On peut peut-être penser à un recours collectif ppur mettre en prison ces ESCROCS !!
Marre de ce faire arnaquer par des escrocs qui vivent avec notre argent

What a pity I didn’t check on Trustpilot before ordering from Beauty Expert. Do not waste your money or time dealing with this company!! They clearly don’t want you to contact them as they do not provide either a phone number or email address. At best you can fill in a form online or webchat but the people you speak to are not in a position to solve your problems. They sent me a fully opened 1000ml bottle of shampoo that leaked everywhere. The bottle had emptied into the cardboard box and at a cost of £67 that’s a big loss.
Took them 3 working days to reply to me and only offered a refund after I threatened them with legal action.
Truly awful to deal with. I do not care how good their prices are, they do not care about their customers. Don’t waste your money with Beauty Expert.

A fuir!!! ce sont des escrocs avec toutes leurs qualités d'escrocs!! comme dit dans les commentaires précédents, commande non reçue et évidemment débitée sinon ce n'est pas des escrocs.
Commande faite le 8/07. le mail n'existe pas et le numéro indiqué sur le site n'est pas attribué!! Génial

J'ai commandé un lisseur 160 que je n'ai jamais reçu. Il y a un mail pour contacter le service client mais l'adresse mail n'existe pas. J'ai publié un avis il y a plusieurs semaines et le fournisseur a répondu qu'il allait régler mon problème et de le contacter par le biais de mon compte...ce qui impossible vu que l'adresse mail ne fonctionne pas..donc je reposte un avis en indiquant mon numéro de commande qui est le 1079 afin de voir s'il va vraiment régler mon problème...je modifierai bien entendu mon avis si j'obtiens le remboursement...EN ATTENDANT JE DÉCONSEILLE DE COMMANDER SUR LE SITE CAR N'ENVOIE PAS LES PRODUITS

REPONSE RECUE CI DESSOUS FAIT CROIRE QU'ON VA RÉSOUDRE MON PROBLÈME...CE QUI EST COMPLÈTEMENT FAUX...on me demande le numéro de commande alors qu'indique dans mon avis...

Lisseur commander le 16/06 sois disant livraison sous 48h , aucun retour , argent débité desuite a la commande
Et numéro de téléphone ainsi qu’adresse mail erronée . Donc aucun moyen de les contacter ! Des voleurs et combien de personne ont il arnaquer comme ça

Lisseur Ghd commandé le 28 mai. Débitée le jour même. Jamais reçu. Aucune possibilité d'envoyer un e-mail ou de joindre le site par téléphone. Numéro de commande dit "introuvable ". Malhonnête.

Commande réalisée et aucun retour. L'adresse mail est fausse ainsi que le numéro de téléphone.
De gros arnaqueurs ne commandez pas. Voleur

Un lisseur que j’ai commandé Le 29 avril, et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Impossible De les joindre.
De ce fait, je vais déposer plainte car 118 €. C’est énorme pour mon petit salaire 😡

Commande d un lisseur à prix intéressant montant débité et aucune nouvelle. Une arnaque selon certains avis que j aurais dû regarder

Sehr schlecht leute passt ihr auf Das ist voll die Verarschung ich hab die Haartransplantation im juni 2023 in Düsseldorf gemacht. Nach fast einem Jahr ist schon alles ausgefallen das sieht bei mir jetzt schlechter als voher lass euch nicht von diese dings verarschen

This company sent me the wrong item. They said that I needed to return the item before they would issue a replacement or refund - most companies would just apologise for their error and send the correct item (it was £44, so not a lot for a large company).
Returning it was quite a hassle - lots of time wasted on their direct chat dealing with generic replies - they eventually sent a free Royal Mail label, but it was a large item so I had to make time to go to the post office, wait in the queue etc.
I followed the Royal Mail tracking link they provided and they received the item over 2 weeks ago, HOWEVER I’ve not had a refund yet. I have also paid out to buy another bottle of conditioner as I had completely run out by this point.
Now they are disputing the return despite me providing a Royal Mail photo of the item in their warehouse!! I apparently have to provide the paper postage receipt, which I will do. I have never wasted so much time dealing with a mistake made by a retailer. Do not use this company.

Misleading information on new customer discount, delivery timescales etc. Parcel was dispatched quickly, but only a few of the items ordered. When the company was contacted, I was told the rest of the order was out of stock, with no timescale for delivery of the missing items. Very shoddy company-look at the number of 1* reviews and shop elsewhere.

I placed an order worth over £250 which was left on the doorstep and went missing. I reported this immediately and was asked to fill in a claims form, which I did immediately. They said they would send me a replacement item once they had completed their internal processes. Since then a full month has passed and I have sent many messages asking for an update. Each time I am promised an update in a few working days, and nothing happens, and I have to write again to ask for another update. I have no faith in this company or its processes, and no faith that I will ever receive my items or a refund. This company should be reported and avoided.

Sent an item back for a refund - the company keeps telling me to wait a further 2 days for a reply - still no refund after almost 3 weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I talked to Emilee today to sort mu issue our. She was so caring and helpful :)
