Awful service. I’ve used for years without major issue. A kit was for sale with the pattern and they stated the pattern would not be available separately. It came up on my feed as reduced to £10- I quickly bought it thinking I’d got a great bargain-I then realised no yarn coming and it was the pattern only.I would never have ordered this knowingly. They were unhelpful. I offered to pay the difference to get the kit (£25) but they did not reply to this. They just replied to say that as I had bought a kit before (over a year ago!) I clearly knew what I was doing and offered no help at all. I had just clicked through the link and added to basket. I was shocked at the implication I was lying -I would never buy a pattern alone as I know I’m quite unlikely to knit it but might use yarn for other projects!! I ended up having to buy the yarn separately which cost more than buying the kit :-( and a couple of weeks later they reduced the kit to £10 anyway. I haven’t and will not use them again. I have moved to another company. The worst thing was they wouldn’t accept it was an error or even allow me to pay the difference. Absolutely terrible service.

I ordered 2x 500g end of season mystery bundle of yarn the smallest size from Deramores … it stated all the usual wording that comes with these mystery bundles … from the photo representation is not what you likely receive etc to the description that explains yarns from ‘your favourite suppliers, such as King Cole, Stylecraft, Hayfield, West Yorkshire spinners and more … ‘

I received exactly the same combination of colours and spinners in both bags … the spinners in both bags was 1x 100g Stylecraft and 4x 100g Deramores own brand … that says it all … after the review photos on their own website and opening the first pack … not really a mystery bundle …

I have placed several orders over the last year and have never been disappointed. The kits are great and Can’t resist a good bargain at sale time.

I emailed Deramores to let them know the yarn I was using was fraying badly, their response was, its over 30 days since purchase I cannot assist you further, I started another ball half way through the same has happened, I've started a 3rd ball and an dreading what I might find, of course no point in contacting Deramores as apparently there is nothing they can do with their own brand yarn faults,a lot of people buy yarn in advance and Deramores encourage this with their offers and discounts, the chances of a lot of people using their yarn in 30 days are slim, im wondering what trading standards would think.

Just received my parcel which Hermes annoyingly put in my garden bin as I was out. Parcel had a few tiny holes in it, must have caught on something in transit and some wool was poking out which I thought odd as surely the wool would be in a bag inside the parcel? I am so used to receiving wool from wool warehouse in beautiful breathable bags that I was shocked to see individual balls of wool for my blanket stuffed into the shipping bag so therefore when my shipping bag got a little torn (which does happen) the wool was coming out. Poor show Deramores, very sloppy packaging...will not be ordering again!!

I order from Deramores because of the quality of the products and the prompt service.
I had a discount code that wouldn’t work when I tried it so I emailed to let them know and received a prompt email back asking me for a contact number and a time I would be available.
I received a call today from Zoe at Deramores who sorted my order and ensured the discount code worked.
Great customer service, now I look forward to receiving my order and getting on with my knitting!

Deramores is my go-to for yarn as they have great own-brand yarn and such a good selection of other brands too. They are reasonably priced and often have discounts available. Any problems I've had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I recommend their yarn to everyone as its so soft and lovely to work with.

Edited to add - Deramores manager contacted me and apologised for the service I received. What impressed me was that he didn’t attempt to dismiss my complaint nor diminish it in anyway but rather he owned it (as a company). If I could give a separate rating for their response I would happily give 5 stars.

Deramores was actually very kind to send extra yarn to rectify a warehouse error. I was so pleased I emailed them to thank them & explain how much it meant to a family member who was hospitalised at the time etc. A customer service agent replied requesting I review them on Trustpilot. When I queried the insensitivity of this request (as my gratitude had been of a very personal nature) I was sent another email from the agent detailing how he was having a hard time himself living with violent neighbours and dealing with abuse whilst I apparently had the luxury of living in a cosy home (I only wish I could provide the email in full here). It was vitriolic and upsetting to receive.

I had the pleasure of conversing with Zoe Pearson on live chat with Deramores and she solved my problem quickly and with no fuss. She also appeared friendly and polite and I would have no reservations in recommending this service or using it again

Placed my order late on Friday evening not expecting to see it until later the following week. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order on Monday morning. The Deramores team have given a brilliant service all through the lockdown period. Well done everyone and thank you very much.

Superb service and beautiful designs using lovely vibrant colour palettes.

A real pleasure to use their goods, and delivery is swift.

Only minor issue is that some products go out of stock with long waits for re-stocking. Understandable in the COVID era, but annoying when you need one more ball of a given colour to complete your project!

The shipment was easy to track,and the package arrived quickly. The yarn was well wrapped and delivered with care. The dersmores yarn is extremely soft and knits up beautifully. I would give them 10 stars if I could .I will continue to order from them . They're very trustworthy!!

Ordered summer mystery bundle and wasn’t what I expected. Contacted on the live chat to be told there had been a problem. They were as good as said and sent the proper order out within a couple of days

Having purchased yarn and their mystery bundles previously, which I have been very happy with in terms of both quality and quantity, I ordered the recent summer one but was somewhat disappointed with the quantity I received. I have since learnt that this was due to a warehouse issue and is now being rectified as they are sending out (free of delivery charge) further yarn to those who didn't receive the correct amount. The customer service team were extremely polite and very helpful so thanks to them and Deramores generally for their service. I would not hesitate to use them again as glitches happen sometimes

Appalling customer service I would not recommend the service. Patronising and unhelpful.
To be clear when I called to question why it took 4 days to deliver the call handler was patronising and condescending. When I placed the order there was not nothing to warn me delivery was 4 days, if I haven’t paid nearly £6 it would have taken the same length of delivery time. This feed back is to do with the way my complaint was handled. I will not use this site again and would recommend it to anyone. Love crafts is much better.

It was the first time I had used Deramores and I made an error that led to a difficulty in downloading the product I had purchased. The customer service was really excellent and quickly resolved the problem. It was easy to get through and the advisor was friendly, kind, helpful and efficient. The product was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be using Deramores again.

I placed my first order recently, which was delivered quickly but missing 1 item. I emailed customer services about this and was advised by return email, within 24 hours, that they would resend the item and with an apology for the error. Great customer service.
