When you go through the order process you get the option for "next day delivery" for £4.95. I needed this urgently as my son was about to go away and had only just told me his wellies had a leak. I ordered it on a Friday and it didn't arrive on the Saturday.
Now, the fine print of T's and C's does state that it only means "next working day". However, when you go through the ordering process it only says "next day delivery".
So, they were too late for me to use, and a refund means I will lose two directions of postage, so I am very unhappy.
Support was slow and they refuse even to change the website so that it tells an accurate story.
I had got used to better service on the internet, so it was a real shock to go back to the bad old days of the customer is always wrong.

I phoned in for advice on sizing before buying a pair of Tayberry Boots. I was wrongly advised and so returned the boots. After 3 weeks I still did not receive a refund and when I called to inquire they insisted the boots had not been returned and filed a claim to the courier company on my behalf. They insisted that it was impossible for the boots to have been returned in 24hours and even claimed that the courier agreed. It turns out they had been delivered and signed for but Easy Wellies would take no responsibility for their mistake and I had to file a claim through Paypal and contact Trading Standards to get my money back. Ridiculous!!! What a waste of my time and money!!!

Sadly, I had hoped for more support from this company after repeated failure from Tayberry wellies. Were not interested to resolve the problem. Couldn't even be bothered to reply to an email.

I've just made my third order with Easy wellies and they have been so helpful, very quick to respond to my queries, letting me know when stock was coming in and even changing the price of a pair of wellies in online that were in the sale so that postage was free! (This one pair became more expensive than the other colours as postage was free on the others).

The wellies are very good quality and delivery was really quick.

Easy Wellies.co.uk have very well priced wellies and slip on footwear for the garden, I bought some clog like shoes for the garden, don't find them particularly comfortable but I think that is because they are quite wide and my foot is not, however they were exceedingly cheap and eaywellies.co.uk sent them out very fast, so a good quick company to deal with.

Love my new wellies. I have trouble getting wellies that fit me properly, and these are just brilliant. They are also brightly coloured and spotty ................ what's not to like?

I cannot judge whether my gorgeous, bright wellies are waterproof yet, but I can get them on! Having one very swollen leg, ankle and foot ordinary shoes and sandles can be difficult, but wellies (even ankle ones) impossible. The elastic means that I can get them on - it was a struggle, but that is my problem -they fiitted! Such a good price too. I will keep my eye on this site.
