Looks like muslin not the cotton you would expect a duvet cover to be in. Very disappointed with he quality of the product. Postage is not included neither are returns.

Had to wait over a week for my last order which is not like them. Their delivery is usually very quick but there was a problem this time which delayed the arrival of my order. As I can’t get to rate the item I will review it here. It’s ok although I don’t like items that are listed as one size as a rule but the nighty seemed pretty enough but I would only rate it as a three star.

How refreshing to get an XL garment that is really big enough.

Customer services actually rang me to say the delivery would be split as waiting for stock or gathered together for a later delivery and would I mind. Very good to think of the customer needs and not just send an impersonal email. I wasn't in a hurry for delivery so that was good, they also changed the delivery address for me then too as more convenient t go to my work address - what a bonus to actually speak to a very nice lady instead of a BOT ! Products for the bathroom just gorgeous as ever, I just get large refills of the Marseille Liquid soap now making it economical.
