BEWARE – do NOT use Hotelsone.com (also known as Eurobookings) to book any hotel. They will bill you for the hotel even after telling you the reservation request failed. Also, they intentionally make it appear like you’re booking directly with the hotel, when in fact you’re not. Check the address bar in your browser !

Es wird mir der Rechnungsbeleg für eine Übernachtung nicht ausgestellt. Auf meine Anfragen wurde ich zuerst zu einer anderen Buchungsplattform weitergeleitet, die aber offensichtlich nicht zuständig ist, da ich nicht dort gebucht habe. Seit Stunden ist jetzt absolute Kommunikationsstille von Seiten Eurobookings. Keine Antwort, kein Rechnungsbeleg. Offensichtlich wird da Steuerhinterziehung betrieben von Eurobookings. Finger weg von Eurobookings.

Site de réservation qui travaille en partenariat avec (entre autres) expédia.
Ces gens disposent d’un service annulation géré par un robot… qui ne fonctionne pas.
Malgré les preuves apportées de ma demande d’ annulation ils refusent le remboursement car leur service automatisé n’a pas fonctionné, ceci après deux mois de tractation.
Site qui ne prend que les commissions et n’assurent aucun suivi client.
Attention vous pouvez effectuer des réservations sur des sites qui ne mentionnent pas clairement le partenariat avec ces escrocs.
Pour preuves vous verrez qu’ils ne répondent pas aux avis négatifs.
Regardez bien l’adresse avant de réserver car plusieurs sites d’hôtels renvoi à eurobooking. Si tel est le cas, changez !

For the past 10 weeks I have tried very hard to cancel my trip to Paris. I thought I had booked with the hotel but they finally admitted after 9 weeks it was through Eurobooking. I have contacted them but still not heard anything at all. The online portal cannot find me or my booking. This is a very ludicrous situation . Do not use this site. It is very difficult to contact them and it was a free cancellation.

AVOID. I Wish I could select Zero but 1 is minimum. They lead you to believe s taxes are included. They lie. I had to pay about 100 euros on arrival at the hotel. Thief customer services are aloof. useless and disinterested

I made a flexible booking with The White Horse Inn in Dorking. I thought I was dealing directly with the Hotel. However, an organisation called Eurobooking.com somehow managed to cut into the booking and it was made through them, without my knowledge. It appears that Eurobooking.com is a subsidiary of Expedia.
I needed to change the booking, but when I contacted the White Horse, they said that they were unable to make any changes since the booking had been made with Expedia. As it turned out, the booking was made with Eurobooking.com and NOT Expedia.
I received a confirmation from the hotel, and their booking reference number. However, I did not receive any confirmation from either Expedia or Eurobooking .
I attempted to contact Expedia, but each time and through every channel received the same message: "We do not have any trace of your booking." or "You did not have any trips arranged with us". The demand was made each time for an itinerary number, which at that stage a I did not have as Expedia had not sent any confirmation.
Surprise surprise! I have now received a communication from someone called Ian on Eurobooking, together with an itinerary number saying that my reservation has been confirmed and my card has been charged. There is a hefty additional charge of £74.37 for Tax recovery charges and service fees.
The personnel in The White Horse have been very helpful BUT
Watch out if you are making your booking on line and beware of Eurobooking.com cutting in.

Eurobookings/hotelsone. Same awful business. Website failed during booking. Ended up with 2 rooms when I only wanted one. Took me 66 days to resolve with tens of emails and calls plus the intervention of my bank. So much more I could write. But do yourself a favour DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - you will need another holiday if you do to undo the stress.

I had to cancel my hotel booking when I noticed I never received a confirmation. I was sure I had booked directly with the hotel. But they could not find my reservation and told me I booked with Expedia. I was sure I haven't but contacted them anyway. They told me I had booked via Euro Bookings of which I never heard of. They're in England and only have a customer service by phone. So I had no choice then to make a rather expensive call to Londen. The connection was terrible but luckily I managed to cancel my booking. I was really convinced that i booked directly at the hotel and when i read the reviews here I understand i was not the only one. Its misleading!

Le système d'annulation est totalement foireux.
Pour annuler, il faut s'adresser uniquement par téléphone à un numéro basé au US que le service "contact" vous donne verbalement.
Cela m'a couté 2 x 10 minutes d'appel pour annuler une réservation, me faire rembourser un acompte, alors que l'annonce de l'hotel informe que la réservation est possible jusqu'à la veille de l'arrivée.
Evitez Eurobookings, une organistion foireuse qui prend des commissions et fourni un mauvais service...

As per other reviews, I thought I was booking directly with hotel. Site crashed and no confirmation email received so I repeated the process. Turned up at hotel to find 2 rooms booked and paid for (only required 1). Spent 2 days trying to sort out and continually being told my hotel would be contacted as a priority and I would receive an email confirming the refund but I did not. Each telephone call was lengthy and tonight’s was over 19 minutes and was eventually cut off. Asian female called back and informed me I had only been charged for one hotel room which is not true as credit card company confirmed 2 identical charges. Have raised dispute via card provider. Suffice to say I will never use Expedia or Euro Bookings again and be doubly careful when making any bookings direct. Scammers!!

Poca transparencia, comisiones encubiertas, información parcial. No emiten factura porque dicen que no pueden, que no tienen sede en Europa, que son un portal online. Pero tienen sede en USA, por lo que entiendo que sí deberían de poder emitir una factura.

This is a total scam. booked the wrong dates for me and then wanted 100 euros a night to change the dates. Scam web site that claimed to be the hotel website. Avoid like the plague

less that one if possible. They charged over $1,000.00 and will not refund as they claim my reservation was not refundable. Yet the hotel never got their money either. Pure FRAUD

they take out ads on hotels web pages designed to look like the booking option for the hotel. You think you are booking through the hotel but instead eurobookings as well as hotelone (partners with expedia) arrange the reservation. On the back end they refuse to give a receipt for the transaction, making expense reporting a pain.

I actually had a very good experience with Eurobookings (who helpfully got a parking fine revoked in a hotel that I went to pick up friends from)

Son unos timadores, les pagas la reserva y se quedan con un 30% sin decirte nada y que no pagan al proveedor del coche y éstos lógicamente te lo quitan de la fianza.
Reclamas (3 veces lo he hecho) y no te hacen ni caso.
MI CONSEJO ES NO RESERVAR JAMAS NADA CON ELLOS.

I went online booked through Expedia for a certain night. They charged my card for the same night I was online. I was sent down a rabbit hole making calls and being transferred. I dispute was put in and declined for unknown reason. I now have a fraud case with my bank. I received a confirmation for the actual date I booked but not for the random date they charged me almost $500 bucks. These guys are shady and should be shut down

Complete nightmare, thought I was booking directly with hotel. Contacted hotel told I booked through Expedia, contacted Expedia told I booked through Eurobookings. Managed to contact them eventually. No email confirmation sent, so had no booking reference. Eventually spoke to someone who found reservation and cancelled booking. email confirmation of cancellation eventually received.
