I ordered from Discount Supplements and…

I ordered from Discount Supplements and unfortunately had a very poor experience.

My parcel was already delayed and was then marked as delivered by Royal Mail, despite the fact that I never received it. We were at home at the time, and Royal Mail successfully delivered another parcel to our address for someone else in my household, making it even more confusing how my order could have been marked as delivered without us receiving it.

I tried contacting customer service by phone three separate times, but nobody answered any of my calls. I also contacted the company by email prior to calling and was simply advised to check with neighbours. I have done so, and none of them have received the parcel.

I understand that delivery issues can occur, but what has been most disappointing is the lack of customer support and communication when trying to resolve the problem. At the time of writing, I am still without my order and no closer to finding out where it is.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Discount Supplements.
It's a shame, because their protein products are genuinely very good, which makes this experience even more disappointing

Sadly i have used discount supplements…

Sadly i have used discount supplements for many years,but since they use DPD i have not received my order,all they state is a delay in transit with no other reason.
I will not order from them ever again and would rather pay extra from Amazon.

Hi John,
thank you for your order and feedback, really disappointed that you have scored us with a low rating. We have been in constant communication over this one due to what looks like a DPD driver error when scanning in the package.

It would appear that the driver accidentally scanned in the box as "delivery not possible" despite uploading an image which clearly showed the item being delivered to the shop, this resulted in no trigger to your email to notify you that the order was ready to collect.

The order was delivered on the next day as selected. We apologise for any confusion caused by the mis-scan, and we are glad that you managed to collect the item once you understood the situation without any further hassle.

Our DPD account manager has been made aware of this issue and we hope that the driver will not make the same mistake again when scanning in the parcel.

Dpd nearly always deliver my parcel…

Dpd nearly always deliver my parcel late so i pay extra for next day delivery and very rarely get it the next day so nowni will not pay the extra

thank you very much for your order and feedback. Really sorry to read that DPD did not complete the delivery the next day.

I can see that we shipped the order on the same day as your purchase and DPD attempted delivery the next working day.

The tracking states that no one was in at 12:45 on Friday 24th July, the driver has taken an image showing yoru property and the GPS has the driver in the correct location.

Perhaps they did not knock loudly enough but they did try to deliver your parcel the next day as requested.
