This company is amazing. I contacted this company and Pete came back so quickly, he was helpful working with (Rod) the engineer to help diagnose my issue. Saved me heaps of money, they were so professional and helpful. Most certainly recommend. Thank you!!

Reasonable price and good quality
Reasonable price part and good quality. There was a problem with the delivery (hense the 4 stars), but I emailed the company and they sorted it out for me straight away.

Cylinder Dirty Drum Replacemennt
Needed a replacement cylinder dirt drum for my hoover. Genuine Samsung part. Arrived quick and when questioned about my delivery ETA (please note this was still within the time frame of 3-5 days). Peter phoned me and explained if stuck in customs but will be released today. Part arrived 1/2 working days after due to UPS delays but that's not there fault! Happy with the service. And would use again.

Peter
Digicare and Peter provide one of the best customer service.
First, I emailed them if they have a main board for my TV, and Peter responded me really promptly and provided the part for me.
Second, due to Christmas break, the shipping was delayed (completely from UPS side) and Peter took the initiative to take care of it on his Christmas break.
Third, the part was brand new but sadly it turned out the problem was not related to the main board, so I sent the board back and got the refund without any hassle.
He was very attentive throughout the process and communication with him was very easy and quick.
I would use digicare again if I need any spare part from now on.
