the same order after an hour of the placement and payment; now i have to wait and check with support of 2 different platforms to get those money back, hopefully this year...
- tracking of the order is bugged too because in their website shows it was shipped, but checking with the courier it hasn't even left the main hub(first depo where it gets after it was taken from them); on the courier website it is shown ok, so again...a bug in their platform/settings/api and so on.

At this moment, it feels like one of those cheap knock-off websites that appear in 30 minutes and do dropshipping. From those you don't have expectations at least and you never order something pricy/important.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you pay at arrival+don't need it urgently / buy it from their shop if you're from Bucharest.

Foarte mare atentie cu acest magazin. Cumpar destul de des de la ei, dar in ultimul am am avut multe experiente neplacute. Cumparat produs "verificat" de la ei era nefuctional. Cumparat PRODUS NOU, pe care l-am facut cadou eram vizibil folosit - m-am facut si de ras. Dat la garatie ca sa imi trimita altul tot folosit.

disappointing
I place an order for a Rig, it said that it will be delivered in two working days. I ordered it because I needed it urgently.
After 5 days, when I check the status of the order, it says that it will be delivered after another 7 days.

Nu informeaza cumparatorii cu privire la termenul de livrare. Pntru o comanda cu un monitor professional, o blenda mica.si si un bounce pt flash, livrarea era in mai bine de 15 zile din cauza bounce-ului. Nu am fost informat de aceasta in nici un mod, adica de a anula comanda bounce-ului si reface din nou comanda pentru monitor. Mai mult de atat, returul banilor este la ei de 2-3 zile lucratoare!? Ca def lucreaza cu BRD, banca cu cele mai mari comisioane si care se misca cel mai greu.
