I had a noise induced hearing loss clam managed by Wixted &Co on a no win no fee basis. I have to admit, I was very sceptical at the beginning especially considering the scale of my employer (big corporate company) who we had to face with my claim. However, the two solicitors that handled my case - firstly Catherine Martin, who took me through the first steps of my claim and updated me as we were moving forward, arranged medical assessment, documents, etc., and secondly Rajinder Singh who took over and helped submitting my claim, managed it so well throughout the entire process and kept me up to date - they did their job very well and they did it until we reached a successful outcome! I am entirely grateful and happy with their service and cannot recommend them enough! It was a very long process and it did take time, there were some quiet periods as well and I had to chase on couple of occasions, but it was all worth it! Highly recommend this company and their services!

Never contacted myself always chasing them for updates. This goes back to 2025 march.

Probably the worst experience ive ever had .this company is a total sham .firstly they excepted my claim for work related injuries I thought everything was in place but then came the ignorance of not updating me on my claim ignoring my phone calls allways on annual leave. This as been going on now for over a year and still no update and will now have to get advice from another solicitor. In my opinion you should stay away from this company.

I found them very efficient throughout the process even considering delays due to covid and lockdowns.

Well recommend took a bit longer due to covid 19 easy to talk to and done what they said they would do.

If you want the best, then go with wixted and co, I'm clad I did. What you've got to remember claims aren't won over night it takes time,my claim took years to sort out, nearly 4 years. But they were successful and that's what counts, I was informed by letter and phone throughout, and received a successful compensation payment from my Old employees, where has some of my old work colleagues, went for a different company and receive nothing. So my advice is go with wixted and co, and be successful, a big 10 out of 10 from me.

Would recommend to anyone, I brought a complex hearing loss claim, against a previous employer, they argued that I had made my claim out of permitted timescales, howether Vijay sampla the solicitor in charge of my case, sucsesfullY negotiated a sizeable settlement for me
