The item I received was nothing like the picture on the website with none of the extras listed for $99.99. It is a cheap flimsy plastic item that I found on the SHEIN website for $13.95. When I asked for a return they sent me an “item guide”. Despite their website stating that customer service contact was available 24/7 I have had no response to my second and third emails. I can find no phone number for them.

Genuine review. Bought a 6m Screed beam. Very competitively priced. Phoned company to check stock - spoke to Matt. Stock confirmed. Purchased through on line portal - beam arrived by 10am the next morning from Stoke-on-Trent to Wiltshire. Chirpy, efficient & sensible articulated lorry driver who advised us time of delivery. Superb. Thank you Matt/transport company for sorting.

Appalling customer service! Will not accept warranty on their sales, passing inquiries off to the manufacturer dispite takin g the profit for the item.

They said item was in stock. It wasn't. 3 weeks later item was delivered. What arrived was different from the website picture and turns out was the wrong part anyway (my fault but was mislead by the website picture). Sent it back and ordered the right part which arrived next day (hence 2 star). Still waiting for a refund for my original order weeks later despite numerous emails and calls. Having to file for small claims this week to get the refund as I'm exasperated by their inability to resolve what should be a simple matter.

The test of a company is how they act when things go wrong.

In this case, they dealt with my issue to my satisfaction. I gave them 4 stars and not 5 because instead of it being dealt with swiftly by my 'account manager' I had to spend a lot of my time arguing with them until a senior manager got involved. At that point, things were dealt with very quickly.
