Excellent service - cheap and fast

I wanted to have a special product and Emporiolive was just the store on the net that give me the best respons on my questions, give me the best price and tha fastes delivery.

I`m very setisfied.

I order a Garmin Zumo 660 and it was deliverd in a few days. Excellent service.

Today is the last day of the year and I wish everybody on TrustPilot a Happy New Year.
My own wish for the New Year is that the company I trusted and paid 850 Euro; EmporioLive, will finaly send me my Ipad Air. I have waited since the 26th of November for it to happen.
I have E-mailed with no answer, I have tried to phone them, only to hear a portugice voice on an answering machine saying somthing I don`t understand. I have registred a bill on their Support Center only to find the account not accessable the next time I tried to log in there.
I can`t wait forever and I must consider legal steps if nothin happens within the first week of the new year. I am so very dissappointed over this.

Yesterday, the 9th of january my Ipad arrived to my door. What a relief!
But I shall never again buy anithing from EmporioLive.

Jag beställde en Ipad Aire den 25.november 2013. EmporioLive hade varan i lager (1-2 dagar)
För att få varan snabbare betalade jag en Expressavift och skulle då få paketen inom två dagar.
I dag skriver vi 19.desember 2013 och det är lika tyst från EmporioLive. Jag har mailad flera gånger utan svar, jag har skapat en biljett i deras "Support Center" men inte fått hjälp.
Jag tror inte EmporioLive tänker låta bli att stå för sin del av avtalet och leverera varan.
Men det är ett avtalsbrott att inte ha levererat varan när det har gått tre veckor. Ock utan att höra av sig.

I made a purchase, paid and not received, the product of purchase. The company does not answer my, numerous attempts to contact them.

Ordered a Garmin GPS watch two years ago, and wasn't too happy because the delivery took about one week, but I had paid for a quick delivery. BUT! Since they have such great prices, and I DID receive my device the last time, I was just prepared for an extra delivery period, and ordered my new GPS watch from this site again, though this time with regular delivery.
I was gladly surpriced, I recieved my package within 5 days! (Ordered wedensday, received the package the following monday). And I saved approximately 400 DKK!

EmporioLive promises 2 year warranty at least for their cell phones. My Sony Ericsson broke after about 1,5 years after I bought it from EL. As you can see, EmporioLive has a "Super Support portal with 100% satisfaction" or something, where you can contact them with your problems.

My phone wont turn on anymore so I have created four (4) tickets there explaining my problem and giving the details of the receipt. No reaction. I hope I gave them enough time to answer, only four weeks.

Well, because I am a fair man and always believe good about everyone (even EL), I thought maybe their support portal wont work. So I wrote a polite e-mail. No reaction. I wrote another one. No reaction. I tried to call. No reaction. After that I checked, are they still on business. And yes, they are.

So, I have written my story, truthfully, with objectivity and without any anger.

I have no complaints about the products they are selling. But please, keep in mind when ordering some expensive electronic device from Emporio Live: Their own warranty does not work at all.

If you ever have wondered the question: "Who is that lurking in the shadows?" , I know the answer: It´s the EmporioLive employee hiding from the unsatisfied customer.

I always buy from emporiolive. they have competitive prices and fast deliver. This was my 4th order and I'll keep on buying.

I can only recommend emporiolive. I bought a GPS that was out of stock, received an email the next day asking if I wanted my order to be updated to a better version with no extra cost. In the end, I received a Zumo 660LM and payed for a Zumo 660. Great support. Congratulatios!

i made a order on a ipad mini and they didnet deliver, just took the money and i cant get my money refundet or the item, i even used mastercard. but Skrill that handlet the transaction, just dont care.

dont ever shop here, im going to the police, and hope they can help in this matter.

Jeg købte en iPhone 4s fra denne hjemmeside d. 05.03.13. Jeg valgte den hurtigste levering fra FedEx, alligevel gik der 13 dage, før jeg modtog min pakke.

Jeg prøvede få kontakt til emporiolive utallige gange både via mail og opringning, men det var umuligt at få nogen som helst kontakt med firmaet. Når man ringer til dem går den direkte på telefonsvarren, og mails besvarer de heller ikke.

Nu hvor jeg så har modtaget mobilen, der iøvrigt var en gave, finder vi ud af, at der kun er en amerikansk lader med til...

Det var SLET ikke besparelsen værd at handle fra dette firma og jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale dem til nogen.

Bestilte et Garmin-ur. Leverancetiden var oplyst til 4-5 dage. Pengene blev trukket efter 1 dag - det eneste sted hvor jeg oplevede hurtig service. Derefter hørte jeg ikke noget i 10 dage. Jeg skrev til dem - men intet svar. Jeg ringede til det, men blev mødt af en telefonsvarer. Efter endnu 5 dage skrev jeg til dem igen - denne gang i en lidt strammere tone. Pludseligt var uret på vej - jeg fik aldrig svar på nogle af mine henvendelser. Jeg havde det som at sende penge ned i et sort hul og håbe på det bedste. Det var ikke besparelsen værd.

Bestilte to mobiltelefoner og valgte den dyre levering med "Fed Ex 24/48 timer aflevering".
Da jeg efter en uge endnu ikke har modtaget varen, skriver jeg og spørger hvad der sker, hvornår jeg kan forvente aflevering. Emporiolive.com's svar er her gengivet uredigeret:

DVS jeg ved endnu ikke hvor længe jeg skal vente, men to ting står klart:
1. Emporiolive.com lever ikke op til den afleveringstid de skriver på hjemmesiden
2. Deres standard for information af kunden er ikke imponerende.

I had absolutely no problems with the ordering or delivery of my Garmin Zumo 660 GPS. All parts were there and it has worked well both on a motorcycle and in a car. However, I soon found out that the maps in the GPS were outdated. For example, it did not have motorways in Denmark that were built at least 10 years before my purchase. As well, I never managed to figure out how to sign up for automatic map updates, which I seem to be needing very much. Apart from that, a great product.

Købte en mobil for 3/4 år siden og den har nu en fejl som er dækket af garantien.
Har forsøgt at kontakte supporten 3 gange uden at jeg har fået kontakt til dem - den eneste måde er en web-formular!
Formularerne bliver bare slettet, hvis man forsøger at følge op på dem!

Den værste support jeg har oplevet!

Købte cykel PGS´en fra Garmin. Super god handel. Dog tog leveringen et par dage ekstra, men det var til at leve med. Kan kun anbefale hjemmesiden.
