Absolutely shameful that this washing machine only lasted 13 months before breaking down!!
Poor quality and I am very dissatisfied. I will never purchase a beko product again. My extended review of this will be on my social media page.

Bought the Beko WDX8543130W as needed a combined washer dryer. What a total waste of money. 20 months in the dryer stopped heating up. Beko washed their hands of it. Now I have to pull the washer out and take the top off to reset the dryer every few washes. The dryer takes hours....set it to cupboard dry and it's nowhere near dry. Often if set to synthetic or cotton dry it fills the drum with water again despite being on dry only setting. Infuriating after waiting hours and hours for cycle to be back at the start again. I have had second hand washing machines last years longer than this thing. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY BEKO AGAIN.

We purchased a Beko Washing Nachine in May 2020. It stopped working in August. I phoned Beko as under 1 year guarantee. They sub contracted out to Dolphin services. 10 days later engineer visited. Confirmed he did not have part, would need to order and return visit in 3 weeks. 3 Weeks later get a phone call from Dolphin to advise part can not be sourced so machine not repairable and they will advise Beko and should get a call within 24 hours for replacement machine delivery. 1 week later Dolphin called to say good news, Beko have agreed replacement and I would need to call retailer. I refused as no confirmation and called Beko. Beko advised they know nothing about a replacement machine but would look into it and call me back within 48 hours. No call for 1 week. Last Thursday I called Beko, they advised that they again can trace no information on replacement but would call me back within 24 hours. No call for 4 days. Phoned Beko Monday, they advised that they were awaiting authorisation to replace machine but promised 100% that I would get a call in less than 24 hours. No call! Phoned Beko Wednesday, to be advised that no request had been made to replace our machine and a new request needed to be made. Complained, requested manager call back. Was promised call back within 2 to 24 hours. No call received! Phone Thursday Morning to be told that they had authorised repair but forgot to tell me. Was given code to replace with retailer. No direct replacement with Beko. Still requested management call back. Manager called at 5pm, very rude, refused to give name, denied they had promused call backs, refused to admit any fault or make any apologies for a young family being without a washing machine, in a pandemic for over 6 weeks!!!!

STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA MARCA! Il frigo si è rotto dopo 3 mesi, abbiamo fatto la richiesta per un nuovo frigo (essendo la garanzia ancora valida) ai primi di Agosto, e ora siamo a fine settembre e ANCORA NON CI SANNO DARE UNA DATA SU QUANDO CI PORTERANNO UN FRIGO NUOVO! Bisogna necessariamente agire per vie legali.

Dopo 9 mesi dall'acquisto del frigorifero da quasi 700 euro, si rompe. Interviene 11 di agosto il tecnico che dice di doverlo sostituire, e momentaneamente procurarmi un'altro frigo. Ho chiamato il centro assistenza almeno 15 volte, siamo a fine settembre e ho sempre la stessa risposta, cioè signora, possiamo solo segnalare. Pentita di aver comprato beko, ed ora mi toccherà agire per vie legali. Assistenza beko pari e inferiore a 0!!!!

Washer dryer packed up completely after 3 years. Very limited information available on cost of repair and all effort directed at getting customers to sign up for ongoing care plan. Once signed up, there is again very little information on when repair will be done - spent hours chasing them on phone to no avail. In the end cancelled the plan and binned the machine. I should say that their telephone operators are usually helpful and sympathetic - just nothing ever happens as a result of the call...

Ho acquistato un frigorifero a Maggio 2020 a Luglio abbiamo richiesto l'intervento del tecnico in quanto il frigorifero non funzionava. Siamo a Settembre e il problema ancora non è risolto. Ma la cosa più assurda è che nessuno si fa sentire di loro e quando chiami per avere notizie la cantilena che raccontano è sempre la stessa: siamo spiacenti signora ma non abbiamo una data in cui il problema verrà risolto.
Serietà sotto zero! Penso che l'unica sia passare tramite avvocati per essere ascoltati!

Purtroppo non è in discussione la qualità dei prodotti bensì il post vendita. Frigorifero si rompe a 1 anno dall'acquisto: si decide la sostituzione -unica soluzione- e dopo 3 mesi ancora nulla. Ripetute telefonate al servizio clienti che non portanno a niente. La sensazione è di essere abbandonati a se stessi, senza frigo nè soluzione all'orizzonte. Veramente pessimo! Non si può consigliare un marchio se l'assistenza al cliente è di questo genere.

This is Worst product I have ever bought.
I bought a Beko slimline dishwasher from AO around one & a half years ago & now something has gone wrong as the machine doesn't heat up anymore, I contacted Beko & was told because it is out of warranty nothing could be done, I usually buy Hotpoint as I have had a washing machine that lasted 8 years along with other products. Against my better judgement I thought I would try beko as this is the first dishwasher I have had, Big mistake, it is going to cost £110 to get it repaired.
Never again ever with beko, there products & service are crap.
Stay clear of this company, pay a little more & get something decent.

