A pathetic company to deal with.
1. In order to place an order you first have to register. Which is an irritant that many other companies have moved away from.
2. After finally placing my order I had a message saying I would be contacted for payment! That's a first.
3. No such contact was ever made.
4. The only way to contacted them is by phone.
I gave up and went elsewhere.

Called this company for advice on a nail gun. I didn't realise that the 0844 number on their website is a premium rate service. I was charged £9 for an 11 minute call, which I think is pretty devious.

The parent company is called Teknovate Ltd. They seem to have three websites:

pronailers.co.uk

The Pronailers website doesn't have a premium rate number, but is overpriced anyway.

Out of principle, I will now avoid all 3.

I telephoned to enquire about some products before ordering. When it was mentioned the first item was not in stock the phone was hung up while I was still speaking.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Total disregard for customers and request for information.

We placed an order for a 3m Fit testing kit the order was processed online and paid for. The item was not showing out of stock and still is not. I have made several phone calls as we are local and wished to collect leaving messages to which i have had no replies. We have e mailed 2-3 times again with no replies. We have now had to look to recover money via the bank system. Awful customer service No communication

Very good service & communications. Stock checked and confirmed by Simon prior to placing order. Order delivered as per specified timelines.

I ordered some FFP3 face masks for my NHS Staff Nurse partner from this outfit on 6th April 2020 and they took the payment on the same day; in the name of Teknovate Ltd via WorldPay but shown on my bank account as Heightsafety. I received an email this morning and over 2 weeks later saying they haven't got them! I understand that these are in incredible demand and I wouldn't have bought them had they not been for my partner who is on the front line of Covid-19. WHY TAKE THE ORDER LET ALONE THE PAYMENT WHEN YOU HAVEN'T GOT THE ITEMS?!?!?!?! I could have sourced them elsewhere a couple of weeks back, if they'd not listed them as being for sale (they are now claiming that they were listed as not being in stock but I don't recall that, so I can't honestly dispute it although I don't think I'd have ordered them, but either way the point still applies!) or told me sooner that they weren't! I've given them 2 stars since they did offer and have now issued a full refund, which is better than I feared.

My wife and I are front line NHS nurses looking after covid 19 patients these guys came through providing respirators for us both, fantastic quick efficient service. When theres a crisis these guys stepped up when no one else could, fantastic big big thank you seriously could of saved our lives.

I ordered some safety boot from them several months ago and I am still waiting, they have ignored my e-mails. They have literally taken the money and run. I have since lost my order number so the chance of me getting a refund from these scallies is remote.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE, NO SHOES AND NO REFUND!!!!

These companies all run out of the same address, and are all run by a crook. You will not get what your order, or a refund. If you manage to get an answer when you phone, and it`s a bloke with a very posh voice, well he`s the one who`s just ripped you off. He`s been at this for some time, running his company on three different fronts. This really goes to show how useless Trading Standards are that people are allowed to get away with this sort of fraud. In fact Trading Standards are so bad they should close themselves down for frauduantly claiming to stop this sort of activity.

I can only speak as I find. I ordered qty 4 Protecta body harnesses which were received the following day as promised. The phone was answered promptly by Simon when I called to place the order and everything ran like clockwork. Would definitely use again.

Very dodgy. Received goods I'd cancelled and they took payment. Can't get hold of anyone on the phone or email to discuss refund. Lots of complaints online make me reluctant to send the goods back for fear of them denying receipt of them

Ordered on line back in mid March, still not received item.
No customer service at all, its a waste of time phoning because it goes through to an answer machine. Emailing is pointless, you never get a response.
Solution is , contact credit card company and just get your money back.

I can't stress enough how bad this company is & experienced the worst customer service EVER!!!! The rating of BAD does not even come close, it was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!
I placed an order on 9th January 2017 & received no correspondence to confirm the order. I chased the order on several times & eventually it was delivered on 13th January. On delivery the item was unsuitable, so i returned it the following day..... to cut a long story short... i had to send TNT POD for the return on 2nd Feb, as he refused to say it had been received.. again i received no communication regarding the return let alone a refund!
I Chased the return the following day & was told it had been processed less the carriage charge of £7 & would be in my account by Tuesday the following week, which i was fine with.
By Thursday 9th Feb still no refund...having chased again 4 times that week... I was told then via text message that i was to be refunded minus the packing & postage cost of £9,45...... £9.45 i questioned as i actually paid £6.95, then told last week £7.00 P & P & now £9.45!!!
I refused to pay that amount & was told by a man.. who was so rude & arrogant, that it cost his company £9.45 to process the order! I said that wasn't my problem & if it was the case then they should charge that price for P & P on their web site.
By 13th Feb, i had received partial refund & after several unanswered texts & numerous calls chasing the remainder i finally received the full refund on Tuesday 8th March! The rude man i believe was called Simon said that his company didn't deal in refunds, put the phone down on me on several occasions, wouldn't let me get a word in & said he wouldn't sell to me should i place an order again!!
All i can say is it is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company with a RUDE, ARROGANT man fronting it!
Don't give them the TIME OF DAY, LET ALONE YOUR MONEY!!! BE WARNED!

I placed an order on 18th. October I got a confirmation email immediately, but after 10 days of hearing nothing fro them I sent an email asking for an update. I have heard nothing from them and phoning them only results in an answer machine to which they haven't responded. I need to get in touch with my credit card company and also trading standards. I wish I had searched for this company before I ordered from them and saw all the negative reviews, I would never use a company as bad as Davronline.

i believe that the 16.1% is of their own doing the other 71% are of genuine complaints. and I being one of those!
trying to fob me off with lies and deceit that Trojan boots are off the market which I know is crap. i'm a 56 year old Hereford man and a true white face don't back off from no one and when a white face wants his money back he'll get his money back and people out there believe a white face when he tells you don't deal with DAVRONLINE!!!!

How the hell they run a business is beyond me
i ordered 2 pair of Trojan s3 high leg safety boots
after 1 week no boots so emailed and phoned left a message ,2 days later no reply,so rang and selected sales on the options and surprise somebody answered in sales and i asked about my order and yes the boots will be with you tomorrow .OK i thought 3 days passed No boots ,so back on the phone they said yes there has been a problem with the boots one pair will be with you tomorrow the others next week .So i took a deep breath and waited to my surprise the boots did arrive on the days he said, BUT NOT THE ONES I HAD ORDERED i have received two different makes of boots not one as i ordered .fair enough one is of the same value but the other pair i can buy for £20 cheaper they were only £55 Just do your self a favor and don't deal with this company

Took longer than expected to receive my order. Due to the delay checked on line and was shocked at the number of bad reviews and feared the worst.......however after contacting Simon, I received an apology and a new delivery date.
Goods now received as promised!
A lot of frustration could have been saved however if I had received replies to my messages a bit quicker.
Can't say they were perfect, but who of us are? The important thing is they rectified the problem, and I would order from them again as a result.
