- achat pour 170€ sur everybyiung que le vendeur a confié à posnl pour envoi.
- livraison non effectuée en France : La Poste a renvoyé le colis à l'expéditeur pour non conformité d'affarnchissement et de description (et non de contrefaçon).
- J'ai deamndé le remboursement et voici la réponse du site :

Here are the best solutions we can offer you in this situation as a commercial gesture:

1)Reship the parcel.
We can resend the same parcel to you. For this, please kindly send us 100.00 USD so that we can arrange the shipment. We can offer you a tracking number for this shipment and it will take 10 to 25 business days to reach you.We will send you an invoice by email if you choose this option.
2)Partial refund to your Wallet as store credit.
We can refund 50.00.00 USD as a proof of good will to your wallet and in addition reward you with extra points. (You will receive 5 points for every 1 USD. For example 3 USD will gain you 15 points).

Bref, le vendeur n'est même pas responsable de sa vente et propose en plus que je repaye un autre objet. Et si je veux un remboursement ce sera uniquement de 50$ en bon d'achat...

En regardant les incidents de ce mois, à travers les forums, je constate que c'est mondial. Je soupçonne (des bulgares, des italiens, des espagnols, des canadiens en sont victimes, ...).

Dans cette affaire, je m'en sors tout de même car la transaction a été effecutée via paypal.

Tried to buy a phone, after a month I have no product and no answer from them. I've escalated the matter to PayPal so hopefully I'll be able to get my money back. Bad experience , I'll never going to repeat it for sure.

I have bought an UmiPlus which is in Presale on 23rd September and due to be shipped out on 5th Oct 2016. Everbuying delayed the shipping by 3 weeks and when i asked them they said they didnt get stock from Umi but the phone is available on all websites except Everbuying and also showed me a page in their webiste saying that order may be delayed based on stock available.
They also did normal shipping where i have been charged around 6$ for expedite shipping and even they didn't bother to inform that normal shipping has been done instead of expedite shipping and i am not sure when i will receive it. When i contacted them they asked me to raise a ticket for refund.
Please do not buy anything from this website as they dont give any correct information on their website.
I think i will give rating "0" for this website if it is there

Well, I have bought 5 smartphones. 5 out of 5 were refunded and returned because of MANY PROBLEMS!

Purchased a Homtom HT10 on pre-order early September 2016 with a despatch date of 30 September 2016. On 7 October 2016 checked my order and the status was the same as it was for the last month "Processing". The website said the phone was "in Stock". I Contacted them via website and received a reply to log a contact via another process.

Getting frustrated I loged a dispute with Paypal and they replied saying it was not in stock.... aI received a refund 13 October 2016. Lucky I used Paypal otherwise I'll be spending the next six months chasing my money after had it for a month for an item they had no Idea when they would.receive.

Read their return policy carefully. They do not pay for return shipping charges for DOA item. Most other online sites will absorb partial if not full return shipping charge.
Imagine ordering a $200. mobile phone and it arrived DEAD (DOA). Emailed Everbuying and they ask you to send back the faulty item AT YOUR OWN COST. Then the refund takes about half a year, subject to their deductions. CLEAR CLEAN PROFIT for them.

Handy nach 5 monaten defekt , eingeschickt , jetzt ist es weg und bieten mit 30 % an ?? Garantie ist in den Monaten bei ihnen abgelaufen ,
für mich nie wieder , sind absolut unseriös , schlechtestere Internetshop den ich kenne !!! ich warte seit 60 Mails und 9 Monaten auf Ersatz , extrem schlecht ,

I have ordered several items and most work but the two that don't have no support. I can't contact them or submit a ticket for refund. They even have a site that seems to be their own review site (Sitejab) that asks for an order ID in the review.

I have ordered a power bank, after 3 days I have received an email saying the power bank cannot be shipped - maybe I want to order something else from their website. What a joke

Do not order at this website! I received the phone I had ordered but it didn't work at all. I have contacted the service center en couldn't get any money back, unless it was digital money. They could send a new product, but I had to pay 80$ for the shipping myself! Completely dissapointed and I would strongly advise not to order at this website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED AND TO GET A REFUND YOU HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS.

i can say that everbuying is the best online store ever because:
-best price tags .
-everytime there is big discounts.
-they have a fast free handling .
-all the products are original.
-support centre are quick.

I recently ordered a 2 mobile devices from everbuying.net and once I received the items I realize they were genuine as advertised, still working as expected, but what I really want to highlight is the super level of support gotten from their customer service team, during the shipping process I contacted them to track the item and they quickly assisted me with the tracking process. I have no complaints at all, the devices are functioning as I expected and more, this store has good prices and the shipping was fast as well.

To write it simply, I returned a broken smartwatch which I had bough for 75 euros. I paid for the shippng as stated in the warranty (within 3 months). After 3 months of no communication from the company, I contacted them only to find out that they could not fix the watch, but they offerd to refund me 20$!!! Apparently the warranty is a big SCAM. And this is not the first problem I had with this company. Gladly the 1st time I filed a complaint with Paypal and they resolved the issue. Similar behavior from Everbuying, Stay clear.

Bought a Xiaomi note 3, nothing but headaches from phone and supplier. Ended up smashing phone due to frustration. OK if your buying cheap products. I wouldn't spend more than $20 at this shop as you have no sort of warranty and they brush customers off or take long to reply.
