I placed my order on the 24th June I still have not received it and have tried calling. At first there was no answer, now it is an answerphone so have left messages. Have emailed them also but no reply. Did wonder if it is a scam. Will have to contact bank.

No delivery. Tried to contact via numerous emails to which I had no response.
Used the calling number on the website which initially rang through, since it seems I am unable to call the number. Very suspicious. Please avoid. I shall be contacting my bank

Ordered a replacement toilet seat - it arrived via DPD 2 days later well packaged & in perfect condition. What more can you ask for?!

I ordered a bin and a pull switch for the bathroom. We only received the bin and not the pull switch. After numerous emails debating they refused to send the pull switch out to me. I've lost my money and no apology or curtesy from their end. Poor customer service.

I ordered a new Bemis toilet seat from Bathroom trends, as it's one of the few sites that sold this model as my old one had broken after many years. it came in the expected timescale and as described but unfortunately it had a manufacturing defect so I couldn't use it. Customer service team were very prompt in replying to my report of the issue and in refunding my purchase - very efficient service from this first experience (nothing else to go on)

Needed to check on a delivery to my business. Got straight through to the team, and they checked everything out in 10 minutes and got right back to me.
Pics of the delivery were sent and i found the package.

Ordered a bathroom bin which I didn’t like. They told me I had to organise return myself. I spent 40% of the product value on postage and they never replied to my email about refunding me the postage.
First time having such terrible experience.

Ordered 10th March and still waiting for delivery. Made contact via several ways, no replies. Spoke eventually to a person, just excuses and still no order. Worst experience ever.

Yes you received an order and confirmation received. Order no can be provided and when speaking to the person, he confirmation the order.

ordered an extendable radiator towel rail 21/10. Also paid extra for delivery which I received a confirmation to be delivered by royal mail 48. Today is the 7/11 where I've called once where I was told to wait due to royal mail strikes. When I asked how long I should wait for, the answer is non committal saying it depends on the strikes. Also emailed asking for an update but no response .

I know strikes have been going on but it is a bit lame to use it as an excuse not to deliver service. Not especially when we have been receiving parcels from other companies the next day.

I rang my credit card company in the end and they agreed this is unacceptable. I will be reimbursed by my card company which is good news. But want to leave this review as feedback

I would recommend this company very highly. I placed an order and sent an additional email, I received a reply promptly and reassurance that delivery would be sent asap. Delivery was very quick. Courier information was correct of day & timing & my purchase was perfect! Very reasonable pricing for high quality products and service. Very satisfied customer, thank you.

I was sold a toilet seat which broke when it was sat on. I complained and was told there was nothing they could do about it because it says in the T&Cs they are not to be sat on.

Avoid this company at all cost and it’s products because they will say anything to avoid honouring the guarantee.

Has been mentioned on here, but very slow customer service. Not willing to send pre paid label for an item that was wrongly categorised on their website.

I ordered a water closet seat that got damaged whilst with the delivery company. I contacted Bathroom trends to see if they could help with replacement, and the fantstic lady ( Jo) was extremely helpful.
She sent out a replacement instantly with no additional charge. I would recommend bathroom trends to anyone. Awesome service...

A WEEK AFTER I ORDERED A MIRROR FROM BATHROOM TRENDS I GOT AN EMAIL TO SAY IT WAS OUT OF STOCK SO I CHOSE ANOTHER MIRROR BUT AFTER TWO WEEKS AND SEVERAL EMAILS AND CALLS LATER I HAD STILL NOT RECEIVED IT SO I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND THREE DAYS LATER A DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE BUT I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT REPLACEMENTS SO I REFUSED THEM. I RANG AND EMAILED BATHROOM TRENDS TO TELL THEM THEY HAD BEEN REFUSED AND I WANTED A REFUND WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD WHEN THEY ITEMS WERE RETURNED. I RANG THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO FIND OUT WHEN I WOULD GET MY REFUND AND EVEN OVER A WEEK LATER THEY SAID THEY HAD NOT GOT THE GOODS BACK SO NO REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED !!! CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF ARE QUITE ABRUPT AND EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL !! WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Ordered through web site, items delivered within the stipulated time, no problems with the items delivered. In other words, no problems end-to-end.
