I purchased a pair of shoes from them and then they wouldn't let me return them when I ordered the wrong size, only if they (not the customer) made a mistake in sending the wrong size, style, or color. they wouldn't give me a refund either. after that, both my cards ended up getting comprised from using their site...it's a scam. don't believe those instagram ads! you're better off buying the real, more expensive brand.

Do not ever buy from this company. They are shady. They wont let you return and then keep charging you

Honestly, this was such a bad experience. These shoes are absolute rubbish. They look cheap, feel cheap, and don’t even hold up after a short time. They’re nothing like what was shown online, and I regret buying them straight away.

Delivery was just as bad. It took way too long, with no proper updates, and when it finally arrived the packaging was poor and messy. The whole thing felt careless and unprofessional.

Genuinely feels like a scam. You pay expecting something decent, and you get something that’s basically useless. Total waste of money.

Qualche volta rara che hanno risposto ad una mail, mi è stato detto che il pacco è andato smarrito….POI NULLA PIÙ.

This company is running a scam where they take your order, send you a poor quality product a month later and then start charging you 34.95 monthly fees for being a "member." When you email them they gaslight you and tell you that you signed up for it when you checked out.

This company is a drop shipping scam. I ordered three pairs of shoes at one time. After the actual order confirmation it took a week to be shipped, and almost an entire month to arrive, during which it couldn’t be tracked because all it tells you is that it is at “a packaging facility in the United States”, and customer service had no idea where it was either and just sent me the same useless tracking information. After one of the pairs of shoes arrived (finally) it was the wrong size, and after checking my initial order confirmation, it showed a second order (edited and sent out following the initial one), which had a completely different size. The rest of the order came a few days later. When I emailed customer service about the incorrect size they said they would send a replacement (they sent the email with tracking info Dec 8, still not here as of Dec 26), and phrased it as a courtesy, noting their one-time replacement policy. In addition to all of this, on your initial order they include a 30$ subscription cost! Mind you IT LITERALLY SHOWS UP AS FREE “money back guarantee”. Actually just charging you extra without telling you. The overall quality of the products is poor, but for the price point I wasn’t expecting a lot, but the terrible customer service, lack of transparency, and long wait time ensure I’ll never shop here again.

Horrible quality! Run VERY small and narrow. Upper material is not suede…it’s some sort of paper thin material and does not give at all. Soles are extremely slick as well. And it took forever to get them! There should be an option to rate below 0 bc I would definitely do so.

Overall they were a huge waste of money!

Assolutamente inaccettabile. Spedizione arrivata dalla Cina e non dall'Italia : più di un mese. Neppure il pacco fosse arrivato sul dorso di un mulo. La qualità delle scarpe è pessima. Inoltre non c'erano annessi i calzini, come invece vantato nella pubblicità. Trenta euro buttati via. In medicine devono andarvi -.-

Il pacco è arrivato dopo più di un mese, l'articolo non corrisponde assolutamente alla descrizione e alle immagini, inoltre mi hanno anche mandato la taglia sbagliata.

ho ordinato delle scarpe invernali. venivano pubblicizzate come un prodotto resistente e di "qualità" (in senso lato). il costo originale era di 60 euro, scontate del 50, le ho pagate 30(che comunque per quel che mi è arrivato è una vera e propria truffa!). mi sono arrivate dopo 3 settimane: puzzavano, erano di plastica e impacchettate malissimo (veniva descritto nella pubblicità un packaging del tutto differente, addirittura con in omaggio una paio di calze di lana (chiaramente non vero)). Sono rimasta molto delusa, ma un po' me lo sono meritata poiché ho guardato solo dopo l'acquisto le recensioni del prodotto, che erano davvero pessime... e va beh, mi sarà di lezione per la prossima volta.

SCAM

Ho ordinato un paio di ciabatte invernali il 12 ottobre e sarebbero dovute arrivare dopo 4 giorni, ma ovviamente non è stato così. Il tracciamento non si è mai aggiornato ed è sempre “in preparazione”, provo a contattare l’azienda ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Ho chiesto il rimborso tramite Paypal. TRUFFA ASSICURATA!

Pessima esperienza con Clogg’s Italia.
Ho effettuato un ordine e, dopo oltre 30 giorni, non ho mai ricevuto il pacco. Inizialmente mi era stato detto che ci sarebbe stato un ritardo a causa dell’elevato numero di ordini, ma successivamente il tracciamento ha segnalato un’anomalia (“spedizione insolita, pacco probabilmente restituito al mittente o perso”) e da allora nessuna comunicazione da parte del servizio clienti.

Ho scritto più volte per avere spiegazioni o un rimborso, ma non ho ottenuto alcuna risposta concreta.
Un comportamento inaccettabile e poco trasparente. Sto procedendo con una richiesta formale di rimborso.

Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questo sito finché non risolvono i problemi di spedizione e assistenza.

I never usually write reviews, this is probably the first one I have ever wrote, but it should be known that this company is a complete scam, dropshipping horrible quality straight from china, which is why it takes ages to come, they are drop-shipping so all items are always on some sort of offer, which makes it impossible to return or refund because of their policy on sale items, they charged me two times for some “30-day money back guarantee” which was like $30 each time, without me even knowing, and apparently I signed up for it in my order, which would be impossible because my order was in late July, and I recieved a welcome to rewards email in Oct 2nd, at this time I was never even on their website. Scam, avoid

Ho acquistato sul sito Clogg's IT.
Ordine effettuato il 6 settembre 2025, ad oggi 27 settembre 2025 ancora nessuna traccia delle mie ciabatte. Al momento dell'acquisto ti inviano anche un tracking di spedizione (wanb express), che tuttavia è incomprensibile e ad oggi l'unico stato di spedizione è sempre "in transito". Ho provato ad inviare più volte delle email con la richiesta di chiarimenti/aggiornamenti quanto meno, inutile dire che non ho mai ricevuto una risposta. Anche le recensioni che sono presenti sul loro sito tutte false: ho provato a scrivere una recensione, mi è uscito il messaggio che la recensione è stata completata con esito positivo, anche qui inutile dire che la recensione non è mai stata pubblicata.
Tra l'altro mi era comparso su Tik Tok, quindi ero molto tranquilla che fosse un sito affidabile. Non è giusto che questi siti truffa vengano pubblicizzati ed ingannino le persone!

Pessima. Ritardo nella consegna, rifiuto di annullare l’ordine visto il ritardo della merce che non volevo più. Quando ho aperto il pacco e vista la pessima qualità ho scritto per il reso. Mandate tantissime mail ma non ancora ricevuta risposta. Non acquistate e segnalate perché sono convinta sia una truffa.
