Your website wastes customers' time (a polite way of saying your site is pure shit). It is impossible to buy something from there.

I ordered 2 bottles of ink a month ago now, paid for. No show! I have not received my order.
I have emailed this company 3 times, now it seems they have taken down all contact forms!!! DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY basically they have STOLEN my money and a lot of other people's I am FURIOUS! This is THEFT! I could have spent hundreds which I normally do on craft! Thank God I didn't with this fraudulent company. Trading standards need to investigate as do watchdog. How the hell are they still taking people's money if they have no intention of sending orders that have been paid for!!?

I have made a couple of purchases from Craft Superstore in the past and, although they arrived late, the guy on the telephone was very helpful. Today, I've noticed they've removed the telephone number and all forms of communication from their website, you cannot make purchases on the website and they are not answering their telephone, although it's sometimes engaged. Are they closing down and what's going to happen to all the craft products they were selling? They had a lot of products that have been discontinued by the manufacturers. They should remove all items from the website, if they are going into liquidation, and just leave something in which to contact them for people who are waiting for an order.

placed an order in feb 17 the order arrived at the end of feb minus some of the items , no explanation no invoice and no mention of when the rest would arrive. i left it a few weeks to see if it would arrive , i sent several emails which were not replied to i even tried phoning but got no reply , the other day i noticed they were on facebook so i thought i would make a comment on the bad service , i then sent a private message and was surprised when i got a reply the lady on the other end took some details and said she would look at it in the morning , she sorted it and i got a refund for the missing items after no replys over 2 months result , but i would not buy from them again...

Would never use again. The goods I ordered were sent out promptly, unfortunately, they were damaged in transit. I have phoned the company many times to discuss this but the phone is never answered. I emailed a week ago but have yet to receive a reply. I have now written this off as a bad experience and have given up attempting to contact the company.

I placed an order with this company at the beginning of October as needed crafts for some projects in the lead up to Christmas.

Almost 6 months later and still nothing. I have tried calling, sent numerous emails, filled in the online form where they claim to get back to you within "3-5 working days" or something, a few times. It is just an awful, money-grabbing horrendous company.

I ordered and paid for £60 of dies on Jan 22nd nothing has arrived. I emailed and they said there would be a delay as there was a big take up of offer. I waited another couple of weeks and contacted again, I received a very hostile reply telling me they had said about the delay!
Nothing else no apologies no estimate of when I would receive my dies.
It's now 6 weeks later, I have emailed again no reply- phoned no one answers
They are still sending mail shots out I am so disappointed with this company.
Will be taken action against them now.

Having tried, without success, to find this facility by searching Craft Superstore’s numerous marketing emails addressed to me, as well as their main website, I have written, using their lengthy contact facility using correctly typed CAPTCHA security letters, asking for help in locating their ‘unsubscribe’ button. So far, 5 emails over a 3-week period, have been totally ignored.
During this time I have managed to unsubscribe, very easily, on over 20 different company web sites – most of them directly on their email to me. The others were easily dealt with by a brief visit to their main home page.
I find Craft Superstores almost daily bombardment of spam annoying enough. But the fact that they have ignored all contact messages, indicates that this company needs some serious improvements in its customer relations.
SO! Where is Craft Superstore’s opportunity to unsubscribe at any time through an automated system?

I ordered items back in November and my account showed that they had been despatched on Nov. 24th. They didn't arrive so I emailed to let them know and got no reply. After ringing several times I spoke to someone who appeared very unconcerned, very laid back, no apology, just that they'd send again. That was on Dec 5th and since then I've not received the goods and have rung both contact numbers several times daily since the beginning of January, either no one answers or the line is engaged (off the hook?) and there is no reply to emails. I suspect that this company is in serious trouble and is still trading, sending out special offer emails and generally trying to rake in some money before they finally sink. Fortunately I've not lost much but I hope I can stop other folk from losing their money. Next port of call for me is Trading Standards and Citizen's Advice to try to get them stopped.

Ordered a number of items when there was a special offer on - after 1 week I had no products and my account was still showing as to be dispatched. After several failed attempted to phone their customer service line (there was no professional answering of the phone, thought I had dialled a residential number by mistake) I was told that my order would be sent out the next day - ok, it did turn up but there was an item missing, even thought it was on the dispatch note - called again, said item was out of stock and it would be a couple more weeks. Refund requested (very quickly agreed to, not fussed that I would rather have the money back rather than wait for the stock)
Rather poor excuse that they were busy, isn't that a good thing running a business?!
Will never be ordering from Craft Superstore again, poor professional attitude, can see why they had to suspend trading some time ago.

Placed an order three weeks ago, it is marked online status as warehouse processing delay, and no clear indication as to when they are going to despatch, if ever. Not replying to emails asking for update. Will not use them again.

I purchased from Craft superstore website on the 1st of April 2015. I had to chase them up 5/6 days later as I still hadn't heard anything from them and my order hadn't been dispatched. It took another 3 days and 3 emails later, and the 3rd email being very blunt, for them to finally reply and they gave me my postage costs back 'as a good will gesture'. I finally received my order 9 days after placing the order . Once I received the goods, I was missing an item, I emailed them twice, once again, no response, so I have had to claim for my money back through PayPal. So please beware! Do not buy!

I was amazed today when I received a craft saver box my daughter ordered for me.
It had so much stuff in it... I am not sure where to begin!!! Thank you x

I placed an order with them over 130 pounds it never arrived, finally I got fed up and cancelled it, I was promised a refund but never given any. The company has gone into liquidation and new owners are not going to honor any past orders placed or issue a refund, basically I have lost the entire sum, please be very very careful and stay away from online companies like this.

I recently ordered their Big Shot starter deal - total rip-off & hassle.

No problems with the Big Shot itself, everyone knows that it is great but Craft Superstore's service was terrible and this package is falsely advertised.

I bought it while it was "in stock" on their site description but in my cart it said out of stock so I called to check - 9 days and 4 unresponsive phone calls later they eventually sent it out, claiming that it was in stock the whole time.

The gold paper advertised arrived in silver, useless for the Christmas ideas I was planning and the embossing folder pack that arrived was the wrong one too, it was some useless grungy lines and dashes, far too distressed looking for the feminine craft work I usually do.

Craft Superstore were clearly out of stock of the items included in this package and rather than informing me of that so I could go elsewhere, they made me hang on for 9 days and just threw together this useless package as if that were good enough to stop me calling every other day.

Buy from Hobby Craft or another reliable vendor - this would be a simple good deal if not ruined by bad service.

I am really satisfied with Craftsuperstore great service. My orders always arrive fast and well packed. Their website is easy to navigate. They really have a great selection of products on very good prices. I recommend this company to anyone.

very easy site to follow. I like the way it shows you that the items are in stock or not.Fantastic delivery service (next day if ordered the previous morning) my only gripe is you have to order £40 to get free delivery, which I think is a tad high. However it will not stop me from ordering from them again, they have super savings in their 'SALE' department.
