Very good experience, nice showrooms set up. No sale pressure, able to walk around freely. When I got questions, Steve was very friendly and helpful, giving all the info I need.

Beautifully made furniture, excellent customer service and the delivery company was superb. Everyone was really keen to ensure that we had a great buying experience. Would highly recommend both Denelli Italia and their couriers.

I dealt direct with Steve Strathers and he was beyond helpful. There were some issues with the online order website and Steve was able to help place the order via telephone with no issues. He arranged quick delivery and the products arrived as stated by Steve at the time of order. Thanks for your help Steve. Highly recommend!

absolutely love my new Bubble Sofa! It arrived today, and I couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the quality is outstanding. It's beautifully made and looks far more expensive than it actually is.
I sent photos of it to several friends, and they all guessed it must have cost somewhere between £3,000 and £8,000. I even uploaded a picture to ChatGPT, which estimated it looked like a designer piece worth between £6,000 and £15,000. In reality, it cost just £1,200, making it incredible value for money.
The customer service was just as impressive as the product itself. Steve Stathers, the Consumer Advisor, responded to every one of my queries promptly, usually within a matter of hours. His communication and support throughout the process were excellent.

From the quality of the sofa to the excellent customer service, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My luxury cloud ☁️ is finally home, and it was absolutely worth the wait. I would 100% recommend this company.

Just looking for furniture so thought we would go to Danelli, unfortunately as my husband is in a wheelchair we had no access into the showroom as it was on the first floor and had no lift. To get into the building we would have to navigate a step.
No apology given only statement was "we have a clearance showroom you can have access to"
No thanks if you can't accommodate everyone then we don't want to give you our money!

We were looking for a contemporary leather suite and all the out of town retail park sofa stores just did not have what we were looking for.
I came across Denelli Italia on the internet and wow! This is what we were looking for. The designs and collections are amazing. We were lucky that there was a sale on at the time so we placed our order with Visch who was very helpful and knew his stuff.
We put a deposit down on a two and three seater and were more than pleased with the items and at a sale price.
We were given a lead time but due to the trouble in the middle east it was delayed, not the fault of Denelli.
It was delivered today by Jewell Enterprises who were on time, efficient and unloaded, unpacked and placed the items where I wanted them and took away all the packaging. This extra service was called the "White Glove", which I paid for.
The suite is amazing in style and quality.
A call to Visch to say it had arrived and that we were very pleased with it and I asked how we should look after it. He recommended a leather cleaning kit they use in their showroom which is available at Amazon so I ordered it.

VEJAY and Veesh are both amazing at their job. The phone is always answered they said from the start there’s a 2 to 3 month wait which I appreciate other members of staff that I’ve spoken with no their jobs there’s no waffling fantastic

I purchased two tailored-length 4 seater Romeo leather sofa from Deneli and, although it took about 4 months to arrive, l’m very happy with the sofas. They fit my living room perfectly, just as customised, and the coffee-coloured leather looks elegant and warm. The quality and finish met my expectations, making the wait worthwhile.

Problem with dining room table, which had to be replaced twice.
Communication with customer service was good, but delivery from supplier was very slow, so problem ongoing for 18 months.

We would like to say a big thank you to Vish and his delivery drivers, the furniture is beautiful and well worth the wait. Do not hesitate to order from them.

We recently purchased an Italian dining table, the Tyron Keramik Dining Table, and are very pleased with the overall experience. The customer service team at Denelli Italia was helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. The delivery and installation company, DA Logistics, was also extremely accommodating and efficient.

The table itself is beautiful, exceptionally well-made, and offers excellent value for money. It has become a stunning addition to our home, and we are delighted with its quality and design.

The only minor downside was a slight delay in delivery. However, it still arrived in time to serve our purpose, and the quality of the product, along with the excellent service we received, more than made up for the wait.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily recommend Denelli Italia and DA Logistics to others.

Superb service. Denelli has shown professionalism throughout our journey: helpful in answering our queries prior to placing the order, updating us regularly on the state of the order and providing us with a loan sofa as we had guests over the festive period (and our sofas were not ready yet). The quality of the sofa is very good, confirming that the Italian products are worth the price. Also the delivery service was good. We couldn't be happier with our choice!
