Waiting for ages for items to restock. Once available I ordered 2 items but after 20 days still no dispatch. Their support is respectively cumbersome. Only excuses why they can't send the items. Finally I was "lucky" they agreed to refund me even though my order was in status "processed"...

Truly disappointing, a company this big and representing so many great artists to have gone in such a downhill.

I pre-ordered the new BOC album the day it was announced. Confirmation email says shipping estimated May 26. It is now June 11 and I have heard nothing from them, and they have ignored my emails for weeks now. What other web store could function this way? I would think it was a scam if it weren't for the prevalence of other negative reviews. I regret giving them my business and would encourage others to shop local instead as I will be doing from here on out.

Shocking customer experience from what used to be a decent company. Ordered vinyl over two weeks ago although stated in stock no update of dispatch or tracking. Emails constantly being ignored. They're quick enough to take your money. Just avoid.

Customer service seems to have gone downhill in recent times. I can't download something I have ordered and the support team are barely responding. It's shame as I have spent plenty with Bleep over the years.

Very disappointing experience from a company I’ve supported for over a decade.

I recently discovered that a release I had legitimately purchased from Bleep was no longer available to download from my account. Support replied that downloads cannot always be guaranteed due to licensing changes and advised customers to download and back up purchases at the time.

I understand licensing can change, but from a customer’s perspective, I paid for a digital product in good faith. Being told years later that access is gone, with no real solution or goodwill gesture offered, is poor service.

What disappointed me most was the generic tone of the response. Bleep used to feel genuinely customer-focused and passionate about music. Sadly, this felt impersonal and dismissive.

A real shame, as I used to recommend them without hesitation.

Ordered two Skee Mask LPs on a restock, super stoked because I adore these records and have not gotten a chance to buy them before. After waiting a couple of weeks, the records arrived completely destroyed, water damaged, and essentially unrecognizable. I reached out to Bleep and they were incredibly helpful and took care of me. The records were not in stock so I had to wait two months but as soon as they were, the records were rush shipped to me and I received them in one piece, in beautiful condition. Bless the team that made this happen, will definitely be ordering again.

I paid for a music download but the incorrect file downloaded. I've emailed twice but no reply.

I read some of the reviews after I ordered BoC green t-shirt and was bit worried. I was pleasantly surprised when my t-shirt arrived after 6 working days, as promised (typically 3-7 days). Quality of t-shirt is standard, i guess and it fits me perfectly.

After reading more reviews I think the main problem comes from pre-orders and Bleep having problem with stocking from the original artist.

I ordered a Stranger Things vinyl and, after seeing some of the reviews, I was a bit worried it wouldn’t arrive. I had no problems at all — I was kept fully updated on my order, and it arrived very quickly. Really pleased with my purchase! I would ordered again.

As others have noted, this company lacks any integrity. Selling things they have no rights to sell, then taking a dog's age to refund when they inevitably fail to provide the service they purport to provide. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a record on the 29th of October, it's the 26th of January and still haven't received anything. Contacted customer service a few times and only got a reply once. Terrible service. Advise everyone to NOT BUY HERE!

This store is selling items that are unavailable: download is expired, resetting the download link does not work. Support takes a month to respond to the issue, does NOT resolve the problem and says the case is closed. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I pre-ordered an album which had a definitive release date. The way they put it, it was implied this album would arrive around the same time as it's official release date. Well, This album is now in stores, and has been out for a month. I have yet to recieve my order, or a reply from them with a shipping date. They use a 3rd party customer service provider, that should be your Big Red Flag. Every e-mail I've sent takes "4-7 business days" for a response, to which I've recieved two, neither giving me a shipping date, just telling me there's been a delay. Still hoping maybe there will be an e-mail in the next week, if not, I'm canceling payment thru my bank. NOPE, NEVER AGAIN BLEEP.

This store went down hill fast, it used to be great with items shipped on time and good customer service. None of that exists today.

I ordered vinyl for ~300 euros in September and haven't received my order yet. After contacting customer service, which sometimes takes more than a week to reply because it's outsourced, was of little help. Making promises they didn't keep, and I'm tired of chasing them; no updates, no guarantees, no shipping confirmation, nothing.

Update: I received the package in good order after ~two months, so I've updated my review. I truly hope they improve their service in the (near) future.

Ordered a BOC hoodie. Arrived too small, and of poor quality material. £70 for a BOC logo on an otherwise cheap hoodie. Returned for refund, using their ticket request e mail. Paid for my own return, asked for an update when it arrived, ghosted.

Some of my digital library purchases have been removed also. It was once an exciting and ingenious site. Now it's just an expanded business with diluted core values.

I feel obliged to leave a review after seeing all the 1* ones. I wanted to get all of Stereolab's extended reissues and this was the only site I could see them all in stock. So despite the negative reviews (which may well be valid), I did a big order and got 10% off from the first order discount.

Everything arrived just fine after about a week. Postage wasn't fast or slow, but it all arrived fine and securely.

I'd also emailed their support with a question about delivery and they responded in a few days, so again not terrible. I'll say its a little confusing though that their support platform goes to some third party app/team from looks of it

Will likely order from them again.

Ordered 2 t-shirts including a Broadcast one and they arrived really quick, well packed and came with a bonus 12inch Broadcast album print. T-shirts great quality, happy.

Ordered a week ago. Suppose to get dispatched within 2-3 working days. I paid the extra for 1 working day delivery and still nothing. Not been sent. Have emailed 3 times and no response and can now see all the bad reviews on here!! Do not buy from here they do not send you anything and do not response to you

Ordered a Warp t-shirt on February 20th and I had read that it would take 3 to 7 days to receive my order. After 14 day the order was not arrive so i contacted customer service. They were very kind and told me to wait at least 28 days (this was written in the disclaimer but I didn't read it well...). Today my t-shirt is here and I am happy. Thank you all guys!
