I subscribed but did not use it. So I want to unsubscribe. But I can’t log on to do that. When I enter my email it wants to start a new subscription. How is this possible?

The integration of Bookboon into our LMS did not succeed which brought some disadvantages for us. Next to that, we would have loved to have this platform in an app.
On the plus side, the content on the platform is very interesting and the success coaches provide all the necessary help in a friendly way!

We use Bookboon in the company to support training events. We recommend tailored content through a banner on the companies' internal learning academy. This has boosted the usage of the Bookboon content. Doing business with Bookboon is extremely easy and the customer care is excellent, even if we changed various people during the years the quality of service was always excellent.

I paid for a book download but I never received it. I immediately raised a ticket with customer service. I was emailed stating that 'a support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response (usually within 24 hours).'
I am still waiting for a reply 5 days later. It's not good enough!

The company I work for has been with Bookboon for a few years, but we have only been actively sending out weekly newsletters to our employees since April 2023, with the help of our Account Director, Beatriz Gil. The weekly newsletters and occasional tailored ones help us to meet some of our company’s learning needs and targets. The content of the learning materials is interesting, relevant and current. This is an excellent personal development tool especially for companies!