Un disastro! Acquisto una cucina con elettrodomestici beko( lavastoviglie a parte l'abbiamo presa di altra marca per fortuna) , il frigorifero dopo un mese ha cominciato a congelare nella parte alta formando una vera e propria palla di ghiaccio, esposto il problema in assistenza dopo qualche mese ci sostituiscono il frigo con uno nuovo preciso e identico! Nulla da fare, dopo qualche mese si ripresenta lo stesso problema! Lasciate perdere la Beko, almeno con i frigoriferi.

Please save yourself your time and money and stay away from any products from Beko.
Their customer service is as cheap as their products.
I have had to make four phone calls to try and get in touch with a manger and as of yet I still haven’t been able to speak to a manger.
They promise to call you back And they don’t.
I’ve been waiting 12 days to make an appointment for an engineer and I’ve finally got one but I have to wait three weeks to get one to look at my 12month old washer dryer that has gone dead on me.
I’ve had someone look at it and it is a fault with the machine however I feel I will have to buy a new one (Not by Beko) as by the time an engineer finally gets round to looking at the washer I’ll probably have to wait another month for them to order a part and then another month after that for them to fit it. So all in all I will have to had to wait months before I can even use my washing machine again.
Who can afford to wait that long when you have a family?
Worst company I have ever dealt with.
They are an embarrassment!

I have a Beko washing machine and cooker with ceramic hob, bought 2016, both are rusting - washing machine in particular has chunks falling off, revealing rust beneath. The white surface is just crumbling off. As it’s outside of guarantee, Beko refuse to do a thing. Which I feel is wrong, as this cannot be fixed under any guarantee. Goods were clearly substandard from the beginning. Never again will I buy Beko. These goods should have lasted years, as I do take good care of my things.

Llevo 10 días con el Frigorífico estropeado en garantia y no han hecho nada de nada. Me piden fotos y videos para demostrar q no funciona!!

Les he enviado vídeos/fotos con termómetro con hora dentro de la nevera (25 C)y como quien oye llover.
Dicen que cambiarlo es el último recurso, antes agotaran todas las opciones! Y encima no se puede hablar con ningún responsable!!

Beko Kundendienst ?. Nie wieder.
Habe einen Beko Trockner gekauft, weil ein Türanschlagwechsel bei dieser Maschine möglich ist.
Nach dem Erhalt des Trockners habe ich versucht bei dem Kundendienst jemand zu erreichen, was mir nach 2 Tagen geglückt war. Der freundliche Herr am Tel. blaffte gleich los und sagte mir das solche Aufträge per Internet gestellt werden müssen. Als ich nach der Internetadresse fragte wurde aufgelegt.Erst nach einschalten des Amazon Kundendienst hat sich nach 4 Tagen Beko gemeldet.
Man hat den Auftrag zum Türwechsel aufgenommen und man sagte mit, das der Techniker sich in 24 - 48 Stunden bei mit melden würde. das gespräch fand am 10.09.2020 statt. Bis heute ( 18.09.2020 ) hat sich von Beko niemand hören lassen.
Der Trockner geht an den Absender zurück.
Der Beko Kundendienst ist eine reine Verarsch...........

Nie wieder Beko.

Tengo un combi no frost que está en garantía, y se llena de agua constantemente. He solicitado asistencia técnica, y tras cuatro visitas del "técnico" local, la nevera sigue acumulando agua. Se me pudren los alimentos y sale moho en las paredes de la nevera, lo cual es insalubre. Las reparaciones que ha hecho el técnico consisten en pegar cinta aislante dentro del motor, y otras chapuzas con el fin de no notificar que la necera tiene una avería irreparable y solicitar a la casa que me envíe una nueva nevera que funcione correctamente. Estoy decepcionada, indignada y pienso denunciar en todas las redes sociales y en consumo para que a nadie le tomen el pelo como me lo están tomando a mi. Beko dice que es el técnico el que debe decir que hay que cambiar ma nevera y el técnico dice que él no está autorizado. Mientras, mi comida se pudre y en plena pandemia tengo que recibir a un técnico en mi casa cada 15 días para que realice una nueva chapuza que aguante hasta que la garantía expire. No volveré a comprar nada BEKO y recomendaré a todo el mundo que me pregunte que bo les compre nada a esta marca.

Una truffa, ho acquistato un condizionatore, non l'ho mai usato perché difettoso, l'assistenza non esiste, e mi ritrovo con un condizionatore rotto di cui non so cosa fare.

Brought a double fridge/freezer that did ice and water in June. They have been out to fix it 3 times. Can time to replace....Sorry no product in country. No parts in country. Beko customer service were rude and condesending. It was basicly tough luck. I have tò go back to store I purchased from and get refund. Store won't refund until they have the fridge.....I can't buy another without refund and putting in extra $$$$. So angry and left feeling ripped off.

We bought fridge freezer which broke after two months of use .Absolutely ridiculous costumers service ,unhelpful. Will never buy from Beco again !!!!!

Brand new washing machine shrinks clothes even on 20 degree wash. Clothes come out entirely covered in fluff. Very very poor products.
