The Divine Audio store is located in Desborough, Northamptonshire. Many of the items you see online can be found in-store and are available for demonstration five days a week. The website features some of what we consider to be the best products on the market for all price ranges. We have tried to include as much information as we can, but if there is something you can’t find or need help with please do not hesitate to contact us. So if you need help with a new piece of entertainment technology, or even just fancy a chat, come and see us. Annual stock take could be better managed
Unfortunately, I ordered during annual stock take.
I didn't see the message on your website informing of your closure but however my purchase order has been validated.
I waited a long time before delivery without to benefit discount.
During the annual stock take, the discount code (TAKE10) could be automatically applied to the payment.

Customer gave us 3/5 stars because he didn't notice the large banner on our site informing customers of a weeks closure due to an annual stock take, and a 10% off voucher for the inconvenience caused.
The customer has marked us down, because he didn't notice the voucher.

Minor glitch on Website quickly sorted. Great service.
I ordered a Loewe Xelos Smart TV from Divine Audio using the company website. On completing my purchase using PayPal there appeared to be no record of my order on the website. Next day I called the company and was promptly put through to a very helpful employee who informed me that when paying by PayPal the system overides any email address you enter and sets up an account using your registered PayPal address.
Signed into the website using my PayPal address and found my order which was delivered free next day. I'm very pleased with the TV and still amazed at the price I paid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Divine Audio based on my experience with this order.

Order still in process
The item I ordered was not in stock and I received an email advising that I would be contacted when it was dispatched. This was a number of weeks ago and whilst I understand that the item may still not be available, I would welcome an update email perhaps every three or four weeks.

Great service: very quick, well packaged
This is my second order at Divine Audio. The service I got on my first order (Arcam irdock) was outstanding! A faulty product was exchanged twice without any trouble. My shipping cost for shipping back was refunded too the first time.
