THIEFS!! Stole my money!! Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Took them over a week to get back to me. Blamed dpd. Now they ignore all calls and messages. Still no product but they charged my account. Atrocious behaviour!!!

No order sent...Order 2 vapes and liquids 2 weeks ago, order has not even been processed, left numerous voicemails and sent am email to call me, no reply, absolutely shocking, what sort of business do you call yourself??? I will write a review each and everyday I am ignored by your terrible service!!!!

Ordered something over a week ago using TWO DAY delivery. It was apparently shipped yet hermes have said nothing. They wont even bother answering your emails either. Gonna contact my bank about a refund

Customer service for this company is shocking, emails are not responded to and questions asked on their site are not posted for others to read because they are clearly trying to hide the evidence of just how poor their service is. With the ever growing world of vaping and products available at much better prices I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

evape has gone from 'kinda ok' to 'kinda quite bad' since I've been a customer of theirs. They've managed to redeem themselves a few times, but I've now had enough.

I tried to hold back with writing a negative review as I have been with them for a good few years but their lack of customer service leaves me with no choice.
The main reason for my frustration is that they have stopped selling the e juice that I use and they didn't think it was a good idea to let anyone know.
I tried a lot of different flavours when I started out and the one I stuck with has been the only one I have used for approx. 4-5 years. I was buying 48 x 10ml bottles at a time and had I known they were going to stop selling it, I would have stocked up. (I'd imagine everyone else feels the same way)
I spoke to Chris via email and very thankfully there was a saving grace.. they sell my chosen flavour as a concentrate. Phew!
I took myself to their website and using their formula to recreate some juice I started added items to my shopping basket.. the concentrate was no where to be found on their website. I email again to ask where I can located it and was never replied to. I emailed again, just in case, but nothing. I'm not sure if they are avoiding dealing with an upset customer as it will be difficult or if they're just being rude.

Today I can't even access their website.

All of this on it's own might not have been enough for me to take to my keyboard, wearing my warrior mask, but I kid you not, all of this nonsense has happened before.

The first time was due to faulty hardware, another time was due to stock levels, another time because they deleted my loyally points, another time they were too busy setting up shop in Spain.. etc etc.

It's probably quite clear that I should have abandoned this once great retailer years ago, but the taste of this 1 juice kept bringing me back. (the majority of their hardware is overpriced or out of date)

I've decided there are plenty more flavours in the overcrowded vape sea nad will venture out and see what I can find. (I'm actually a little excited by some that I found on Vampire Vape and they'll be with me in a day or 2)

evape: If you're reading this.. Try and think back to how much you cared about your customers when you started out. The market is slowly becoming flooded with mass produced, mass marketed, vape toys and without your loyal customers, you'll going to be out of this business. I hope you care enough to try and fix this, but I won't be back.

Some of the products are rather overpriced, but, they are all of good quality. I bought my first e-cigarette, liquids and accessories from this website and I have always been very satisfied with it. All purchases arrive within a few working days and I love how you gain points with every purchase. These points can be used to earn a discount on your next purchase.

I think I will settle with these guys. Their products are top notch. I agree there have been stock problems - but they do their utmost to communicate this and their staff are very friendly and recently they have been faultless. I give them 98%, with a reserve of 2% - because I am the sort of person that's never 100% satisfied :-)

Placed an order for next day delivery for e liquid with items shown as in stock, after a week no delivery, emailed evape, no reply, emailed again, no reply. Had to claim via Paypal and after 3 weeks they replied saying sorry we were out of stock. Total waste of time.
