Excellent lightweight fleece and warm

Just liked the look of the fleece while browsing and bought it. The size I chose was too big for me and Craghoppers responded quickly to my return request. I reordered the fleece for a smaller size which arrived quickly and fitted perfectly. Delighted

The trousers took a long time to come…

The trousers took a long time to come and did not arrive when we were advised would. When they did arrive it was somebody else’s order. The chat facility was not open at the time stated on line. When it wax open however the issue was eventually solved.
I am pleased with you product but the whole experience was frustrating.

Fit finder on site was rubbish

Usually a uk 14, fit finder recommended a size 12 got a 16 and still didnt fit id need almost a 20 i think. Delivered outside of estate delivery i paid extra for not bothered returning the trousers as Evri is the delivery service.

I’m also sorry that your delivery was left outside the estate despite paying extra for the delivery service you selected. I understand your disappointment, particularly as this has put you off returning the trousers.

Dreadful customer service robot

I have bought craghoppers products many times and the products are good. Unfortunately, the customer service department is utterly dreadful when deliveries don't arrive. What appears to be an AI based response seems unable to deal with unreliable delivery companies. The cheerful "it's on its way" doesn't help when the parcel is not delivered.
