Big Air Trampolines 

Having had a BigAir 14 ft trampoline for 6 years now i can say it's been a great buy. The kids have played on it throughout the summers and its only now that we need to replace the safety netting. We do put it away every winter till the spring which obviously helps. A few of the springs have some minor rust on them but are still working fine and are easy to put on and off using the tool provided. The jumping mat itself shows hardly any wear at all apart from the central logo being worn off.
I would prefer a slightly better or stronger method of securing the safety netting but this is the only quibble I have with the model we own.
And when this one is finally worn out ( with plenty of use from grown ups too) I would replace it with another BigAir Junior.

This trampoline seems well made and better quality than my usual cheap as possible ones.Just make sure you have someone patient to put it together though.it took a good few hours.

Problem with delivery-5 boxes arrived over 3 days rather than the 1 promised day so tied in waiting for it. When rang co after big boxes did not arrive we arranged a Friday delivery but came on the Thursday so nearly missed it.

I bought the trampoline from Big Air and it has been great.

Churlish to niggle but only possible improvements would be:

- safety net : replacements not as good as the original with the overlap door vs. toggle door

- would be good to be able to buy individual components of enclosure - like spacers on the poles.

In truth though fantastic smiles / £ product.

Delivery was in specified time.
Trampoline assembly was easy. however I had a lot of trouble with the safety enclosure poles. They just would not slide into each other. Four did and four didn't. I thought I was buying a quality product, but now I'm not so sure. I hope it lasts.

It was easy to use the website and find the right trampoline, the ordering was straightforward quick and easy checkout fast reliable delivery would definitely recommend and the quality is superb

Contacted the supplier by phone, which was answered within seconds. The salesman was polite, and had total product knowledge. He had my order placed, including a couple of add on items, and I was finished within minutes. The items were delivered to Scotland the next working day. One of the easiest, quickest purchases I have ever made, and delivered on time. 100% SERVICE..........BRILLIANT.

Ordered a trampoline, arrived next working day as stated. Well constructed, good quality and easy to assemble.

Assembly of delivered trampoline failed. Waiting delivery of new piece. hopefully this will then work. Difficult to understand how this could happen with something that should have been assembled hundreds of times! Very very worrying - just hope the new bit resolves the issue.
Update - Piece arrived Trampoline now assembled and working. Great shame it did not work first time.

kids love the trampoline but I think the product could be better. Firstly it does not have a zip fastening but buttons up a bit like a duffle coat! Also the net does not go on the outer edge of the trampoline ie around the padding but instead goes on the inside edge. This means you can't stand on the padding. We have used our friends trampoline that was purchased from somewhere else and they have the net on the outer edge which is better. Also the metal steps are very uncomfortable to walk down as there is no rubber or padding on it.

We recently purchased a new safety enclosure for our 10ft trampoline. Delivery was prompt but I have mixed feeling about our purchase. We bought this one as it seemed very similar to the original enclosure that came with the trampoline. However, the item we received was not the same as the picture on the website. The net itself seems a good quality, but while the picture on the website shows poles with protective sleeves and the net attached to a plastic cap at the top of the poles and further ties at the middle and bottom of the net, the product delivered attaches the net at a single point on each pole. Instead of the plastic caps there is a fabric sleeve that covers the poles and padding and a fabric strap at the top of the sleeve which attaches to the net. I'm really not impressed by this and suspect that this will prove to be a weak point that will break sooner rather than later. Only time will tell,

In addition to this the instructions are extremely poor and don't match the delivered product, and the string / rope that should be used to weave the bottom of the net to the edge of the trampoline mat / springs is missing and replaced by 15 fabric ties. This too could prove to be a weak point. Having contacted customer services they readily admit that their instructions are very poor, but claim the 15 ties should be sufficient to secure the net. They also point out that their website also says that they reserve the right to change the design of their products. Hmm, if I'd realised that I really wouldh't have bothered.

Ordered a 12ft trampoline to replace one that we had used and abused, this seems harder wearing and with the addition of an extra 8 springs should hopefully last the children longer!

We already owned a 14ft Big Air trampoline for many years and it needed a new bounce mat. I checked on their website and found the size I needed at a special discount which made the mat half the price of anywhere else! I ordered and it arrived within a couple of days - free delivery! The quality is superb and we expect long service if we look aftter it - eg keep it covered as often as possible, no shoes or sharp things in pockets or on clothes etc. Healthy fun for all the family!

We ordered a 10ft circular trampoline.
Arrived v promptly first thing in the AM before I was able to call to arrange a slot. Luckily I was in.
1 box damaged but contents inside was fine.
All contents present, no parts missing.
Clear instructions.
Relatively straightforward to build- took my husband 2- 2.5 hours on his own and he is not the most DIY-minded soul.
Kids Love it!
