FREE TRIAL SCAM.
I clicked on the free trial and got redirected to full annual membership. Did not click on it but went back to previous page and was charged for the full year. Customer service refused to refund anything even though their website is purposely misleading people.
Avoid this company, they are thieves.

Like other reviewers I was taken by the "free 7 day trial" scam that magically turned into a 1 year "subscription" and I am now $30 out of pocket for a credit card charge that I did not approve and Blue Mountain/American Greetings have intentionally harmed me and have effectively stolen my money. I have emailed the "Help line" to request a refund and (unsurprisingly) not gotten a response.

All the recent reviews are negative with regard to billing. I agree with these comments. I signed up via PayPal and will cancel and leave a negative comment just as soon as my order is processed by PayPal, because the sign-up service does not work. The product seems OK but the administration is suspect.

I would not even give them one star. They have been using a frauded email for me for 5 years. You cannot log on even to cancel from a frauded email. They won’t cancel you and continue to charge card after several attempts to cancel two years ago. Very deceptive! Had to dispute charge on credit card then the credit card was frauded. Do not use this company.

Basically same as recent review . Takes ages to sign up to free trial then it isn’t free at all.

Already cancelled auto renew and now going to report this misleading inducement to sign up to credit card company

The “free trial” period is absolutely NOT free! They don’t explain that sending something gives them permission to charge you.

Then I contacted them and they replied quickly that I had authorized it. Then proceeded to ignore my emails.

Also WON’T give me confirmation on my subscription being cancelled and only that auto renew is turned off.

I don’t want to ever use them again and so I need to know that they won’t be keeping my information and card info on file (companies get hacked a lot these days and so a risk of scam charges…again as if that’s not a fairly common issue for me) and annoying the heck out of me with emails.

I forgot to cancel my auto renewal, I explained that to the agent they absolutely refused to refund me even if I won’t be using the service. Blue Mountain is a horrible company I won’t ever sign up for them ever again there are a lot more companies that care for there customers.

I suggest that any one thinking of signing up for this company do yourself a favor don’t sign up, you will save your self from the headache and from getting pissed off from them.

I had autorenew turned off.
On May15th of this year a yearly payment renewal was processed which I did not authorize.
I contacted an agent and they absolutely refused to refund my money.

I have had a subscription for over a year and all of a sudden, I have had several people who have not been able to open their ecards I send them, Recently, an option to accept cookies has come up before someone can view the card. When they do not accept the cookies, they are unable to view the card. My daughter also has a subscription to Blue Mountain and has also had this problem. When I spoke to their customer service representative she said all websites have this and she was very flip, bordering on rude. I told her I had never had a problem with people getting the cookie option before and that I had not seen it coming up before. I also told her the people having trouble opening their cards do not accept cookies and have been receiving my ecards since I started my subscription with Blue Mountain. I will not be renewing my subscription nor will I recommend the site to others. There is no reason that any person receiving an ecard from me should have to accept any cookies from their site. They definitely need work on their customer service representation.

I ordered an e-card with a gift certificate or gift card and the card was sent along with the gift card and then it disappeared a day later. It was a birthday card and shouldn't have disappeared along with the gift card disappearing. The person I sent it to can't look at the card again it says it is gone along with the gift card. Bad company. Do not use. Make sure you cancel your membership.

Signed up for a 7 day free trial, with the guise of a 7.99 a month fornthr service.

After I signed up I have been charged for a whole year subscription to Jackie Wilson & Blue mountain. Which is did not agree to

After one week free trial they go ahead and bill you for the full year, and then auto-bill you after that. As a senior, I find tech hard enough without getting scammed . I do not recommend.

This company is deceitful - they say that there is a one-week free trial but after one day they had taken a year's subscription. That is surely illegal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They are no longer giving value for money. Their web servers are annoyingly slow! They're so few updates, they're trading on past success, not enough new ideas. This company has gone stale & doesn't deserve my custom. I shall be moving to a better platform when my sub expires!

Blue Mountain is deceptive. They tell you that your subscription is expired when it is NOT supposed to automatically renew. After sending a email stating this, they still renew it. When you contact them, they pass the buck and blame it on Google.
Do not trust this company. I wish I had seen all their bad reviews before subscribing. Lesson learned! I am disputing the renewal charge. Do better Blue Mountain!

The product is fine, but their free trial is deceptive.

Buyer beware . I do not recommend this company due to poor customer service and their auto renewal policy. They do not reply to emails when you want to cancel your membership and/ or request a refund . They send you an email one day reminding you about your renewal and next day bill your credit card they keep on file . I ended up phoning to cancel my membership a few days after auto renewal and was told “ their policy says no refunds .” I requested my membership be cancelled and agreed to having all my person information , including credit card number wiped from their system . I will never deal with Blue Mountain ecards again !!

This is a scam. Please read your loan agreement! They charge you interest per day and you end up paying double the amount of your loan. I would rate this a zero if I could. Please warn others!

Bad experience with attempting a free trial and being charged for a full year. Technically I pressed the wrong button, but the website made it really difficult to figure out. A better company would have been clearer and not resorted to what is essentially trickery. At least I was able to turn off the auto-renew.

They informed me that I had been auto-renewed after the fact and then refused to give a refund. I had not used their service for years. Owned by American Greetings Corporation and not run ethically.
